Pudenda • The same dream, except that the dreamer is wearing no clothes whatsoever, would mean that: (1) A plea will be rejected or a wish will not be fulfilled. (2) He will be deposed, if he happens to be a ruler; or will lose the headship anyway. (3) Will be criticized for something he insists upon. If the private parts are not protruding and the dreamer does not feel ashamed, though nothing is left of the clothes, the dream means the end of worries and problems. For instance: (a) If the dreamer is ill, God will heal him. (b) If indebted, his debt will be settled. (c) If scared, he will feel secure. (d) No enemy will gloat over him. Sludge (Black mud; Scum; Slum; Profits; Capital for business; Glad tidings; Dominance) In a dream, a sludge means good news and particularly if one cannot find clean water near it. If a poor person trips into sludge in a dream, it means that his will satisfy his needs. If an unmarried person sees sludge in his dream, it means that he will get married, and he will have a family, a fatherin-law and a mother-in-law. Thread Holding a thread in one's hand in a dream means looking for an alibi or a proof to support one's argument and win a case. Twisting a thread, or tying it around someone neck, then dragging him or her in a dream represents a pimp soliciting clients for a prostitute. Knots in a thread mean sorcery or evil spells. Wash It could also refer to an honest man who brings back to the right path many people who had gone astray or were misleading others.
• Lying on a mortuary washing table: Promotion and the end of worries.
• One or more dead persons requesting the dreamer to wash their clothes: The dreamer is requested to recall God, pray for someone, give sadaqa, or alms, settle a debt, satisfy an adversary, or carry out a will.

Bread Bread symbolizes knowledge and Islam. It also alludes to the Book, the Tradition of the Holy Prophet, the mother who brings up and feeds her child, the wife who causes her husband to be religious and immune from debauchery, life, and vital money. Pure, white bread symbolizes a clear life, pure knowledge, and a beautiful white woman. Bread made of a mixture of wheat and barley is the reverse.
• Distributing bread to needy or weak people: Will preach or acquire learning.
• Baking bread: The dreamer is endeavouring to secure a steady source of income.
• Baking bread quickly before the furnace cools down: Will have a high position and obtain as much money as bread was produced.
• Finding or obtaining a loaf of bread: Long life. Each loaf represents forty years. Anything missing from it should be deducted from that figure. Its purity symbolizes the quality of life. Each loaf of bread could also symbolize one thousand dirham's (silver coins), welfare, abundance, and blessings. For a bachelor it alludes to a wife, for the ruler to his justice. Dog According to Ibn Siren, dream interpreters disagree on what a dog represents in dreams. Some of them regard it as a slave or a servant, others as a despot, a terrible person, and a slanderer, if it barks. The black dog is an Arab. On the other hand, a dog could also mean a weak enemy with little chivalry, if any. The she-dog is a mean woman. If she bites, such a woman would harm the dreamer. If a dog tears the dreamer’s clothes, it would mean that a low man would backbite him. For Al-Nabulsi, the dog symbolizes a policeman of low rank, a gate-man, or a guardian, a niggardly person, a weak enemy, and a stupid, profligate, and aggressive man who never hesitates to commit foolish or criminal acts, especially if it barks; it would mean that he has an awful temper, that he is terrible. Face If one's face appears white and his body black in a dream, it means that he shows decency and disguises inappropriateness. If a whiskerless person sees hair growing over the sides of his upper lip in a dream, it means that he carries burdening debts, or that he has lost dignity. If one's face looks different or missing some of its clarity or beauty in a dream, it denotes someone who jokes excessively, for immoderate jesting, hilarity or mirth decreases people's respect. Banner If the banners are black in the dream, they mean that one will meet a man of knowledge. If the banners are white, then they represent a jealous person who will never be married. If they are yellow, they represent an epidemic disease. If they are green, they mean a journey by land. A banner or a flag in a dream also means that one will be wrapped in ambiguity in relation to a particular matter and he will not find a way out. If one sees a flag and a brigade in a dream, it means that he will be able to find his way through the difficulties and overcome his sadness and adversities. Mirror • Looking in the mirror and seeing the wife’s vagina: Relief will come.
• Looking in a rusted mirror: The dreamer is in bad shape. Likewise, an adulterated mirror means deep worries.
• Looking in the mirror and seeing oneself with a black beard, which is not the case in reality: Will be honoured by people and well reputed, but not in religious affairs. A white beard would mean poverty compensated for by respect and religious faith.

