Appearance (Emergence; Manifestation; Visibility) In a dream, if one sees something that is kept away from him as a secret, it means experiencing comfort after suffering from trials, receiving compensation after suffering from injustice, conceiving a child after having given up hope or the like examples. A revealed secret on time in a dream means fulfillment of a promise, satisfying one's needs, repayment of one's debts, arriving of a long awaited person from a journey, release of a prisoner from his jail, and for a woman, it could mean becoming pregnant. Father (Eyebrow) Seeing one's father in a dream means attaining one's goal. One's dreams are most beneficial when he sees his parents, grand parents or a relative. Seeing one's father in a dream when in wakefulness one needs help means that help will come his way from sources he does not anticipate. If in real life he is awaiting someone's return from a journey, it means that such a person will soon arrive. If one is sick, it means that he will recover from his illness. If he sees that his father is given a dwelling with high fences, it means that he will continue his father's work and manage what he has left for him in this world. Incident - The father that hid his money A man hid his money inside his house and went on a journey. On his way back home, he became sick. The man also owed money to some people, and he thought of telling one of his companions about the place of his money and to ask him to pay his debt, but he aspired for recovery and hoped to return home and pay his debts in person. During his journey, the man died. His son saw him in a dream and asked: "What did God do to you?" The father replied: "My condition is in abeyance, and it depends on some debts that must be paid first. I have some money hidden in such and such place. Incident - The father that hid his money In the morning, the son told a friend about his dream and added: "It is a fairy tale!" A few days later, the father came back to his son in another dream and said: "I have told you about something that will benefit you and that will free me from my limbo, but you failed to do it!" The son woke up in shock and immediately went to the place his father indicated in the dream. When he dug out the money, he paid his father's debts and benefited from his unanticipated inheritance. Incident - Abraham and the Forty Camels Sheikh Muhammad bin Isa al-Rikhawi of Aleppo, Syria, once saw in a dream that God's prophet Abraham, Alayhi-Salam, came and gave him forty camels. Shaikh Muhammad went to Shaikh Ahmad Shahabu Deen Al-Maghribi and told him his dream. Sheikh Shahabu Deen replied: 'You will live forty years from this day." On the thirty-ninth year, Sheikh Muhammad visited Sheikh Shahabu Deen who encouraged him to perform his pilgrimage that year. Sheikh Muhammad died three days after his return from Mecca. Sheikh Shahabu Deen led the funeral prayer and buried him beside his father. Shortly after that, Sheikh Ahmad Shahabu Deen died and was buried in their vicinity. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Incident A dream interpreter once said: "I saw in a dream a man who was blindfolded with a blue piece of cloth. I asked him: 'Do you know what happened to my father?' The man replied: "Your father is dead.' Then he took me to may father's grave, where I felt the great loss, and I hugged it, cried, and wailed. When I woke up, I told another dream interpreter, who was a friend of mine, about my dream. He smiled and said: 'Your father's death in the dream means his longevity, and your crying means relief from distress.' Antichrist (arb. Dajjal; Imposter) In a dream, the Antichrist represents a contemptuous, deceitful and a tyrant ruler. He does not fulfill his promises and he has a following of wicked people. His appearance in a dream also indicates the supremacy of one's enemy over him or over his land. This will involve massacres, evil, deception, trials and bloodshed. If a traveller sees the Antichrist in his dream, it means that a band of robbers may attack him. His appearance in a dream also denotes the conquest of a land which is saturated with evil. Kiss • A kiss from an old woman: Apologies for saying something wrong.
• A father being kissed by a son of his who has reached the age of puberty: The father will obtain some benefit from the son or from his own father.
• A father kissing his son with sexual passion: The former has amassed money, which he wants to give to the latter. If the kiss was without passion, the father would obtain benefits and the boy or his mother would fill his life with joy.
• A man dreaming that another man has kissed his eyes: Marriage is ahead.
• Kissing or getting sexually involved or sleeping with a man with pleasure, excitement, and passion: Will have matters settled the way you want. The active partner will obtain whatever he wants from the other, in terms of good deeds, knowledge, or proper enlightenment. Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq He was the father-in-law of the Holy Prophet Muhammad. He became the first caliph and died in Madina in A.D. 634.
