Sky • Being in the first of seven heavens: (1) The dreamer will become a minister, if eligible, because, says Ibn Siren, this heaven is the orbit of the moon, the sky’s prime minister. (2) Death is near.
• Being in the second heaven (the orbit of Mercury): The dreamer will acquire knowledge and wisdom and enjoy self-sufficiency or contentment or will become a leader.
• Being in the third heaven (the orbit of Venus): The dreamer will be dignified and welcome everywhere and have plenty of girls and goods of all kinds, procuring the utmost joy.
• Being in the fourth heaven (the orbit of the sun): The dreamer will be close to the ruler.
• Being in the fifth heaven (the orbit of Mars): Terror, or the dreamer will become a police chief or a warrior, go to war, et cetera.
• Being in the sixth heaven (the orbit of Jupiter): The dreamer will be happy and prestigious and conclude fruitful business transactions.

Doomsday • Seeing one of the signs of the hour marking the end of the world, such as the sun rising in the west, the mammals, reptiles, and insects flocking, the appearance of the Antichrist or of Gog and Magog: (1) Good augury for an obedient worshiper of God. (2) A warning to sinners.
• Seeing oneself standing before God on Doomsday or the dead coming out of their graves: Justice will prevail quickly.
• Dreaming that Doomsday has come: The dreamer is compelled to travel.
• Seeing oneself alone or with another person being pushed to join the crowd of the resurrected: The dreamer is unjust in view of the verse of the Holy Quran that says: “ (And it is said unto the angels): Assemble those who did wrong, together with their wives and what they used to worship.” (“Al-Saffat” [Those Who Set the Ranks], verse 22.) Dig • Going to a grave and digging the earth with one’s nails or trying to unearth the dead: Will probe the life of the dead dwelling in that grave to follow his pattern.
• Trying to unearth one’s body: The dreamer is a materialist, running after worldly matters, and will succeed only if he managed to disinter the corpse.
• An animal digging the earth or soil in one’s yard with its pawns or hooves: Beware of an enemy.
• Digging with one’s nails in an inappropriate place: The dreamer is after something very difficult.
• Digging a grave or a pit for oneself or somebody else: (1) Will build a house. (2) Will settle in that area.
• Digging a grave on a surface: Will live long.

• Marrying a relative whom Islam prohibits: Will prevail over one’s family.
• Sodomizing one’s father: Will oust him from the country or be hostile to him.
• Having sex with one’s father or mother without ejaculation: Will be good to him or her. If the dream had ended with an orgasm, it would mean the reverse.
• A man dreaming or someone dreaming of him that he is having sex with his mother, sister, brother, or similar prohibited relations seen as dead in the dream: He is not supporting them as he should, but will change his attitude and become fair. It could also mean trouble and worries or, on the contrary, benefit to both parties. If they are seen to be alive in the dream, he does not have much affection for them. Divorce (Poverty) If someone divorces his wife in a dream, it means that he will be dismissed from his job. If an unmarried person sees himself divorcing someone in a dream, it means reaching a conclusion to whatever good or bad he is experiencing. As for the divorce of a married person in a dream, it means closing of his business or his death if he is bed stricken. If one sees himself divorcing his wife in a dream, it means that he will become rich, or that his life will run smoother. Pregnancy This symbolises a persons increment in material wealth. At times it represents ear for a certain person in view of the following adage: Qad habala fil ardhi khawful fulaanin. Head In case the one who had cut off the head was identified, relief would come at the hand of such a person. If that person was a child below the age of puberty or if the dreamer was ill for a long time, relief would be followed by death. However, the same dream made by someone who is neither ill nor indebted, nor worried, nor at war would mean that the dreamer will no longer be prosperous and will be abandoned by his chief and his power will wane.
• A king beheading the dreamer: The king is God, Who will save the dreamer from his trouble and help him out.
• A king severing the heads of his subjects: That king will grant an amnesty to convicts.

What Todo When Seeing A Bad Dream 'Abu Qatadah narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said: "Dreams are from Allah and Hulum are from Shaitan. So when one of you sees something that bothers him, then let him spit on his left three times, and let him seek refuge in Allah from its evil. Then it will not harm him." Face Frowning in someone's face in a dream also means suffering at his hand. If a woman sees her face blackened with soot in a dream, it means the death of her husband. If she sees herself putting makeup and anointing herself with perfume in a dream, it means good news for her and for her husband. A smiling and a cheerful face in a dream connotes happiness and righteousness whether the person is alive or dead. The beauty of a woman's face or that of a child in a dream means blessings. Pearl • Entering pearls into one’s mouth: Religious devotion.
• Throwing pearls from one’s mouth and people collecting them but not the dreamer himself: The latter is a preacher who does not apply his prediction to himself.
• Chewing pearls: Will backbite.
• Vomiting, chewing, then swallowing pearls: Will flout and slander people.
• Seeing or finding a pearl: (1) A woman whom the dreamer will marry or a servant. (2) Will have a good-looking boy in view of the following verse from the Holy Quran describing some of the merits of Paradise: “And will go round about them perpetual youths: If thou seest them, thou wouldst think them scattered pearls.” (“Al-Dahr” [Time], also named “Al-Insan” [The Human Being], verse 19.) Grape However, in interpreting such dreams special care should be given to the season in which the dream took place. Was it the time when vineyards blossom? Was it the harvesting season? Was it the period of the year when the vineyards go dry? The fate of the dream or of the person dreamed of will depend on those vagaries.
• Having a dream involving grapes and a certain woman during the bad season: (1) If that woman is ill, she will die. (2) If pregnant, she will give birth to a girl.
• A bachelor dreaming of owning a vineyard: (1) Will marry a nice woman. (2) Will be in the good books of a philanthropist.
