The Tongue It symbolises his spokesperson and messenger. At other times it symbolises the soundness of his argument. Thus, if he sees his tongue as cut or short, it suggest that his argument regarding a certain dispute is weak. And if there is no such dispute, it symbolises his steadfastness on Deen. As opposed to the above, if he sees his tongue as elongated, it suggest that his argument is sound enough to make him gain victory over his opposition. Eagle (Vulture) Eagle is the king of birds. Struggling with an eagle in a dream means distress, fury of one's superior or subjugation to an unjust person. Owning an obedient, well tamed eagle in a dream means prosperity, honor and power. Owning and flying an eagle in a dream means becoming a tyrant. The scratch of an eagle in a dream means a sickness. A killed eagle in a dream means the death of a ruler. If a pregnant woman sees an eagle in her dream, it means seeing a midwife or a nurse. Incident - Abu Bakr seeing rain with honey and ghee Once a person related to Hadhrat Aboo Bakr As-Siddeeq 9RA) his dream saying that he dramt that a cloud sent forth rains of honey and butter-oil (ghee) and there were some who grabbved much of it while others took little of it. Hadhrat Aboo Bakr (RA) interpreted his dream as follows : “As for the cloud, it symbolizes Islam. The honey and ghee symbolizes the sweetness and excellence of Islam. Shroud Or Mortuary Winding Sheet • Taking the shroud of a dead person: (1) For a virtuous or pious being: The dreamer will specialize in an exotic and very delicate science or craft (or technology in modern times) or will achieve gains by unholy means. (2) For a debauchee: He has very little if not no religion at all, is affecting people’s minds, and indulges in peeping, sneaking, reporting, and violating people’s secrecy.
• Separating winding sheets: The dreamer is a benefactor.
• Asking for a shroud but failing to find one: Bad omen.
• Something enshrouded being given to the dreamer: Benefits.

Plate In a dream, a plate represents one's beloved, or it could mean going through hard times, or it could represent locusts or money. A plate in a woman's dream represents the best man in her circles. If a man sees a plate in his dream, it represents the most respected woman in his circles. Falcon A falcon in a dream represents a thief, might, victory over one's enemy, satisfying one's purpose, love to have many children, marriage, slaves, mistresses, precious stones, health, relief, or it could mean love to travel. A falcon in a dream also means cessation of life, capture, hunting, shackles, imprisonment, ties, etcetera. If it appears well trained, obedient and responsive in the dream, it means walking in the company of an important person who is surrounded with an impressive entourage. If one sees a falcon flying and gathering a flock of falcons in a dream, it means building an army. Sky In Arabic, there is only one word for sky and heaven, the same as in French. The sky symbolizes the king’s court and his entourage, which are as difficult to reach as the sky is (or used to be in ancient times).
• Anything falling from the sky, be it good or bad: That thing will come from Heaven.
• Climbing to the sky on a ladder: The dreamer will be dignified and reap benefits from the king.
• Climbing to the sky without any ladder or stairs: The dreamer will be disappointed and terrorized by the sultan. If the dreamer’s intention is to overhear, he will spy on the sultan and break into his palace or treasury to rob him. In case he reaches the sky, he will succeed. The reverse is also true.

