Adz (Adze; Ax) Seeing an adz in a dream signifies continuing progress, permanence, stability, livelihood, profits, money, benefits from one's wife or child. An adz in a dream also could represent the head of a project or the manager to whom one must report about the progress of his work, or it could represent a teacher, a wise man, an educator, one's mouth, one's servant, a greedy person, a sharp tongued woman or it could represent the arrival of a traveller. Egg • Eating eggs: Will marry a rich woman.
• A crane egg: A poor boy.
• A parrot egg: A pious maid or a maiden.
• Being given an egg: Will be blessed with an honest son. If the egg was broken, the son would die.

Crupper (A leather loop passing under a horse's tail and is buckled to the saddle.) In a dream, a crupper represents a contemptuous and a lowly guardian who profiteers and takes advantage of his position. Wind (Blow; Changing course; Hurricane; Storm; Trap; Tornado; Wonder) In a dream, winds represent the person in authority or the leader. In that sense, winds in a dream represent the sphere of one's control and his power to change things, or to maneuver people's interests. Winds in a dream also may represent a leader, his army, commands and helpers. Wind was once one of the servants of Allah's Prophet Solomon, Alayhi-Salam, as it moved under his command by Allah's leave. A stormy wind in a dream may represent calamities, destruction, or plagues. A tornado in a dream means destruction or a calamity. On the other hand, wind in a dream may also mean pollination, good harvest, prosperity, victory, or success. Bolter (Sieve; Sifter) A bolter in a dream signifies spiritual guidance, repentance from sin, a just judge who examines carefully each case, canvases the truth and discerns between truth and falsehood. A bolter in a dream also represents a man and a woman who do not carry evil in them. Ship Standing on the shore and watching a ship in the sea in a dream means receiving glad tidings. If one sees the ship ascending in the skies in a dream, it represents slow coming benefits, and if the ship is descending from the sky, it denotes fast coming benefits. The beams of a ship represent religious men, faith, holding fast to one's religion, or they could mean complications. The sails of a ship in a dream represent its captain. The crew represents servants. The rowing oars, the rudders, or the propellers in a dream represent the movement of the ship, or the children of its owner. The condition of a ship represents the state of the person seeing the dream or his living condition. If one rescues a drowned ship in a dream, it means that he will discover a treasure, or it could mean marriage if one is unwed, or a financial gift for one who works for a governor. Astrolabe (Astrology) In a dream, it represents the assistant or the servant of a governor or ruler. An astrolabe in a dream also represents someone connected with the leadership of a land. Accompanying such a person in a dream then means benefits equal to what one sees in his dream. Worship • Worshiping a star or a tree: (1) The dreamer has or will embrace Sabaism or Sabeanism, the religion of those described by Allah in the following terms: “Swaying between this (and that), (belonging) neither to these nor to those …” (“Al-Nisae” [Women], verse 143.) (2) The dreamer is trying to serve a prestigious person who has little, if any, religion.

Spool In that sense, a spool represents the element of religious life and the rope in a dream signifies religion, which is one's connection to his Lord. Carrying a spool when performing one's ablution in a dream means that one will be permanently cured from ills and become free from debts. Lane A lane in a dream also represents a servant or cohabitation. Whatever shape the lane takes in one's dream, one will see the same in wakefulness. Following that trail of thinking, walking a lane in a dream means suffering the wrong treatment of a merchant, a person in authority or a craftsperson. Dove The dove symbolizes the virtuous, loving, and beloved woman who sticks to her man. It also alludes to the messenger, the letter, and the unexpected or the urgent information. According to legend, it was blessed by Noah after he was disappointed by a crow. He had sent the latter to view the condition of the water, but the crow, having seen carrion floating on the surface, forgot all about its mission. By contrast, the dove brought Noah a green leaf. Likewise, the dove refers to a girl, in particular the white one, sight of whom means good religion. Black pigeons are the leading figures of both sexes in society. But the best dove to be dreamt of is that which is green, for it means piety. The piebald or spotted doves are people of mixed blood. Wearing a pearl Necklace If a person sees himself wearing a necklace made of pearls, it means he will commit the Holy Quran to memory and he will become trustworthy and Allah-fearing. He will be a person with a huge family. He will be held in high esteem by men and women alike. Pebbles In a dream, pebbles represent men, women, little children, or counted money. They also mean memorizing a book of knowledge, understanding it, knowing it by heart, or writing poems. They also mean performing one's pilgrimage to Mecca and pelting stones in the valley of Mina at a placed called Jamarat. Pelting stones in a dream also means harshness, toughness, slander, or youth. Partridge The partridge (bird) symbolizes a pretty and wild woman. Many partridges means women.
• Seizing a partridge: Will marry such a woman.

Finding something (Abandoned; Discarded item; Lost item; Gleanings) Finding something abandoned or discarded or lost in a dream means receiving a precious gift from an employee or a servant one will treasure, or it could mean receiving a cheap item one cares to keep, receiving an inheritance, or it could mean begetting a blessed son. Yashmak (Turk. Double veil worn by Muslim women; Apparel; Attire; arb. Khimar; Niqab) A yashmak or a veil covering the lower part of the face up to the eyes in a dream represents a young girl who will live a long life, or it could represent one who devotes her life to religious and spiritual studies. Sheep Sheep are a booty. Black sheep are Arabs; white ones are aliens. The ewe, or female sheep, is a well-off or rather wealthy woman. The billy goat is an awesome man or, on the contrary, a slave, a Negro, or even an ignorant person, to borrow the expression of Ibn Siren. The same interpretation of dreams involving a ram applies to it. The she-goat symbolizes a humble or humiliated woman or a jobless servant, because her body is uncovered where it should not be, like the poor. It also refers to the average year.
