Breast If one's breasts are transformed into iron or copper in the dream, it means loss of a child. A growth in children's bosom or breasts in a dream means an illness, festering wounds, or it could mean an ulcer. The nipple of the female breast in a dream represents one's personal wardrobe. Teacher A grammar teacher and a language teacher in a dream represents honor, dignity, exalted rank, helping others, having important connections with people in authority, scholars, or he could represent understanding, clarity of speech, easy life, profits, marriage, children, or parents. Ewe (Female sheep) In a dream, a ewe represents a woman, a wife or prosperity. Running after a ewe and finding oneself unable to keep-up or to catch it in a dream means chasing a woman and failing to seduce her. Milking a ewe in a dream means good profits for that year. Snare (Catch; Hunt; Lure) In a dream, a snare means deception, duplicity and fraud. If one is captured or held with a snare in a dream, it means that he will be victimized. Finger • The index finger being atrophied: A sister will die.
• The thumb being atrophied: The father will die.
• A man having four wives dreaming that four fingers were severed: All four will die.
• Cutting someone else’s fingers: Will wreak havoc on his money.
• The disappearance of the fingers: Servants will go.
• Chewing fingers: The end of a fortune.

Griffin (Legendary bird; Mythical monster) In a dream, a griffin represents a haughty person, an innovator or a powerful person who disdains to follow the advice of the people of the faith. If a griffin talks to someone in his dream, it means that he will receive money from someone in authority, or that he could become an assistant to a strong man. If a griffin drops something to someone in a dream, it represents a divine blessing that will come at the hand of a ruler. Sheep Sheep are a booty. Black sheep are Arabs; white ones are aliens. The ewe, or female sheep, is a well-off or rather wealthy woman. The billy goat is an awesome man or, on the contrary, a slave, a Negro, or even an ignorant person, to borrow the expression of Ibn Siren. The same interpretation of dreams involving a ram applies to it. The she-goat symbolizes a humble or humiliated woman or a jobless servant, because her body is uncovered where it should not be, like the poor. It also refers to the average year. Flying • Flying on one’s back: (1) Will have a comfortable sea journey. (2) Unemployment. (3) Death, if the dreamer is ill.
• Flying with wings: Change of condition. If destination is reached, situation will improve. For the poor, it means plenty of financial gains.
• Flying like a pigeon in the air and having a bird’s-eye view as if controlling those on earth and being in a position to benefit or harm anybody at will: Dignity and strength.
• Flying happily from one country to another, but feeling heavy and unable to benefit or harm anyone or touch anything: The dreamer is yearning for money.

Chicken Slaughtering a chicken in a dream means deflowering a virgin servant. If one sees a chicken or a female peacock hooting inside his house or garden in a dream, it means a calamity which is met with a belligerent character. Seeing one's house filled with a large number of chickens in a dream means wealth or presiding over people, or it could mean dispelling one's fear and establishing one's rank. Parrot (Any bright-colored tropical bird.) In a dream, a parrot represents a prodding man, a white slave trader, a liar and an unjust person. A parrot in a dream also can be interpreted as a philosopher whose son may also grow to be a philosopher. A parrot in a dream also represents a lively and an eloquent beautiful woman, or a brilliant, well articulated and a handsome looking boy. A parrot in a dream also represents an attractive foreign woman, or it could represent a swaggering man who constantly brags and boasts about himself, though he is filled with conceit, covetousness, and has an oppressive nature. Torah • A bachelor seeing the Torah: • (1) Will marry a girl or woman from another ethnic group. • (2) Will travel extensively, because the Torah comprises several asfar (scriptures or holy writings, plural of safar, which in Arabic is a homonym for travel). • (3) Might marry an emancipated woman or one without a legal guardian.

Driver (Animal driver; Grooming; Tending; Stableman) An animal driver in a dream represents a leader, a president of a group or corporations or a wealthy person. In general, seeing a groomer, an attendant, a driver or a stableman in a dream denotes a bad dream and implies impetuousness, a pimp, a procurer, a pander, an officiant, an adulterer, or one who drives a chained male animal to copulate with a female animal. Chicken (Bird; Fowl) A chicken in a dream represents the woman of the house, while the rooster in a dream represents the man of the house. A chicken in a dream also represents a woman who takes care of orphans and raises charities for their sake, or it could represent a blond woman, or a servant. Effeminate If an effeminate person or a homosexual looks at his own male organ and finds no female organ beside it in the dream, it means that he will repent and back up from his loathsome conduct and revert to his natural sexual condition. If an effeminate person who is also bisexual sees himself as having a vagina, or if he looks at his penis in a dream, it means separation from his wife or mother or segregation from his friends. Transformation If one sees himself transformed into a bridge in a dream, it means that he may become a ruler, a wise man, or a man of knowledge whom people will seek to benefit from his wisdom. If a person sees his sick child turn into a bird in a dream, it means the death of the child. If one sees himself turned into a beast in a dream, it means that he will be segregated from the believers to live alone because of his evil qualities. If one sees himself turned into a deer, a gazelle or an antelope in a dream, it means that he will become obsessed with his sexual life, or that he will become mentally deranged to the degree of indulging in bisexual practices. Glass If the name of a king is written on it, it means that the life of that king will soon come to an end. Glass seen in the form of a container is the least harmful. The Holy Prophet is said to have predicted the slaying of his own grandson, Al-Hussein (from his daughter Fatema Al-Zahrae), when told that he was seen in a dream holding a bottle. The Prophet said, “I shall collect in it the blood of Al-Husain.”28 Dreaming of dropping a glass bottle that breaks means the dreamer’s wife will die. Trap (Hunter's snare; Hunting trap; Net; Snare) In a dream, a trap means deception, duplicity and fraud. If one falls victim to a hunting trap in a dream, it means that he will be victimized. If one sets a trap and catches an animal or a bird with it in the dream, it means that he earns his money through deception and fraud. In a dream, a trap also represents a man who fosters little moral standards, or one who does not prescribe to any religious code of conduct, and who is smart but deceitful. Slaughter • Slaughtering a woman: The dreamer will have sex with her.
• Slaughtering a female animal: The dreamer will make love to a woman and deflower a virgin.
• Slaughtering a male animal by attacking it from behind: The dreamer will sodomize such an animal.
• Slaughtering a young boy and grilling him: The dreamer will be unfair to that boy and slander him, provided the boy is old enough to be the one meant in the dream; otherwise the dream applies to his parents. Hair • Dreaming that the head was shaved without remembering having shaved it: Will triumph over enemies and become strong.
• A woman dreaming that her hair was shaved: Will be abandoned by her husband or die.
• A woman dreaming that her husband has shaved her head or shortened her hair at the Kabah (the Muslims holiest shrine, in Mecca (Makkah)): She will settle her debts, and her wishes will be fulfilled. If her husband had done so elsewhere than in Mecca (Makkah), he will hold her captive in her house, as if he had cut the wings of a bird. It could also mean that he would slander her.
