Disease Disease always applies to weak or erroneous religious faith. It means that the dreamer is not discharging his religious duties regularly or trying to show his obedience to God. A disease coupled with fever—a warm or hot disease—means worries to be brought about by the ruler. A dry disease means that the dreamer is overspending in a way inconsistent with the injunctions of the Almighty or that he is contracting debts left and right, or misusing funds entrusted to him and that he will fail to restore—which will draw him a punishment. Bleeding Internal bleeding in a dream means financial losses, or it may imply suffering from the consequences of people's interference in his life. However, one will end by receiving financial compensation for pain and suffering. If one sees himself wounded and that his attacker is smeared with his blood in the dream, it means that he may commit a sin, or acquire unlawful earnings. Bathroom • Dreaming of a devastated bathroom is good.
• Dreaming of simply seeing a bathroom means worries and troubles.
• Dreaming of washing in a bathroom means joy and happiness. However, if the water is lukewarm, it is a good dream. If the water is too hot, it is a bad dream.
• Dreaming of using a scented soap while washing and cleaning oneself in a bathroom: (1) For a rich man means financial losses, unless he had not washed till the scent was gone. Scratch (Injury; Wounds) In a dream, a scratch represents financial harm. If one sees another person scratching him in a dream, it means that he will cause him partial financial loss, or pain with respect to a family member, or perhaps he will accuse him of something, then compensate him for injuring his reputation. Imprisonment Imprisonment symbolizes humiliation and deep worries.
• A well-known ruler or governor ordering that the dreamer be sequestered, remanded in custody, or thrown in jail: Deep worries or captivity.

Child (Little boy) In a dream, a child carried in one's arms means responsibility, distress and difficulties. A teenage child represents glad tidings or dispelling one's worries. If one sees a beautiful looking teenage child entering a town or descending from the skies or appearing from beneath the ground in a dream, it means that the glad tidings will take effect shortly. Seeing a mature child in a dream means power and superiority. If one sees himself as a child learning in school in a dream, it means that he will repent of a common sin he is used to commit. If one sees one of the renowned people of knowledge sitting in a kindergarten and learning along with other children in a dream, it means that he will shift to ignorance, lose his rank, or that financial changes will affect his living conditions. Fart • The emission of wind without sound: Worries, especially if the dreamer had done so in a crowd, or ugly reputation without exaggeration.
• Somebody else farting without sound and the dreamer smelling the bad odor: Transient worries.

Slave • Seeing a slave man: Worries.
• A free man dreaming that he has become a slave: (1) Will become the slave of his own philanthropy, charity, and virtue, a slave of the Almighty, observing all religious tenets promoting virtue and dissuading people from committing any vice. (2) Will become the slave of his own passion and vice. (3) Will contract debts to the extent of becoming the slave of his creditor (s). (4) Will hire yourself out. (5) Will be enslaved by a disease. Flesh Views on certain items of this chapter are widely divided and sometimes diametrically opposed. For instance, according to Al-Nabulsi:
• Eating somebody’s flesh: Will speak ill of such a person in his absence.
• Eating one’s own flesh: Will eat up gains. According to Ibn Siren, will eat away savings or whatever is hoarded. For Ibn Shaheen:
• Eating human flesh: Financial gains in any case. If the person whose flesh is being eaten is known to the dreamer, the latter will take a bite at the victim’s purse or property. In case the dreamer is eating such flesh voraciously and with great appetite while blood is spilling imminent, unquestionable, and huge financial gains will be achieved. Friday If one thinks it is Friday in his dream, then the meaning will be more pejorative than laudatory. Joining the congregational Friday prayers in a dream also may connote a pleasant journey with anticipation of a financial reward one may receive. Joining the Friday congregational prayers in a dream is a sign of joy and living to join one of the two festive congregational prayers of the end of Ramadan or that of the pilgrimage season. Distress (Anxiety; Agony; Grieve; Uptight; Worries) Distress in a dream signifies atonement for one's sins and restitution of his human dignity. To experience distress in a dream also signifies regret for something wrong one has committed. If one's distress dissipates, and if he is relieved from its burden in his dream, it means repentance from his wrongdoing. Mortuary Balm The mortuary balm or other stuff used in the mummification or embalming process to preserve the corpse and keep it from stinking symbolizes: (1) Repentance for the profligate. (2) Relief from deep worries. In general, it is a good augury:
• Dreaming of having or collecting mortuary balm: Piety and welfare, especially toward Muslims.
• Distributing balm: The dreamer is pursuing a matter that will benefit people.

Feces Excreting in a dream also means dispelling one's worries or getting rid of one's burdens. If one excretes in the ablution room in his dream, it means that his spending or deeds are recognized to be a fulfillment of his desires, ostentatiousness and love for fame. If one excretes in an unknown place in a dream, it means that his deeds will not be acknowledged, nor will he receive any reward for them. Going to the bathroom in a dream means dispelling one's worries, paying one's debts or paying an unavoidable alimony for his children. Fart • Farting amid people: Will be relieved from worries and experience no more difficulties.
• Farting indiscreetly while surrounded by people: Relief from worries and hardships, but in an ugly manner.
• Farting deliberately, emitting a loud sound and dirty smell: The dreamer is saying or doing ugly and obscene things for which he will be ill-reputed as much as the sound was loud and the smell dirty.
• Farting with difficulty: Will do something unbearable.

Child Carrying a baby child in a dream means distress and burdens. A child in a dream represents a weak enemy who sometime shows friendliness and at other times demonstrates his enmity. If one sees that his wife has just delivered children who are playing around him in a dream, it means distress or misfortune and the consequences could be either good or bad. Carrying a child in a dream means managing an inheritance or a financial investment. If an elderly person sees himself roaming as a little child in a dream, it means that he will commit an act of ignorance or lose his dignity, ideals or sense of honor. On the other hand, if such an elderly person who sees himself in a dream as a little child is suffering from depression or financial difficulties or health problems, then it means relief from distress and good health and that he will become free from his sins, like the day his mother gave birth to him.
