A Believer Seeing A Dream Abu Hurarirah narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said: "Dreams are of three types: The true dream, dreams about something that has happened to the man himself, and dreams in which the Shaitan frightens someone. So whoever sees what he dislikes, then he should get up and perform Salah." And he would say: "I like fetters and I dislike the iron collar." And he would say: " Whoever has seen me (in a dream) then it is I , for indeed Shaitan is not able to resemble me." Incident - Central pillar of the house breaking While the husband is in town, the woman saw the same dream again, and she sought to ask Prophet Muhammad (Alayhi-Salam) about it. When she did not find him, Abu Baler was present, so she told him the dream, and he replied: "Your husband will soon die." Screeching of a pen The screeching sound of a pen in a dream represents a writer, or writing on paper, or writing on a chalkboard. Such screeching in a dream also could represent the chalkboard itself, or teachers of various grades. Amber (Musk; Spermaceti) To perfume or anoint oneself with amber in a dream means increase in one's earnings through a rich acquaintance or earning money through a notable person or through a man of knowledge. Exhibition (Display; Hearing; Honor guards; Inspection of troops; Military review; Portrayal; Presentation; Review officer; Show) If one sees himself standing before a high-ranking officer during a ceremony of reviewing the guards of honor or in a military barrack in a dream, and if the officer is displeased with him in the dream, it means that he will commit a major sin. Mounting a Horse If a person sees himself as mounting a horse which has not defects at all while such a horse trots slowly and gracefully, it means he will acquire honour, dignity and respectability. The same is the interpretation if he sees himself owning, acquiring or securing the horse. For Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-alayhi-wasallam) has said : “The horse. Eagle Hearing the cry of an eagle in a dream means a fight. Eating the flesh of an eagle or getting hold of some of its feathers in a dream means receiving money from a ruler. If an eagle catches someone and soars away with him horizontally in a dream, it means travels. If he flies away with him vertically in the dream, it means death. Meadow A meadow in a dream also may represent the Book of revelations, the Quran, knowledge, wisdom, or paradise. If one sees himself walking from the midst of meadows into a salt swampland or a marsh in a dream, it means that he follows innovations, or that he indulges in sinful actions. Hearing the call to prayers from inside a meadow in a dream means a good deed, guidance after heedlessness, repentance, attending the congregational prayers, or following a funeral procession. Incident - A barber shaving off Beard and Moustache I saw an old acquaintance of clothes in order to lash him. Suddenly his gaze fell on me and he began crying out: Hey So-and-so! I responded: I am present He said: It is through you that I have landed in this misery. Hey so-and-so! Whatever I have given you which you had carried to your house return it to its owner and free me from this misery! I said to him. I seek Allah's protection from the accursed devil! For Allah's sake! Your have given me nothing at a ll and what you are accusing me of, is all a lie! He again said; For Allah's sake, don't become difficult! I have given you such and such clothing belonging to so-and-so and you have hidden it is your house! “Hearing all this the police arrested me straight away and put me behind bars. Incident - seeing Five Fingers cut off After hearing the dream, Shaikh Yusuf, God bless his soul, smiled and said: "It is not like you think, but if I tell you the meaning of your dream, you must give me a good reward." The governor thus obliged. Shaikh Yusuf, then said: "Are you negligent of your five times prayers?" The governor replied in the affirmative. Umar's Paradise Narrated Abu Huraira: We were sitting with Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) he said, "While I was sleeping, I saw myself in Paradise, and behold, a woman was performing ablution by the side of a palace. I asked, 'For whom is this palace?' They replied, 'For 'Umar' Then I remembered the Ghira of 'Umar and returned immediately." 'Umar wept (on hearing that) and said, " Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Allah's Apostle! How dare I think of my Ghira being offended by you.' Satan • A sick or sad person dreaming that he has been touched by Satan: Will recover and strike it rich in view of verses in the Holy Quran that read: “And make mention (O Muhammad) of Our bondman Ayyoub (Job), when he cried unto his Lord: Lo! the devil doth afflict me with distress and torment. (And it was said unto him) Strike the ground with thy foot. This (spring) is a cool bath and a refreshing drink. And We bestowed on him (again) his household and therewith the like thereof, a mercy from Us, and a memorial for men of understanding.” (“Sad,” verses 41–43.) Language Speaking Turkish in a dream means hearing pleasing words. Speaking Italian in a dram means eagerness to amass money. Speaking French in a dream means drawing benefits from one's profession. Speaking English in a dream means love for the world. If one can speak in all tongues in a dream, it means that he will acquire wealth, strength and fame. Governors If a governor sees himself hearing a petition from a deranged person, a stupid person, a street sweeper, a baker, a trash collector, a servant, a dancer or a musician in a dream, it means that the governor will consent to the opinions or advice of others in his ruling, or perhaps he will lean toward the interests of some opportunists. A governor in a dream also represents a father or a mother who teach their children justice and righteousness and in turn, the child will benefit from them and particularly if he follows their advice. Seeing oneself performing a ritual ablution, then performing prayers in the Aqiq canyons in a dream signifies confirmation of the testimony of Allah's Oneness (see Carnelian-red), washing oneself from worldly attachments, witnessing Divine blessings and spiritual favors, rising in station, hearing good words, or it could mean imprisonment, rain, a gift, an offering, or a charity. Hoof (Cattle; Horse) In a dream, a hoof represents knowledge and pursuing its references or tracks. It also represents wealth when the hoofs are those of the king's horse or of his messenger's horse. Hoofs in a dream also imply making a compulsory move from one location to another. Hoofs in a dream also mean guidance for a lost soul. Beating However, if one sees himself in a dream beating a deceased person, this could be interpreted to denote the strength of his faith, certitude, prayers and charitable nature. It also could mean benefits from a business trip or pursuing a lost interest. Beating in a dream when it causes no pain, bleeding or scratches means receiving a new garment, paying debts, or hearing sarcastic comments. A Believer Seeing A Dream Anas bin Malik narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: 'Indeed Messenger-ship and Prophethood have been terminated, so there shall be no Messenger after me, nor a Prophet.'" He(Anas) said:"The people were concerned about that, so he (s.a.w) said: 'But there will be Mubash-shirat.' So they said: 'O Prophet Muhammad! What is Mubash-shirat?' Arabic months If one sees his dream during the third lunar month, known in Arabic as Rabi-ul-Awwal, and if he is a merchant, it means that his business will grow, prosper and that his money will be blessed or perhaps he may conceive a child during that month. If he is under stress and worries, they will be dispelled. If he is persecuted or treated unjustly, he will end in a triumph, or it could mean that he will hear good news, or he may be appointed as governor, or he may admonish people to do good and discard evil, for it is the month in which Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, was born to this world.
