Darkness (Atheism; Ignorance; Night; Obscurity) In a dream, darkness means straying from Allah's path, being lost, committing an error, erring, confusion and perplexity. If one walks out of darkness into light in his dream, it means salvation, safety, guidance, repentance from sin or release from prison. Darkness in a dream also represents an oppressor. Thus, walking into a dark place in a dream means being unjust. Obscurity in a dream means the darkness of one's heart or blindness. Army general (Commander; Military) In a dream, an army general or a commander represents someone famous who is self assured and dauntless. If one sees himself as an army general in a dream, and should he qualify for such a position, it means prosperity, honor and blessings. Vinegar (Servant) In a dream, vinegar means money that is earned and spent in piety with blessings contained therein, or it could mean longevity, or wasting the least time possible in doing one's work. Vinegar sediments in a dream represent ignoble or evil money that carries meager benefits, or which is deemed shoddy, In a dream, vinegar and its container represent a servant and her dwellings. Drinking vinegar in a dream means enmity with one's household, or it could mean a family quarrel. As for a prisoner, drinking vinegar in a dream means his release from prison. Seeing Two Bangles In A Dream Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas: Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) said, "While I was sleeping, two golden bangles were put in my two hands, so I got scared (frightened) and disliked it, but I was given permission to blow them off, and they flew away. Porridge (Gruel) In a dream, porridge means travel by land, abstinence, piety and fear of wrongdoing. Eating porridge in a dream means release from prison, attaining a high ranking position, finding a lost property, or having excellent religious standing. Porridge is mostly made from flour and milk. The flour comes out of grinding. The milk emanates from the udders of an animal and the porridge is cooked on fire, thus all three can be interpreted according to their individual meaning. Wound (Bleeding; Cut; Injury) A wound in a dream means compensation money that will come out of an injury one may suffer, and it will show. A cut in the right hand in a dream means money which is earned from a family business. If the left hand receives the cut, such profits will come through a female relative. If one sees his left foot bleeding from a cut, it means that he will earn money from a farming business. If his injury is in his back, then such profits will come from his children. If his wound starts bleeding in the dream, it means a debt which he must repay, even if it is difficult for him to do so at present. Every bleeding wound in a dream represents a financial obligation. If one sees himself kneading a piece of dough in a dream, it means that he could expect a visitor to arrive suddenly, or it could mean the arrival of an awaited traveller. Seeing Two Bangles In A Dream Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) as saying: While I was sleeping, the treasures of the earth were presented to me and I was made to wear in my hands two gold bangles. I felt a sort of burden upon me and I was disturbed and it was suggested to me that I should blow over them, so I blew and both of them disappeared.