Bier • Being lifted, placed on a bier, and borne on men’s shoulders: Promotion, power, influence, and tyranny. Will ride on people’s necks and have as many followers as were seen carrying the dreamer in the dream.
• Seeing oneself on a bier without anybody carrying it: Will go to jail.
• A ruler, a chief, a merchant, or a manufacturer seeing himself on a bier rolling or gliding on the soil: Will board a ship.
• Carrying a bier: (1) If eligible, will govern a province as prominent as the people marching in the funeral procession. (2) Illicit gains. (3) Will intercede in favour of a religiously corrupt person.
• A bier flying and people holding to it: (1) A chief or a scholar will die without anybody knowing about it. (2) A great man will die in foreign land, during the pilgrimage or in a battle for the sake of Allah (Jihad). (3) If the dead man on the bier was identified, it would be him in particular. Kite • Owning a kite that hunts for the dreamer: Will have influence and money.
• Seizing a wild kite that neither hunts for nor obeys the dreamer, but holding it in the hand: Will have a male child who will become a king as soon as he reaches manhood. Osprey Eating the flesh of an osprey in a dream represents a demanding person. An osprey in a dream also represents a ruler about whom people speak very scarcely, but who is the direct cause of the falling of many neighboring rulers. Seeing an osprey in a tree means profits, favors and blessings. A flying osprey in a dream means victory in one's life. An osprey standing on top of a mountain or a rock, or on a cliff in a dream means success for the one who is starting a new job or a new business. However, it also could mean bad news if one is afraid of something, or if he is travelling. Divorce For instance, if a married or sick man dreams that he has divorced his wife three times, at once this would mean that the loss of his livelihood or his demise will be irreversible or imminent, the wife being regarded as the husband’s life and crown. If one dreams of divorcing one’s unique wife this means loss of dignity, pride, position, or authority, temporarily or definitively, depending on the degree of the divorce. It could also mean that the dreamer will have a dispute with another man, will strongly reprimand a friend for a disappointing gesture, or will himself be incriminated.

Pilgrimage • Performing tawaf (turning round the Kabah and praying): The dreamer will be entrusted with something honourable by some imams (Muslim spiritual leaders).
• Performing tawaf on a horseback: The dreamer will make love to a prohibited family relation.

Disappearing However the disappearance of Allah's loving people in a dream perhaps means thinking about one's beloved, or being exposed to uncommon mysteries of the universe. If one disappears within the earth without going through a hole in his dream, and if he remains a long time therein until people think that he will never come out again in the dream, it means self-deception, arrogance and love for the world, and such a person will die in that pursuit as a consequence of adventuring with his own life. Incest • Making love to one’s mother without passion despite her responsiveness: The dreamer will leave the country by his own free will.
• Making love to one’s mother without passion, then being cold-shouldered: The dreamer will flee his home place.
• Making love to one’s mother while her face is turned away: (1) Bad dream, meaning that the mother’s countrymen will stop loving and even resent the dreamer. (2) The dreamer will be discredited in the eyes of his countrymen or colleagues. (3) The dreamer will not get whatever he is aiming for.

Jinn - Or Djinn • A person dreaming that a jinn is standing behind him: His enemies will have the upper hand.
• Dreaming that you are controlling a jinn, who obeys you: Dignity and the highest post.
• Tying up a jinn: Will triumph over the enemy.
• Falling captive in the hands of the jinn: Scandals.

Funeral If one sees himself lifted and placed in a coffin in a dream, it means that people will appoint him to a leadership position. If one sees a group of people performing a funeral prayers and crying over the loss of the deceased in a dream, it means that the conclusion of his life will be commendable. Otherwise, if they express no sorrow for his loss or cry over him, but instead criticize him in the dream, it means that the conclusion of his life will be contemptible. If a merchant, a governor or a leader sees himself sitting over a coffin that is moving freely by itself in the dream, it means taking a trip by sea. If one sees the coffin flying in a dream, it means that a great man of knowledge will die in that town and people will not know of it, or that a known person will die in a foreign land or on the way to or back from a pilgrimage. Planting Seeing an arable land or planting it in a dream means finding work, or doing someone a favor with ulterior motives, or performing a duty from which one hopes to receive benefits at a later time. Planting in a dream also means that one's wife will become pregnant. If one sees himself planting in other than a fertile ground in a dream, it means that he engages in sodomy. Horse • Dreaming that one’s draft horse has become insubordinate and one is unable to control it means the wife will have the upper hand.
• The packhorse talking to the dreamer: Plenty of money will come from the wife’s side, and respectability will be enhanced.
• Making love to a packhorse: Will do a favour to one’s wife and abstain from complaining of any weakness.
• Riding on a draft horse: Will embark on a distant journey and get plenty of welfare from the wife’s side.
• Riding and flying with a draft horse: Will travel with one’s wife, who will become somebody.
• The draft horse being angry with the dreamer: His wife is an infidel.
• Death of a draft horse: Death of a wife.

Fruit pickle (Relish) Pickled fruits in a dream means apostasy, corruption, emulating evil people, wasting one's money foolishly or breaking one's promise.
