Incident - Angel Writing Four Times It is related that Al-Mustanjid Billah son of Al-Muqtafi saw during his father's life a dream in which an angel descended and wrote four times the Arabic letter 'H' in the palm of his hand. When Al-Mustanjid woke up, he told the dream to an interpreter who replied: "You will receive the Caliphate from your father in the year five hundred fifty-five, and already five months and five days have passed." Bath Taking a bath in a dream means payment of one's debts, dispelling one's fear or stress, release from prison, attending a pilgrimage or recovering from an illness. Ritual bath (Ablution; Ghusul; Ritual ablution; Wash) A ritual bath (arb. Ghusul. Islamic Law) is customarily performed on a festival day, or before the Friday congregational prayers, before starting a pilgrimage, after recovering from an illness, or is necessitated by the emission of sperms either during one's sleep or following a marital intercourse. Bathhouse The element of a bathhouse in a dream also represent a library, knowledge, guard's post, house of worship, a mosque, a church, idol worship, a prison, or a marketplace. It also represents repentance, guidance, richness, healing, an ocean or marriage. If one sees himself taking a bath with his clothe on in a dream, it means that he will fall prey to an attractive prostitute who will deceive him and lead him to commit his religious life to waste. Divorce In general, divorce means poverty, losses, or the end of a partnership. It could also mean parting from a once friendly, “royal” relation, as women are thought to be whimsical like kings. But certain dream interpreters believe that divorce means that the person will become self-sufficient. They refer to a verse of the Holy Quran in the sense that if husband and wife split, God would render each of them self-sufficient by His bounty. For Muslims, there are three types or three degrees of divorce because a man can divorce, up to three times only, each of his wives; following that, the wife needs to have an interim husband before he can marry her again for the last time. In certain cases, the husband may utter the words, “I divorce you three times.” Therefore, the possible reversal of the meaning of the dream or the hope it could raise or dissipate depends on the severity of the case in the dream. Tunnel If one sees himself taking an ablution or a bath inside the tunnel or in the hole in a dream, it means that he will arrest the robbers and recover his property. If one enters a tunnel and takes a bath inside it in a dream, it means that he will pay his debts, or repent for his sins, or if he is incarcerated, it means that he will be released. If one digs a tunnel and draws water from it or discovers a hole filled with still water inside it in a dream, it means that he earns his livelihood from trickery and deception. Incident - Seventy Leaves in a dream A man came to Abu Bakr, God be pleased with him, and said: " I was given seventy leaves in my dream last night." Abu Bakr replied: "It means that you will be flogged seventy times." The interpretation came true within a short time when he had to face such a public chastisement for a sin he committed. Within that same year, the man came to Abu Bakr and said: "I saw that same dream again." Abu Bakr replied: "You will receive seventy thousand Dirhams." The man said: "Oh Imam of the Muslims!