Bathhouse The element of a bathhouse in a dream also represent a library, knowledge, guard's post, house of worship, a mosque, a church, idol worship, a prison, or a marketplace. It also represents repentance, guidance, richness, healing, an ocean or marriage. If one sees himself taking a bath with his clothe on in a dream, it means that he will fall prey to an attractive prostitute who will deceive him and lead him to commit his religious life to waste. Wash • Washing, especially after sex: Things will go through; will be purified from sins and will have no more worries.
• Washing, then putting on new clothes: (1) Will become rich. (2) Leadership will be restored. (3) Will be freed from jail. (4) Will recover from a disease. (5) Business will flourish. (6) Will pay back all debts. (7) Will go to Mecca (Makkah) for the pilgrimage.
• Wearing tattered clothes after washing: Worries and poverty.

Fig Fig leaves in a dream represent distress, grief, depression. Eating a fig leaf in a dream means sorrow and afflictions. Seeing black figs in season in a dream means comfort, while seeing white figs in a dream has a better connotation. Eating a fig out of season in a dream means jealousy. Eyes If one's eyes become white in a dream, they represent sorrow, or loss of a beloved. If one sees his eyes white, and if the white veil is lifted in the dream, it means that he will be reunited with his beloved and his distress will be dispelled. The right eye in a dream represents one's son and the left eye represents one's daughter. If a father sees one of his eyes being transposed to mix with the other eye in a dream, and if he has a son and a daughter, he should separate their bedrooms. Accepting from or Giving to the Deceased Something Accepting something from the dead is regarded as good while giving him something is regarded as bad. If a person sees a dead person giving him something of this world it mean he will acquire livelihood from an unimaginable source. And if he sees himself giving a dead person clothes normally worn by living persons and he accepts such clothes and wears them it means he (the giver) has a short life span. Gray hair If one's gray hair increase, but still include some black hair in the dream, it means dignity and reverence. If no black hair remains, then it means a rebuke or a reprimand one will hear from his superior. If one's black beard turns gray in a dream, it means that he may fail in his religious life, or lose his wealth. If one discovers two or three gray hairs in his black beard in a dream, it means that he will beget a son or that someone he loves will return from a long journey. If the hair of one's chest turns gray in a dream, it means that his food will become spoiled. Seeing one's beard brilliantly gray and beautiful in a dream means honor and fame throughout the lands. Quran • Stealing a Holy Quran: The dreamer will forget prayer.
• Holding a book or a Mushaf and opening it to find its pages blank: Appearances are deceitful or tricky.
• Eating a Mushaf or the pages of a Mushaf: The dreamer is taking money to transcribe the pages of the Holy Book, which is an illicit or immoral gain.
• Kissing the Mushaf: No shortcomings in discharging the dreamer’s duties.
• Writing Quranic texts in porcelain or mother-of-pearl or on a dress: The dreamer is interpreting the Quran the way he likes.
• Writing the Quran on the ground: The dreamer is an atheist.

• Finding green beads: Will have a pious servant.
• Finding black beads: Will obtain the services of a nonreligious, corrupt, and unkind servant.

Lesbianism • Seeing one’s wife with a beard: She will never become pregnant. If she already has a boy, the latter will prevail over his family.
• A woman dreaming that she is disguised, looks like, or behaves like a man: Good or bad fortune and fear, depending on the condition of her clothes.
• A woman dreaming that she has a penis (or a beard): (1) If married, she will divorce. (2) More power for whoever is supporting her. (3) She is dominating her husband and retaliates to any reproach on his part, especially if in the dream she is dressed like a man. (4) If pregnant, she will give birth to a male child. (5) If she is not pregnant but already has a boy, the latter will become the master of his folk. (6) If she is neither pregnant nor the mother of a boy, she will never have children in view of her masculinity. (7) It could also indicate that she is a lesbian who uses her clitoris as men do their phallus in making love to the opposite sex. (8) If she is not a lesbian, is not married, and has never conceived, she will get married.

Incident - Interpretations of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) Once Prophet Muhammad (Alayhi-Salam) related a dream to his blessed companion Abu Bakr, God be pleased with him. He said: "I saw in a dream that we were climbing a ladder. At the end, I reached two steps further than you did." Abu Bakr replied: "O Prophet Muhammad, God Almighty will call your soul back unto His mercy, and I shall live two and one half years after you have departed from this world." In another dream, he said: "I saw a flock of black sheep tailed by another flock of white sheep following me." Abu Bakr replied: "The Arabs will follow you first, then others will follow them."
