An Incomplete Athaan During the Month of Hajj Seeing oneself calling out an incomplete athaan during the months of Hajj suggests that the observer of the dream is among the good and pious people. An Incomplete Athaan During any Month other than Hajj An incomplete athaan during any month other than Thil-Hijjah means he will steal something from which he will not profit a tall and, instead, he will become popular as a chief. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Pilgrimage • Going for the pilgrimage in due course: (1) If the dreamer never performed hajj before, he will be granted that honour. (2) If the dreamer is ill, he will recover. (3) If the dreamer has debts, they will be settled. (4) Fears will disappear. (5) The dreamer will return safe from a journey. (6) Business will turn profitable. (7) Post and dignity will be restored. Total rehabilitation. (8) If erring, the dreamer will come back to the right path. (9) Relief will come.
• Missing the pilgrimage mission: (1) Loss of a high post. Isolation. (2) Business losses. (3) The dreamer will be intercepted by highwaymen. (4) The dreamer will fall ill.

Shaving the Head Dreaming of oneself as having shaved one's head during the month of Hajj is a glad tiding that one will proceed for Hajj. But if such a dream is seen during any other month besides Hajj it means that his capital (in monetary terms) will become exhausted. (This will be discussed in greater detail in this book). Shaving the Head If a person sees himself shaving the head in any month other than the Months of Hajj or the Sacred Months, either his capital will be lost or that of his employer's; or he will lose his job. Athaan Hearing the athaan in one's dream during the months of Hajj (Shawwal, Zil-Qa'dah and 10 days of Zil-Hijjah), means the observer of the dream will perform Hajj. It could also mean he will attain respectability in matters of Deen. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Moon • Looking to the sky and failing to spot the moon, then looking down to find it in bits and pieces on the ground: (1) If a chemist or someone working with gold: Will go bankrupt. (2) If poor: Will have plenty of riches. (3) If a woman: Her husband will be killed.
• Seeing a crescent: Will triumph over enemies.

Tayammum (arb.) Performing one's ritual ablution but without water in a dream means the nearing solutions of one's problems. Tayammum is usually performed instead of the regular ablution in the absence of water, or because of a preventing illness, etcetera. However, observing the religious rites and substance of the act remains solemn. Tayammum in a dream also may mean a journey, or an illness. If the act is performed with a dry surface such as wood, stone, dry sand, earth, or a substance that does not stick to the skin in a dream, it means that one's travel plans may be infeasible, or it could mean that he will become cheep, or pursue his evil desires. Market • Missing a transaction or failing to achieve benefits in one: (1) If involved in Jihad, will turn back and miss the opportunity to die as a martyr in the holy war. (2) If planning to go on a pilgrimage, will miss that chance or something will spoil that religious duty after it has been performed. (3) If a student, something will hamper the dreamer’s efforts; he will miss a lecture, or he will learn something for evil purposes, turning away from God. The Neck If the neck is severed from the body it means that the person will become free if he is a slave or he will recover from his illness or he will soon be freed of his debts. Ritual bath (Ablution; Ghusul; Ritual ablution; Wash) A ritual bath (arb. Ghusul. Islamic Law) is customarily performed on a festival day, or before the Friday congregational prayers, before starting a pilgrimage, after recovering from an illness, or is necessitated by the emission of sperms either during one's sleep or following a marital intercourse. Hearing the Athaan in any Month Other than Thil-Hijjah If the athaan is heard in any other month besides the months of Hajj it means he will impart the knowledge of Deen through discourses and lectures. The same applies to athaan heard in streets and lanes. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Radish • Dreaming of radish: (1) Lawful and blessed gains. (2) Will perform hajj (pilgrimage)—an interpretation that according to Ibn Siren, is a bit farfetched.

Drawing Water from a Well If a person dreams that he has drawn water from the well and given it to people to drink, it means he will be a means of providing livelihood to orphans, the weak and poor.
