Mountain • The same dream for someone who is not sailing and has nothing to do with the sea: Will deviate from the consensus, hold independent views, and come out with fantasies and heresies. It would be especially so if the dreamer was accompanied by wild mountain animals or if there was a judge, a scholar, or a just imam on the vessel he left.
• Climbing a mountain relates to something the dreamer is requesting. If he climbed without difficulty or on stairs and reached the top, demands will be met without problems. If on the contrary, the ascent was rough or he failed to reach the top or fell, the reverse would apply and he would have as many tragedies as limbs were broken, et cetera. Manger (Feeding trough) Seeing a manger or a feeding trough in a dream means having power, receiving a gift, or it could represent one's intelligence, diversification and qualifications. Chewing food If one sees himself exaggeratedly chewing his food in a dream, it means disdain and indifference about seeking an honest livelihood. Bench (Outdoor bench) If one sees a cement bench in front of his door in a dream, it means that one's wife is having a secret affair. Felony To commit a felony or to incriminate an innocent person in a dream means that one will fall into peril. It also can he interpreted as achieving one's goals. Prematurity (Also look under Beard.) Prematurity is not favoured by the interpreters of dreams, except for the ability to speak early, because, says Ibn Siren, man is a talking animal. So the act is more or less natural. But for the rest it heralds a scandal or death. Bad dreams of that kind involve, for example, little children with beards, getting married, or kids having a baby. Slaughterhouse (Abattoir) A slaughterhouse in a dream represents loss of lives, the return of souls to their Lord, bloodshed, skinning animals, or it could mean fetidness. A slaughterhouse in a dream also means weddings, festivities, celebrations and banquets, or it could represent tyranny, adultery, or a brothel. If a sick person sees himself entering a slaughterhouse in a dream, it means the end of his life and the dividing of his assets after his death. If a healthy person enters a slaughterhouse and if his garment become stained with blood in a dream, it means a sickness, adversities, or debts. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Beef It symbolises wealth accumulated during those prosperous years mentioned above. The same is the interpretation if the skin, urine, droppings or any other filth of the stomach is seen. But whether such wealth is lawful or unlawful will depend on the odour of the urine, droppings or filth. The same interpretation will be given if, instead of cows, the urine, droppings etc. of other animals are seen. If the odour is overpowering it represents wealth that is totally unlawful. Doorman In a dream, a doorman represents a royal person or a powerful man. If one sees himself in a dream as a doorman, and if he employs a servant to assist him in the dream, it means that he will climb to a powerful position. To see oneself as the king's doorman in a dream means debts, but if one finds himself working as the prince's doorman or door attendant, it means occupying a seat of authority. Nose ring In a dream, a nose ring represents an unjust person and a tyrant. Piercing the nose of an animal to insert a nose ring in a dream means money, or it could mean vanquishing or defeating one's enemy. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Jinn - Or Djinn According to my grandfather, the late Mr. Mahmoud Fahim of Egypt, a master magician and an authority on the subject, as quoted by Dr. Paul Brunton: “… jinn's are native inhabitants of the spirit world who have never possessed a human body. Some of them are just like animals, others are as shrewd as men. There are also evil jinn's … who are used by low sorcerers, especially by the African witch doctors … they are dangerous servants and will sometimes turn treacherously on the man who is using them and kill him.”36 The jinn's have their own realm, whose doctors, for instance, are called Maymoun and Abanos. They are said sometimes to perform surgery. Ata is a good friend who answers queries and might appear, when invoked, in European or Arab dress or clad as a sheikh. Incident - A barber shaving off Beard and Moustache It is related that in Baghdad some persons were seated together, relating their dreams to each other. One amongst them said : “Friends I wish to relate to you a strange dream I had seen. I saw a barber shaving off my beard and moustche. One awakening I proceeded to Imaam Jafar Saadiq (RA) and related to him the dream. He said: You are to become embroiled in some difficulty owing to which you will lose your honour and respectability amongst the people. This will cause you muich grief and sorrow. I was shocked by this interpretation. I returned home with difficulty and remained indoors for four days. One the fifth day I decided to go out for a walk When I reached the door of the masjid. Muezzin (Caller to prayers; Muslim caller on the hour of prayers) In a dream, a muezzin represents someone who calls for what is good and blessed, a broker, an officiant who performs the wedding ceremony, the messenger of the king, or his door attendant. If a muezzin recites the entire call to prayers in a dream, it may denote the pilgrimage season. The call to prayers in a dream also may represent a siren announcing a burglary or a fire. Spear • Placing a spear behind the door or covering it with one’s arm: Wife will give birth to a girl.
• Stabbing with a spear: Will falter and commit a sin, backbite, or slander somebody.
• A spear breaking: Bad omen and decaying influence. If it is the chief’s spear, an enemy will emerge or the chief will be deposed or have an accident. If it belongs to the son or the brother, a tragedy will befall him. In case it can be repaired, the victim will escape or recover or things will return to normal. If it is beyond repair, the subject will die.

Fat (Grease; Lubrication; Money; Prosperity; Tallow) If one sees himself having a fat tail like that of a sheep in a dream, it means that his livelihood will depend on the revenues of his offspring. Noah Seeing him (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also means spending a lifetime in devotion and servitude to one's Lord, commanding good and forbidding evil. If a ruler sees Allah's prophet Noah (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream, it means that his subject will disobey him. Seeing him (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also means crying and lamentation, disputes with one's family, rising prices, relief from distress, adversities and having recalcitrant children. Seeing him in a dream also represents a flourishing business, farming, a ship building industry, travelling with several types of food, or mixing different species of animals.
