Snake (Boy; Contemptible person; Enemy; Hidden treasure; Idolatry; Innovators; Power; Unjust ruler; Woman) A snake in dream represents a person who lives in a valley. A snake in a dream also means enmity from one's in-laws or children, or it could represent the evil and jealousy of one's neighbor. A sleeping snake in a dream means a sleeping enemy. As for an unjust person, a water snake in a dream means receiving help, or it could represent a verdict. Owning a snake in a dream means gaining power and authority. Sarcophagus (Casket; Coffin; Mummy case) A dead person or a mummy inside a sarcophagus in a dream represents unlawful money. Incident - The conflicting interpretations He said that he first made a careful study of the character of both the persons and saw signs of evil present in the first person and interpreted his dream accordingly in the light of this verse of the Holy Quran : then a claimer proclaimed; O people of the caravan Surely you are thieves!. As for the second persons he saw signs of virtue and piety present in him and therefore, interpreted his dream in the light of the following verse of the Holy Book : And proclaim (O Ibraheem!) to the people about Hajj! • Being in Mecca (Makkah) with the dead: Will die as a martyr.

• Leaving Mecca (Makkah) behind one’s back: Will be separated from or quit one’s chief.

Testicles According to Al-Nabuls, the testicles are the center of pleasure and the organs responsible for hair growth. The left one, in particular, is where male children come from. They may also symbolize movement; endeavours; what a person lays his head on to sleep, like pillows; or certain pairs such as husband and wife, twin children, two trades, two chamberlains guarding a door, et cetera, especially female couples, like two sisters, two girls, two wives, and a mother and her sister. Whatever happens to the testicles in the dream will befall those persons. If the testicles are severed, for instance, the dreamer’s two wives will die or he will divorce them. If he knows of two female patients, they will pass away, and so on and so forth. Other possibilities include an allusion to money, the purse, parity and equity, and the persons without whose consent a marriage cannot take place. One testicle could be a reference to a steelyard. Cemetery (Burial ground; Grave; Graveyard) Seeing a cemetery or a graveyard in a dream means appeasement and comfort for a terrified person, and dismay to a comfortable and a relaxed person. A graveyard represents the elements of fear, hope and return to guidance after heedlessness. A cemetery represents the hereafter, because it is its vehicle. A cemetery in a dream also represents the prison of the body, but in a dream, it also means seclusion, devotion, abstinence, asceticism or admonition. A cemetery also can be interpreted as the dead looking drunkard in a bar, a man laying flat in a prostitution house, the home of a heedless person who often sleeps rather than pray or a hypocrite whose deeds are not subject to receiving a heavenly reward, etcetera. Bread • Loaves of bread spread on the dining table: An enemy will emerge. If the dreamer eats from them, hostility will break out.
• A dead person giving bread to the dreamer: Money or welfare from an undesirable source.
• A dead person taking a loaf of bread from the dreamer to let it fall in the fire on tar or in an empty place: The dreamer’s sick wife, if any, will die or lose faith.
• Seeing bread above the clouds, on a rooftop, or high in a palm tree: The price of bread will go up.
• Bread on the ground and people stepping on it: A huge, thankless man who promotes luxury.

Flying • A horseman dreaming of flying: Good horsemanship.
• Dreaming of flying on a stretcher, a litter, a bed, or the like: (1) Legs will be affected by a severe ailment. (2) Will become very ill. (3) Will die.

• A bier flying and people with it: (1) A chief or a scholar will die without anybody knowing about it. (2) A great man will die in a foreign land, during a pilgrimage, or in a battle for the sake of Allah (Jihad). (3) If the dead man on the bier is identified, it means that man in particular. Chair The chair symbolizes a pledge or a contract. It is a harbinger of safety.
• Seeing a chair: No more fear.
• A chair in a marketplace: (1) A small capital. (2) Some business. (3) Benefits. (4) A virtuous wife blessed with contentment.
• A chair in the house: (1) Joy and happiness. (2) A reference to a wife or a child.

Sleep It also means disregard for worldly attractions, or despite for its glitters. Sleeping people in a dream also represent mass annihilation, death, murders, rising prices, or it could denote things which people are unaware of. If in fact the people are unaware or uncertain about something, and if one sees them in such a state of slumber in a dream, it means that Allah Almighty will remove that blind, and they will see things clearly. Mattress (Bed; Sleeping pad) In a dream, a mattress represents comfort or a woman. Selling one's mattress in a dream means divorcing one's wife. If one's wife is sick, then selling one's mattress means that she may die from her illness. If one sees a dog or a pig sleeping on his mattress in a dream, it means that an insolent person is having a secret affair with one's wife. If the mattress is stuffed with wool, cotton, or down in the dream, it represents a wealthy woman. If the mattress is made of brocade or silk in the dream, it represents a Hindu woman. Lion Sleeping beside a lion in a dream means safety from illness, or protection from one's enemy. If one sees a lion inside his own house in a dream, it means that he will gain the upper hand, or it could represent longevity and a high position in the world. Ram Seeing a dead ram in a dream means the death of such a great person. Dividing the meat of a ram in a dream means dividing the wealth of a great person after his death. Sacrificing a ram to eat and to distribute from its meat as a charity to poor and needy people in the dream means the release of a prisoner, his escape from capture, dispelling distress and worries, payment of one's debts, attending the annual pilgrimage to Allah's House in Mecca, or recovering from an illness. Stair • A sick or troubled person going down the staircase: (1) If he lands in a place he knows such as his house or on chopped straw or anything that alludes to the riches of this world: The dreamer will recover. (2) If he lands in an unknown place, in a well or a hole, or among dead people he knew or on a palanquin or a saddle of a travelling animal, et cetera, or on a ship that immediately sets sail, or in front of a ferocious lion that devours him or a bird that carries him away: The dreamer will die and the steps represent the days left in his life. Necromancy • A man dreaming of someone dreaming of him that he is having sex with his mother, sister, brother, or similar prohibited relations, seen as dead in the dream: He is not sustaining them as he should, but will change his attitude and be fair to them. It could also mean trouble or worries or, on the contrary, benefit to both parties. If they are alive, it means the reverse and that he does not have much affection for them. In case, according to his dream, the act took place during the Muslims sacred months, he would go to Mecca (Makkah) for the pilgrimage.
