Cincture (Band; Belt; Clerical garment; Rope) The priest's cincture in a dream represents a son. A broken cincture in the dream means the death of one's son. Earth (Element of earth; Dirt) In a dream, earth represents people, for they are created from the same element. Earth in a dream also means cattle, animals or the world. Dirt in a dream represents money, but it could also mean poverty. Digging the earth in a dream means digging a grave for a sick person. Digging the earth in a dream also means a journey, and its collected dirt means profits from one's journey. If digging the earth is interpreted as seeking marriage, then the earth itself represents one's future wife. The Ambiyaa (Alayhimus Salaam) Seeing the prophets of Allah is the same as seeing the angels of Allah Taala suggesting freshness, plentiful rains, reduction of prices of things etc. There is only one exception : the observer will not attain shahaadah by seeing the ambiyaa (As) as is in the case of seeing the angels of Allah. • Making love to one’s dead mother: The dreamer will die, because mother is synonym for earth.
• Having sex with one’s mother in her grave: Death.
• A traveller dreaming that he is making love to his mother: Will return to her from his journey.
• A poor man or a person whose mother is wealthy dreaming that he is having sex with her: (1) Will obtain all that he wishes from her. (2) She will die and he will inherit from her.
• A sick man dreaming of having sex with his mother: Will recover.
• Making love to one’s living mother: (1) Will be inimical to the father. (2) If the father is ill: The father will die and the son will look after his mother as a son and a husband. (3) If the son is hostile to his mother: She will show him love and affection. (4) The dreamer is good-natured, for nature is the mother of mankind. (5) If the son is involved in a feud over some property or a piece of land and is trying to purchase it: He will win. Digging (Excavate) Digging the earth in a dream means profits equal to the measure of earth one piles-up if the dirt is dry. However, if the ground is wet in the dream, it means deceiving someone else in a business venture, whereby, he gains nothing from it but headache and exhaustion equal to the amount of earth he piles-up. The digger's plot also may backfire. If a sick person or if someone in his household who is sick sees himself digging the earth in a dream, it could mean digging a grave. If a business traveller sees himself digging the earth, it represents his travels and the dirt he gathers represent his profits. Incident - a king trying to Annihilate the Muslims He had no choice but to accede. He deployed a huge army under the command of his son. The two sides met in the middle of the sea. For three days a fierce battle ensued between the Muslims and non-Muslims. One the third day the Christians army was defeated. Not a single person was spared. When the king came to learn about this, he called for the sheikh and admitted his folly before him. He then secretly accepted Islam at his hands and bestowed many of his favours on him. A sick king in a dream represents weakness in his faith and injustice toward his subjects. If the king is carried over people's shoulders in a dream, it means lack of faith and lack of attendance to one's religious obligations, or weakness in his ruling. If the king dies and does not get buried in a dream, it means that the king and his subjects are deviates. If he is buried and the people walk away from his grave in the dream, it means that one will pursue something of no benefit, unless Allah Almighty decrees otherwise. If one sees the king's head transformed into a ram's head in a dream, it means that the king is a just and a kind ruler. Incident - A Blessed flesh on the lap of Um-ul Fadhl R.A Um-ul Fadhl once came to Prophet Muhammad (Alayhi-Salam) and said: "O Prophet Muhammad! I saw an awful dream." He replied: "Blessed be it." She continued: "I saw a piece of your flesh put in my lap!" Prophet Muhammad (Alayhi-Salam) smiled and said: "My daughter Fatimah will beget a son, and you shall take it into your lap." Intercession (Mediation) Interceding on behalf of someone in a dream represents honor, a seat of authority, or influence. Intercession in a dream also means cheating, or earning a wage for one's work without humiliation. If one sees the Day of Reckoning in a dream and people searching for an intercessor among the prophets, upon all of them be peace, it means social unrest and privation of the poor and needy from one's assistance. Death Death symbolizes the loss of religious faith and divorce as well as poverty, most probably on the spiritual plane. It also means regret and repentance for a great sin. Likewise, it alludes to imminent marriage, because the bridegroom or the married person, like the dead, enjoys special care, such as washing, incense, et cetera.
• Seeing one’s corpse carried on a bier or in a coffin amid tears and sobbing after all mortuary rituals have been accomplished: Weakening faith and debauchery along with dignity and power in this world. If, furthermore, the body had been buried, it would mean that the dreamer will be completely immersed in worldly matters and lost spiritually and will die without repentance. If he comes out of the grave, he will repent. In any case, the hero of such a dream will have absolute mastery and will almost enslave or humiliate as many people as were seen carrying his bier over their necks and shoulders. He might also rule over his province or state. But for a slave burial means that he will be set free. For the custodian of something it means that whatever he is entrusted to keep will be snatched from him.

• Seeing one’s house as a church: (1) Will talk the language of the Christians and turn one’s home into a meeting place for the whimsical, the heretics, and those who commit all sorts of sins. (2) The dreamer’s chief will be angry with him.

A Dream Concerning Abdullah bin Salam Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: A man came to Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) and said, "I saw in a dream, a cloud having shade. Butter and honey were dropping from it and I saw the people gathering it in their hands, some gathering much and some a little. And behold, there was a rope extending from the earth to the sky, and I saw that you (the Prophet) held it and went up, and then another man held it and went up and (after that) another (third) held it and went up, and then after another (fourth) man held it, but it broke and then got connected again." Abu Bakr said, "O Allah's Apostle! Let my father be sacrificed for you! Allow me to interpret this dream." The Prophet said to him, "Interpret it." Abu Bakr said, "The cloud with shade symbolizes Islam, and the butter and honey dropping from it, symbolizes the Quran, its sweetness dropping and some people learning much of the Qur'an and some a little. The rope which is extended from the sky to the earth is the Truth which you (the Prophet) are following. You follow it and Allah will raise you high with it, and then another man will follow it and will rise up with it and another person will follow it and then another man will follow it but it will break and then it will be connected for him and he will rise up with it. O Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam)! Let my father be sacrificed for you! Am I right or wrong?" The Prophet replied, "You are right in some of it and wrong in some." Sidratul Muntaha Or The Lote Tree Of The Ultimate Boundary That tree was the last thing that the Muslims Holy Prophet Muhammad saw before crossing the “no-man’s space” that goes beyond Heaven and separates it from the Sublime Throne. It is prohibited even for angels. As a kind of privilege, the Prophet was transported, one night called the night of the Israe and Miraj, from the Sacred Mosque (of Mecca (Makkah)) to the Farthest Mosque of Al-Quds, or Jerusalem, and shown some of the Signs of God.
