If it is a carved wooden statue in the dream, it means that he ingratiates himself to rich people, or to an unjust person in authority through his religion. If the statue is built from wood in the dream, it means that one seeks religious arguments or disputes. A statue in a dream also means to be enamored with a woman or a boy. Statues in a dream also could mean deafness, idiotic behavior, dumbness, attachment to anything in this world, making an idol out of it, such as one's love and attachment to his position, status, business, wife, beloved, house, or child, etcetera. If the statue combines mixed material of bronze, copper, steel, iron, or lead in the dream, it means that such a person uses his religious garb to make profits, and that he often forgets about his Lord. If the statue is missing something in the dream, such defect will definitely manifest in one's society. Seeing a statue in a dream also could reflect one's strength and determination. If one breaks a statue, or lames it, or damages it in a dream, it means that he will vanquish his enemy and earn rank and fame. Worship • Worshiping a fire without flame or which has been put out: The dreamer is running after sins or illicit gains (because sins are like fire). (1) The dreamer is aspiring to enter the service of a sultan, because fire is a sultan: a potentate whose power is so autocratic that he can afford to be whimsical Being in a musalla, or prayer area, means one will perform hajj (pilgrimage) and be secure in view of the following verses in the Holy Quran: “And when We made the House [at Mecca (Makkah)] a resort for mankind and a sanctuary, (saying) Take as your place of worship the place where Ibrahim (Abraham) stood (to pray). Worship • Worshiping a star or a tree: (1) The dreamer has or will embrace Sabaism or Sabeanism, the religion of those described by Allah in the following terms: “Swaying between this (and that), (belonging) neither to these nor to those …” (“Al-Nisae” [Women], verse 143.) (2) The dreamer is trying to serve a prestigious person who has little, if any, religion.

Idol Worship • Worshiping a silver idol: Will have an affair with a woman—be she a free one, a slave, or a servant—with a lot of betrayal and corruption on either side in the affair.
• Worshiping a brass, bronze, iron, or lead idol: Will forget all about religion and worship the pleasures of life.

Idol Worship If a person sees himself worshipping idols, it means he will attribute Falsehood to Allah Taala, propagate falsehood, become a habitual drinker of wine and indulge in sinful acts. If the idol is of silver it means he will either be in close proximity with sins or he will say falsehood (lie) to his wife. An idol of gold suggests that he will soon face an unpleasant situation provoking him to become angry. A wooden idol suggest that he will soon associate with a man who is a renegade.
