A Rope Coming From The Sky Abu Hurairah narrated that a man came to the Prophet Muhammad and said: "I had a dream of a cloud with shade dripping butter and honey. I saw the people scooping it up with their hands, some taking much and some taking little. I saw a rope extending from the sky to the earth. Then I saw you Prophet Muhammad! You took hold of it and went up, then a man took hold of it after you do so, then a man took hold of it after him to do so. Then a man took hold of it and it was severed, and then connected for him, and he did so (i.e. , went up)." Abu Bakr said: "May my father and mother be ransomed for you O Messenger of Allah! Allow me to interpret it." He said: "Interpret it." so he said: "As for the cloud with its shade, it is Islam. As for what the butter and honey that dropped from it, this is the Quran and its delicateness and sweetness. It means some of them gathered much of the Quran and some of them a little. As for the rope extending from the sky to the earth, it is the truth which you are upon, you clug to it and Allah exalted you. Then another man will take hold of it after you and ascend on it, then after him, another man will take hold of it and ascend on it. Then another [man] will take hold of it but it will break, then be connected so he will ascend on it. Inform me O Messenger of Allah! Am I correct or am I mistaken?" The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said: "You are correct in some of it and mistaken in some of it." He (i.e., Abu Bakr) said: "I swear to you by my father and my mother O Prophet Muhammad! Beheading If one sees a ruler beheading his subjects in a dream, it means that he will issue a decree of amnesty for all prisoners. Abel Seeing Abel means: (1) The dreamer will be envied and suffer from spite on the part of one’s enemy or be killed without having committed any crime. Incident - Piercing eggs from the top and Extracting the White Finally, after taking a promise from Ibn Sirin, the man confessed that he is the person who saw that dream. Imam Ibn Sirin asked someone to call the chief of police and to tell him that this man is a body snatcher who digs the graves and steals their contents. Earthquakes and Tremors These are forewarnings of certain major happenings in the world. A quake on mountains points towards evil Ulama. A quake on one's own body suggest that one is bereft of all goodness and worthiness. A tremor is one's house suggest that his house will become a venue for adultery. Eating elephant Meat The One who eats the meat will receive assets from some authority. The extent of such assets will depend on how much meat he eats. Saddle The saddle symbolizes influence, a beast that the dreamer rides, or a noble, beautiful and impressive woman. It could also refer to money.
• Being on a saddle: The dreamer will triumph in all matters and under any circumstances.
• Owning a saddle: The dreamer is married to, will marry, or will have sex with three women because, says Al-Nabulsi, he sits on a saddle like he does on the lower part of a woman’s belly and introduces his feet in two stirrups, as if they were two vaginas (1 + 2 = 3) . Sword • Being girded with two or three swords that break loose or fall: Will divorce one’s wife irrevocably by swearing three times.
• Drawing a sword: The dreamer is asking people to testify in his favour, but they refuse.
• Drawing one’s sword to find it oxidized: Wife will give birth to an ugly or obscene boy.
• A man drawing his sword on the dreamer: That man has prepared a diatribe. (1) If he hits the dreamer and no blood comes out: What the assailant says will be true. (2) If he hits the dreamer without injuring him: The dreamer will triumph over the attacker. (4) If he strikes without cutting anything, but blood oozes out: The attacker will calumniate the dreamer and come out with sheer fabrications about him.

Teeth (Setting the tooth on its edge.) To set one's tooth on its edge in a dream means a betrayal carried by a member of one's family the tooth represents. This includes one's children, wife, partners, or employees. To set one's teeth on their edge in a dream also could mean changes in one's behavior that may lead to a changing attitude on the part of such family members. Fasting • Fasting not for the sake of Allah, but out of hypocrisy, to gain a good reputation: The dreamer will not find what he is seeking.
• Someone used to fasting dreaming that he has failed to fulfil that religious duty: (1) Will backbite. (2) Will become very ill.

Stool • Passing stool in a garbage dump, on a seacoast, or in a similar area where it is permissible to do so: According to Ibn Siren: a good omen. No more worries or pain.

• Too much filth from people: Handicaps and prevailing evil.
