Blanket (Bed cover; Cover; Lioncloth; Mexican blanket; Overlay; Overspread) In a dream, a blanket represents a woman. If one sees himself wearing a blanket over a wrapper, or a lioncloth in a dream, it means marriage. If he sees a blanket made of pearls in a dream, it means that his wife is a pious woman. Wrapping oneself with a blanket in a dream means marriage, comfort, peace, tranquillity and strength. Wrapping oneself with a red blanket in a dream means a fight because of a woman. Testicles According to Al-Nabuls, the testicles are the center of pleasure and the organs responsible for hair growth. The left one, in particular, is where male children come from. They may also symbolize movement; endeavours; what a person lays his head on to sleep, like pillows; or certain pairs such as husband and wife, twin children, two trades, two chamberlains guarding a door, et cetera, especially female couples, like two sisters, two girls, two wives, and a mother and her sister. Whatever happens to the testicles in the dream will befall those persons. If the testicles are severed, for instance, the dreamer’s two wives will die or he will divorce them. If he knows of two female patients, they will pass away, and so on and so forth. Other possibilities include an allusion to money, the purse, parity and equity, and the persons without whose consent a marriage cannot take place. One testicle could be a reference to a steelyard. A Long Coat With a Lining It presents a perbond wife. Similarly a blanket, pyjamas and a sheet on which one sleeps. If any of the above is seen as burnt or snatched away from him it means he will separate from his wife either by way of a divorce or death. If he is seen as being prevented from acquiring any of the above or if any of the above is seen as being stolen from him it means he will intend divorcing his wife but without success. Bier The bier symbolizes a good man who has helped many people repent.
• Seeing a bier: Mean people will be destroyed by a hypocrite.
• Seeing oneself on a bier: (1) Money will increase. (2) Will befriend other Muslims as if they were brothers, in view of the fact that the bier is a kind of bed or couch—the same Arabic expression used in the Quranic verse that reads: “And We remove whatever rancor may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised.” (“Al-Hijr,” verse 47.)

Quran • Using the Quran as a pillow: The dreamer does not respect and preserve properly his Mushaf, despite the injunction by the Holy Prophet not to do so.
• A person with bad memory having managed to memorize the Holy Quran: The dreamer will become a king (or almost), owing to the verse that reads as follows: “He said: Set me over the storehouses of the land.