• Dreaming of Abu Bakr: (1) Will take over power or become a spiritual leader. (2) Will overcome rivals and be lucky with powerful and influential people. (3) Will spend and sacrifice money and children in the way of Allah. (4) Will be lucky with and preserve friends and servants. (5) Will free bondmen and slaves. (6) Will always be truthful. (7) Will reach old age. (8) Will have pertinent views and be sharp in interpreting dreams. (9) Will have troubles and experience fear and sorrow due to some sons or daughters and be compelled to hide. (10) Will escape danger and hardships. Ibrahim - Abraham (8) Father will abandon family and other relatives to obey and worship God. (9) A reference to the kind father, because Ibrahim is the father of Islam and gave that religion its name. (10) Enduring a miserable life to mend fences between others or because of some good deed. The Honor of Aba As-Sa'ib Narrated Kharija bin Zaid bin Thabit: Um Al-'Ala an Ansari woman who had given a pledge of allegiance to Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) told me:, "The Muhajirln (emigrants) were distributed amongst us by drawing lots, and we got 'Uthman bin Maz'un in our share. We made him stay with us in our house. Then he suffered from a disease which proved fatal. When he died and was given a bath and was shrouded in his clothes. Allah's Apostle came, I said, (addressing the dead body), 'O Aba As-Sa'ib! May Allah be Merciful to you! I testify that Allah has honored you.' Allah's Apostle said, 'How do you know that Allah has honored him?" I replied, 'Let my father be sacrificed for you, O Allah's Apostle! On whom else shall Allah bestow. His honor?' Allah's Apostle said, 'As for him, by Allah, death has come to him. By Allah, I wish him all good (from Allah). By Allah, in spite of the fact that I am Allah's Apostle, I do not know what Allah will do to me.", Um Al-'Ala added, "By Allah, I will never attest the righteousness of anybody after that." Grandfather To become a grandfather in a dream means longevity or earning respect. Seeing one's grandfather in a dream also means enjoying a happy life. A grandfather in one's house in a dream represents one's own father. Therefore, any interpretation relative to one's father should apply here. Quran • Stealing a Holy Quran: The dreamer will forget prayer.
• Holding a book or a Mushaf and opening it to find its pages blank: Appearances are deceitful or tricky.
• Eating a Mushaf or the pages of a Mushaf: The dreamer is taking money to transcribe the pages of the Holy Book, which is an illicit or immoral gain.
• Kissing the Mushaf: No shortcomings in discharging the dreamer’s duties.
• Writing Quranic texts in porcelain or mother-of-pearl or on a dress: The dreamer is interpreting the Quran the way he likes.
• Writing the Quran on the ground: The dreamer is an atheist.

City (Knowledge; Town; Village) Entering a city in a dream means appeasement of one's fears. Ibn Sirin use to prefer entering the city in a dream rather than leaving it. A city in a dream also represents a learned person, a wise man and a scholar. If one enters a city and finds it in ruins in his dream, it means that the learned people of that city no longer live there. It is said that seeing a city in a dream means the death of its ruler or an unjust governor from that place. Seeing a city being built in a dream signifies the growing number of its learned people and represents children who will continue the path of their fathers. Tooth The teeth symbolize all those living in the house of the dreamer. The upper ones are the men, the lower the women, the canine tooth the patriarch of the family, the right central incisor the father, the left the uncle or father’s brother. Otherwise, the latter two teeth represent two brothers or two sons or two friends who are brothers. The lateral incisor is the cousin or son of the brother’s father; the premolars are the mother’s brothers or sisters or their substitutes. The molars are the grandparents and little male children. The lower right central incisor is the mother, the lower left central incisor the father’s sister. In other interpretations, the latter two refer to two sisters or two daughters, or similar persons. The lower lateral incisor represents the daughters of the father’s brothers and sisters. The lower canine is the first lady of the family. The lower premolars are the daughters of the uncle and aunt from the mother’s side. The lower molars are the remote female relatives on the man’s side and the little girls.
