Glass According to Daniel the Wise, as quoted by Ibn Shaheen, glass symbolizes women. For Ibn Siren, manufactured white glass represents religion and life, especially if the name God is written on or carved in it. Otherwise, it refers to the ephemeral. Voice The gurgling of a camel in a dream represents a blessed journey, a pilgrimage, a successful business trip, or toiling and hardships. The roaring of a lion in a dream represents alarm, esteem, fear, or being threatened by someone in authority. In general, the sound of animals in a dream connotes adversities or fear. The neighing of horses in a dream means an invasion or might. The harking of dogs in a dream means vain talk, interference in others business, regret, intending to harm others, hostility toward others, or dissonance. • Snake meat: Money from an enemy. Eating it raw means the enemy will be absent.

Voice The braying of a donkey in a dream means cursing one's adversaries. The roaring of a lion in a dream means threats or boasts. The yowling of a tomcat in a dream means uproar, backbiting, defamation and insinuations. The squeak of a mouse in a dream means profits, reunion, love and peace, or it could mean harm one could suffer because of an interfering person or a robber. The crying of a female gazelle in a dream means longing for one's homeland. The yapping of foxes in a dream means a warning to escape, to move from one field into another, or it could mean suffering from jealousy, perfidy or lies. Hanging loosely If one sees himself hanging down loosely from a high place in a dream, it means that he will turn pious and for the sake of his faith, he will give preference to his life in the hereafter over that of this world. One's fall in the dream connotes despair or disappointment. Hanging loosely to reach a lion, a serpent, a scorpion, or the like creatures in a dream means hanging around with evil companions, soliciting marriage from a corrupt family, or seeking the friendship of the wrong people. Carnelian-red Such blessings will manifest in one's work and success in his material as well as spiritual life. A Carnelian-red stone in a dream also represents one's progeny, good religious conduct, good character, while seeing the white variety of this stone has a stronger meaning and a better attribute than the red. Khimar; Niqab) A yashmak or a veil covering the lower part of the face up to the eyes in a dream represents a young girl who will live a long life, or it could represent one who devotes her life to religious and spiritual studies. Collarband If the Collarband is made from alum, then it means marrying a young eastern man. If the Collarband is made from beads in the dream, it means that her husband is a mean and a contemptible person. Weapon • Old people looking at the dreamer, who is armed: His friends are envying and coveting him.
• Young men looking at the dreamer, who is armed: His enemies are casting an evil eye on him.
• Being armed and capable of using the weapons: (1) The dreamer is an accomplished person. (2) The dreamer is pious. (3) If ill, God will heal him. (4) If on a journey, will return safe and sound. (5) Will no longer be scared. (6) Will achieve goals.

Ball of thread (Hank of yarn; Spool; Thread) For pensioners, seeing a ball of thread in a dream signifies increase in one's benefits or receiving extra income. A ball of thread in a dream also represents an astute worker, an employee, an intelligent and a hard working young man, or it could mean longevity. Clothes A man told Ibn Siren, “I dreamed that I bought an ornamented cloth of the best silk, which was folded up. When I unfolded and hung it, I found it rotten in the middle.” “Did you buy an Andalusian slave?” asked Ibn Siren. “Yes,” said the man. “Did you have sex with her?” “No,” said the man, “for I have not yet checked her.” “Don’t bother to do so, because her genitals are stinking.” And so it was when the man had his new slave checked by his women.

Jew Interpreters widely differ on the sight of Jews in a dream. For some:
• Seeing a Jew, be he young or old, means: (1) An enemy, in view of the Quranic verse that reads: “Thou wilt find the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe (to be) the Jews, and the idolaters. …” (“Al-Maidah” [The Table Spread], verse 82.) Leprosy Leprosy symbolizes: (1) A cloth without ornament. (2) Money. Dreaming of being piebald (black and white) means one will contract leprosy. It is always better to dream of oneself having such dreadful diseases than of others. Testicles • Seeing one’s testicles inflated and stronger than they really are: (1) Will be protected from any harm. (2) Will have many girls.
• Seeing one’s testicles having been cut or destroyed: (1) An amount of money is due by the dreamer, of which two thousand, two hundred, or simply two currency units are missing. (2) Will be deprived of God’s blessings, have no more children, and face hard times. (3) Will divorce. (4) Will betray one’s country for personal benefits. (5) Will lose one’s children. (6) Will lose one’s purse or money altogether. (7) Will lose the consent of the bride’s sponsors. (8) Will lose one’s family or other relatives. (9) Will no longer be decent. (10) Will contract a skin disease, in particular; alopecia (loss of hair), commonly called fox’s evil; or leontiasis leprosy, known as lion’s evil.

Soup Eating a lion's soup in a dream means presiding over heartless and inhumane people, along with mistrust and fears. Eating a dog's soup in a dream means presiding over a loathsome and a despicable business, working with evil people and earning black profits. If the soup has no fat in the dream, it means deprivation, poverty and humiliation. Eating the sopped bread of such soup means death. Molar Tooth Teeth in a dream represent the elderly members in one's family, or their most distinctive ones. If a molar tooth falls in a dream, it means loss of money or life. Cradle Buying a cradle or sitting in a cradle in a dream means blessings, grace, profits and comfort. A cradle in a dream also represents a stepson or the stepchild of a young woman. For men, a cradle in a dream signifies sorrow, distress, imprisonment or a small and restrictive dwellings. As for an unmarried man, seeing a cradle in a dream means that he will get married. Back The back symbolizes the person’s back, support, center of power, sure resort, and value.
• Being bent: (1) Tragedy. (2) Hair will turn white.
• Seeing a friend’s back: He will turn away.

Eye • Dreaming that one’s eyes have been pierced: The dreamer will lose someone or something very dear.
• Seeing something white in or around the pupil of the eye or a kind of screen: Trouble, deep worries, losses, and loss of aspirations.
• An absent relative returning blind: The dreamer will die.
