Balcony Sitting in a balcony during the summertime in a dream means comfort, dispelling aggravations, recovering from an illness, or exposing one's secrets. A balcony in a dream also could mean honor, or if seen with the city walls, then it represents the governor of the town, or it could mean the battlement. The parapet on top of the walls represents his armies, his entourage or his ammunition and the stored provisions of the city. Minbar (arb. Pulpit; Sermon) A pulpit in a dream represents the Imam, the spiritual guide and commander of all the Muslims who also represents Allah's Messenger (Alayhi-Salam) on earth. A minbar in a dream also represents a blessed abode in the hereafter, and an exalted station through which Allah's Name is glorified. Standing one a pulpit and delivering a poised sermon in a dream means attaining an honorable station. If one does not qualify for such a position, then it means that he will acquire good fame. Doorstep If he removes the door lintels of his house in a dream, it means divorcing his wife. If the door lintels are taken away and one could no longer see them in the dream, it means his death. If he can still see them in the dream, then it means a sickness from which he will recover. The door lintel in a dream also represents a woman or the house bottler. If a governor sees the doorsteps of his house being removed in a dream, it means that he will be impeached. Grain merchant In a dream, a grain merchant represents a man of dignity whose earnings are blessed if he does not need to sell his merchandise in the dream, but if he is eager to dispose of his merchandise, then it will bring him humiliation. If one sees the governor of his town selling grains in a dream, it means that he will lose his post. A grain merchant in a dream also represents the head of merchants, a union boss, the chief craftsperson, or a popular and a magnanimous ruler. Beard A white beard in a dream means honor, dignity and good fame. If one's beard turns gray, leaving few black hairs in the dream, it means earning respect. If all its hair becomes gray in the dream, it means poverty and loss of integrity. Seeing one's wife having a beard in a dream means increase in one's wealth or growth of the bond business, or sickness of one's wife, or it could mean that she will no longer be able to conceive children, though if she had a son, it means that he will control the entire family. If a woman sees herself having a beard in a dream, it means losing her husband and if she is a widow, it means that she will marry a hard-working man who is compatible with her. If a pregnant woman sees that in a dream, it means that she will beget a son, and if she has a quarrel with someone, it means that she will win the battle and stand for herself with dignity and courage. Heart (Daughter; Pulsate; Servant) In a dream, the human heart represents his awareness, diligence, intelligence, master, king of the human body and its governor. Seeing a heart in a dream also represents good conduct, good spiritual awareness, religious assiduity and clarity of speech. If one's heart is stolen from him in a dream, it means fear, yearnings, bad religious practices, an accident, or a calamity. Shepherd (Bucket; Watering) In a dream, a shepherd represents a leader, a teacher or a governor. If one sees himself herding his sheep and not knowing how far they have spread in the fields in the dream, it means that he reads the Quranic revelations but does not fathom their meaning. Herding camels in a dream means presiding over people from a different land. Herding one's flock in a dream means serving one's people with compassion, and caring for their interests. Key Opening a door or a lock without a key in a dream means attaining the same through prayers. Finding a key in a dream means finding a treasure, or profits from a farmland. If a wealthy person finds a key in his dream, it means that he owes alms tax and he should immediately distribute what he owes, pay charities and repent for his sins. Holding to the key of the holy Kabah in a dream means working for a ruler or an Imam. If a woman receives keys in a dream, it means her betrothal. Having difficulty to open a door, even with a key in a dream means hindrances in one's business, or failure to attain one's goal. A key in a dream also represents new knowledge for a scholar or a learned person. Ritual bath To take a ritual ablution after washing a deceased person in a dream means abandoning one's association with heedless people. If the person who performs such an ablution is mentally deranged, it means that he will wake-up cured from his condition. Taking a ritual ablution prior to joining the sacred pilgrimage in a dream means happiness, success, victory over one's enemy, paying one's debts, or reuniting with one's beloveds. Taking a ritual ablution before circumambulating the sacred House in Mecca in a dream means working for one's livelihood, serving rich people, or caring for one's wife and parents. Wine If he buys wine or presses it in the dream, it means that he will foster religious distortion, an act that will cause him to suffer from a curse. Wine in a dream also represents lies, prattle, divulging secrets, adultery or crimes. Drinking wine in a competition or for fun in a dream means loss of one's money or child. If the person is a hard-working laborer, it means that he may experience some temporary comfort, or that he may marry an older woman. Drinking wine in a dream also means suffering from a state of stupor. Seeing a departed person drinking nonintoxicating wine with joy in a dream means that he is dwelling in paradise. This is only true if he was not in the habit of drinking alcohol in this world. However, wine in a dream could be a good sign for one who is intending to get married, because of its water content. Beheading (Capital punishment; Death; Decapitation) In a dream, beheading means freedom from slavery or dispelling sorrows and dismay, payment of one's debts, or it could mean prospering. If one knows his assailant in the dream, it means receiving wealth at his hand. If one is sick, it means that he will recover from his illness, and if he is not sick, it means that he will attend a pilgrimage. If the assailant is a young boy, then it means comfort, joy and relief from his burdens through his own death. If a healthy person is beheaded in a dream, it means the end of his comfort or loss of his job or authority.
