Dates • Seeing a measure of dates: A booty.
• Seeing scattered dates: The dreamer is planning a trip.
• Picking a date from a palm tree during the right season: (1) Will marry a noble, rich, and blessed woman. (2) Will obtain money from generous and noble people without effort. (3) The dreamer’s farm will yield him good money. (4) Will acquire useful knowledge and benefit from it. If the date was picked in the wrong season, he would acquire such knowledge but not use it. Tooth • The upper teeth falling on one’s knees: A male child will be born.
• Teeth falling on the ground: Death.
• Teeth growing in the heart: Death.
• Catching a falling tooth and refraining from burying it: Will give advice to whomever that tooth refers to.
• All the teeth of healthy, free persons, or travellers falling: (1) Long disease. (2) Troubles of all kinds but no death, because the teeth of those who die do not fall. Therefore, the same dream is a good one for those who are already ill. It means that they will recover fast. (3) For travelling merchants the dream means that their luggage or cargo is light, especially if the teeth were seen moving.

A revealed secret on time in a dream means fulfillment of a promise, satisfying one's needs, repayment of one's debts, arriving of a long awaited person from a journey, release of a prisoner from his jail, and for a woman, it could mean becoming pregnant. Thirst • Thirst: A flaw (something wrong) in one’s religious faith and a penchant for intrigue. A strong urge for sex.
• Being thirsty in front of a river but abstaining from drinking from it: The end of sorrow and troubles in view of a verse in the Holy Quran that says: “When Talut [Saul] set forth with the armies, he said: God will test you at the stream: If any drinks of its water, he is not of me, and whosoever tasteth it not, he is of me. A mere sip out of the hand is excused. But they all drank of it, except a few. When they crossed the river,—he and the faithful ones with him,—they said: This day we cannot cope with Goliath and his forces. But those who were convinced that they must meet God said: How many a little company hath overcome a mighty host by Allah’s leave! Allah is with the steadfast.” (“Al-Baqarah” [The Cow], verse 249.) Flour Wheat or corn flour symbolizes whatever money the dreamer has amassed. It also refers to his children and other persons he supports.
• Baking wheat or corn flour: Will visit relatives abroad.
• Baking barley flour: The dreamer is a true believer, will triumph over enemies and will earn a fortune and a high post.

Grass If one sees grass growing all over him but does not cover his ears or eyes in a dream, it means prosperity. Amulet If he is a man of knowledge, it means that he lies or hides his true knowledge, abstains from giving true advice, or perhaps he offers a poor quality of worship. If the one reciting the incantation in the dream is a judge, it means that he will give a wrong judgement. If one is given to drink some water over which specific prayers were recited in a dream, it means longevity. If one sees himself reciting an incantation, or if he hears incantations recited on his behalf in a dream, it will all be false except for a prayer that recites; In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate or contains a Quranic revelation.
