If a fugitive or a scared person sees himself covered with drapes in a dream, it means a shelter from what scares him. Minbar Dream Explanation — If one is seen standing on a pulpit and if he does not speak or deliver a sermon, or if what he says denotes evil in the dream, it means that he will be unjustly executed, or it could mean that Allah Almighty will protect him against such injustice. The pulpit in a dream also means rulership and subduing one's enemy. Rising on a pulpit in a dream also could mean a betrothal or proposing a marriage. Otherwise, it could mean a scandal. Half a bushel Dream Explanation — (arb. Mudd. Unit of dry measure equal to 2 pecks, or 16 quarts.) A container measuring half a bushel in a dream means sanctity, chastity, cleanliness and purity. This interpretation comes from understanding the practice of Allah's Prophet (Alayhi-Salam) of regularly taking his ritual ablution from such a measuring container. Swim Dream Explanation — o Swimming in a valley till reaching the desired spot: Will serve and obey a tyrant and God will protect the dreamer.
o Swimming well in the high seas or in the deep: Will embark on an ambitious mission and rise.
o Being afraid while swimming: Will be jailed or get ill inasmuch as the dreamer covered a long distance. If he thinks (in the same dream) that he has escaped danger, he will die in such an ordeal. Courage means that he will really be safe.
o Swimming on the back: Will cease to indulge in sins and repent.
