Laughing Dream Explanation — If one sees the earth laughing in a dream, it means a good harvest in that land. If one sees a deceased person laughing in a dream, it means that he is in paradise, and enjoying the blessings of the hereafter. Laughing in a dream also represents light headedness, frivolity and buoyancy. This is particularly true when it denotes capable people, or people in authority, where laughing in a dream could mean their dismissal from office. Laughing Dream Explanation — Laughing in a dream means happiness and joy in wakefulness, except if one bursts with a horselaugh or falls over his back from laughing in his dream. If so, then it means crying. If one's laughter in his dream is caused by a joke, then it denotes his dishonesty. The same goes for laughing by imitation in a dream which means falling into sin. Laughing in a dream also could mean sorrow in wakefulness. Laughing in a dream also means that one will receive news about a newborn son. If one's laughter in a dream is as gentle and soft as a smile, then it denotes his good character and means happiness, or it could denote exactly what he shall see in wakefulness. Seeing a Deceased Person as Happy Dream Explanation — Seeing a deceased person in a good condition such as donning white or green clothes while he is laughing or giving glad tidings means that he, the dead man is in peaceful and happy conditions. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin

Sodomy Dream Explanation —   (Also see Sex, Incest, and Necromancy.)
o Sodomizing a man:  (1) Joy and alleviation from grief or trouble.  (2) The two parties will do something wrong through ignorance.
o Sodomizing the sultan  (ruler or chief): The dreamer will lose his money. The reverse is true.
o Sodomizing a stranger:  (1) The dreamer will overspend.  (2) The dreamer will render a just judgment.

Cemetery Dream Explanation — o Seeing a polytheistic cemetery:  (1) Worries, sorrow, fear, and unhappiness.  (2) Shaky religious faith.  (3) A reference to heretic places and solitary confinement.
o A sick person dreaming of entering a cemetery: Will die from his ailment and end up there, especially if he had built a house in it in the dream.
o Entering a cemetery with awe, crying and reading or reciting the Holy Book or praying in the direction of Mecca (Makkah): Will mix with benefactors, be well noted and versed in religion, and will benefit from all that he sees or hears.

Hazelnut Dream Explanation — In a dream, hazelnut represents a stranger who is rich, generous but dull, unpleasant though he has the ability to bring people together. It is also interpreted as hard earned money. In general, nuts in a dream represent roar, or even melancholy. A hazelnut in a dream also means news that one's homeland is ravaged by war and its children are taken prisoners. Spindle Dream Explanation — If a woman sees a spindle in her dream, it means that she will beget a daughter or have a new sister. If a thread line of a spindle breaks in a dream, it means that a traveller will be delayed. Spinning a wire with a spindle in a dream means using the help of a stranger. Bier Dream Explanation — o Plenty of biers put on the ground in a given place: The folk of that place are corrupt and indulging in adultery.
o A woman dreaming that she has died and been carried on a bier: Will get married. If already married, will relinquish her religion.
o Biers in the souk  (marketplace): That market is full of adulterated goods and hypocrisy.
o Falling from one's bier: Will be demoted; business and other interests will be stalled, and prestige will be lost.
o A well-known man placed on a bier with nobody approaching or carrying it: The subject of the dream will go to jail. If he is a stranger: Bad omen for the dreamer. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars



Mosque Dream Explanation — o A stranger leading the prayers in a mosque whose imam  (spiritual leader) is ill: The iman will die.
o The dreamer's house turning into a mosque: The dreamer will obtain dignity and promote virtue and justice.
o Entering the mosque with people who dig a hole for the dreamer: The latter will get married.
o The mosque turning into a bathhouse: An unsuspected man is corrupt and irreligious.
o A man praying in the prayer niche: Good augury.

Dance Dream Explanation — This has contradictory interpretations.
o Dancing: Tragedy. The dancer will blow up.
o Dancing for somebody else: Will share his tragedy.
o Dancing alone in one's house:  (1) Joy and sufficiency, because one dances only when his stomach is full and he doesn't care for anything.  (2) Dancing at home and being surrounded only by one's family, with no stranger around: Good for everybody.
o One's wife, son, or any other relative dancing: Good augury, joy and plenty of riches.
o Dancing in someone else's place: The owner of that place will be plagued with a tragedy in which the dancer will be involved.

Book Dream Explanation — If he is depressed, it means that he will be able to dispel his worries. If he is travelling in a foreign country, it means that he will find a way back to his mother land, where he will find happiness again. Carrying a book or a letter in one's left hand in a dream means that he has done something bad, or something which he will regret. Carrying a book in the right hand denotes a prosperous year. If a stranger takes one's book away from him in the dream, it means that someone will take away from him his most precious and endeared thing. Horse Dream Explanation — o Loss of a draft horse: Wife will be immoral, obscene, and uncontrollable.
o A dog jumping over and making love to the dreamer's draft horse: A Magus  (Magi or Magian) enemy is following the dreamer's wife. If the one jumping on the packhorse is a monkey, the flirting enemy is a Jew.
o A gray packhorse: A ruler or powerful man.
o A black draft horse: Money and sovereignty or supreme power.
o An unknown packhorse entering one's hometown without any material: A stranger will step in. The seahorse symbolizes a liar or something that will not materialize.  (See under Muhammad for winged horses.) Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars



Almond Dream Explanation — The almond tree symbolizes a stranger or a strange person. Almond means money. Eating it means money will come from a dispute. Sweet almonds refer to the dreamer's beautiful faith. Bitter almonds represent frank or truthful statements.
o Picking almonds from a tree: Will obtain money from a miser.
o Almond peel falling on the dreamer: Will obtain clothes. Conversely, dry peels mean wrath and disfavour. They could also mean that the dreamer will be reprimanded, in view of the harsh sound they produce. Sorrow is another possibility. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars



Eye Dream Explanation — The eye represents the person's vision and discrimination between right and wrong. It also symbolizes money and children, as they are as dear as the eyes. The black eye refers to religion, the blue religious violation, and the green a religion different from all others.
o Having several eyes in the body: Excessive virtue and religion.
o Dreaming that one's stomach has been opened and finding an eye in it: The dreamer is a hypocrite.
o Dreaming that one's eyes are those of a stranger: The dreamer will go blind and be guided by someone else.
o Dreaming that one's eyes are those of an identified person: The dreamer will marry that person's daughter and benefit from him.

Flying Dream Explanation — o A prisoner dreaming of flying: Will be freed soon.
o A stranger or an expatriate dreaming of flying: Will return to his country.
o Flying in the sky, then returning to earth: Will fall ill and be near death, but recover.
o Flying and disappearing in the sky with no return in sight: Death.
o A bondsman  (or servant) dreaming of flying toward the sky: Will serve in the house of prominent personalities.
o A bondsman  (or servant) dreaming of flying inside his master's house: Will become the number-one servant. If he falls, it means that he will be ousted after receiving all that welfare.
