Bird • An unknown bird standing on one’s head, shoulder, or neck or knees: A reference to the action or deeds of the dreamer. If the bird was white, such action is candid. The reverse is also true.
• An unknown bird standing on a pregnant woman’s head, shoulders, or knees: She will give birth to a child of the same gender as the bird. If the latter had stayed, the child would live and remain close to her. If it had flown away, it would mean the contrary.
• Owning or catching a flock of birds: Money and power, especially if the dreamer was looking after them, feeding them, and talking to them.
• Birds hovering over the dreamer’s head: Will become a leader.

Gray hair If one's gray hair increase, but still include some black hair in the dream, it means dignity and reverence. If no black hair remains, then it means a rebuke or a reprimand one will hear from his superior. If one's black beard turns gray in a dream, it means that he may fail in his religious life, or lose his wealth. If one discovers two or three gray hairs in his black beard in a dream, it means that he will beget a son or that someone he loves will return from a long journey. If the hair of one's chest turns gray in a dream, it means that his food will become spoiled. Seeing one's beard brilliantly gray and beautiful in a dream means honor and fame throughout the lands. Sword The sword symbolizes a son; influence; the anger of the dreamer, and matters that come to a head. It also refers to an intrigue, welfare, kingship or ownership, or a mad or mean woman or son on whom one should never turn his back. Its sheath represents a woman, same as the knife and its scabbard or the slipper and the foot symbolize the man and the woman. The blade is a son. An alien sword is a noble wife or son.
• Seeing a huge sword that resembles nothing in this world: It is the sword of intrigue and dissension. If it disappears in the air, ascends to the sky, or is thrown in the sea, the intrigue will be put down.

Narcissus A yellow narcissus symbolizes gold, and white symbolizes silver. It refers to joy.
• Having a crown of narcissus on the head: Will marry a beautiful woman or have a pretty slave or maid who will not stay. If a woman has such a dream, it could mean that her husband will divorce her or die.
• Seeing narcissus flowers in a garden: Children who will live long. If the flowers are cut or perish, those children will not reach old age.

Citron • Cutting a citron in two parts: Will marry a foreign, but honest and rich woman who will give birth to a boy and a girl of frail health.
• A woman dreaming that she has citrons on her knees: Will give birth to a blessed girl.
• A woman dreaming that she has a crown from a citron tree on her head: Will marry a religious man who has a good reputation.
• A man dreaming that his wife has given him citrons: She will give birth to a male child.

Clothing (Dwellings; Face; Look; State; Transient) One's garment in a dream represents his innermost thoughts that will eventually show in his attitude in life. If one's thoughts are good, then it will show, and if they are evil, they will also manifest. If one wears a slipper over his head and a turban in his foot in a dream, it means that he is carrying trouble. Depending on its type and name, a garment in a dream could represent a man or a woman. Wearing a new garment in a dream is better than seeing an old one. If a man sees himself wearing a woman's apparel in a dream, it means that he is a bachelor. Veil (Attire) In a dream, a woman's veil represents her religion. For a woman, wearing a veil in a dream means marriage, prosperity, beauty. Wearing a black veil in a dream means marrying a poor man. If a man sees himself wearing a veil in a dream, it means that he will commit adultery with his female servant. King If the king is seen walking alone in the markets in a dream, it means that he is a humble, just, and a strong ruler. A sick king in a dream represents weakness in his faith and injustice toward his subjects. If the king is carried over people's shoulders in a dream, it means lack of faith and lack of attendance to one's religious obligations, or weakness in his ruling. If the king dies and does not get buried in a dream, it means that the king and his subjects are deviates. If he is buried and the people walk away from his grave in the dream, it means that one will pursue something of no benefit, unless Allah Almighty decrees otherwise. If one sees the king's head transformed into a ram's head in a dream, it means that the king is a just and a kind ruler. Shaving Shaving one's hair in a dream relates to one's personal customs. If he is used to have short hair and sees himself shaving his head in a dream, it means that he will pay a fine as an atonement. If he sees his head shaved in the summertime, and if he is used to doing so, it means benefits, comfort, or recovering from a migraine headache. If one sees his hair shaved during the winter in a dream, it means difficulties, adversities, penalties, or a sickness. Shaving one's head in a dream also means paying one's dues, appeasement of one's fears, and success in one's life. Shortening one's hair in a dream also means appeasing his fears. Dragon A dragon in a dream represents a tyrant and an unjust ruler, or it could mean a killing fire. The more heads a dragon has in a dream, the greater is his danger. If a sick person sees a dragon in his dream, it means his death. If a pregnant woman sees herself delivering a dragon in a dream, it means that she will give birth to a child who will be chronically ill. Giving birth to a dragon in a dream also represents a child who will be a great speaker or who will be known by two different names, or that he might become a Fortuneteller, a monk, an evil person, a bandit or an insolent person who will be killed later. A dragon in a dream also connotes the stretch of time. If one sees a dragon coming his way without causing fear, and if the dragon talks to him with clear expressions, or if the dragon gives him something, it mean glad tidings or good news. Beard If it grows longer than one's grip in the dream, it means that one lives from the interest he earns from usury. If the hair of one's beard is black in the dream, it means prosperity and satisfaction in one's life. If its color is greenish-black in the dream, it means extended wealth, power and rulership, unless if one is a tyrant, for the color of Pharaoh's beard was greenish-black. If the color of one's beard yields to yellow in the dream, it means poverty and illness. If its color is blondish in the dream, it means a scare. If one grabs his own beard in the dream and if its hair falls into his hand, and if he keeps holding to the hair, it means incurring financial losses then recovering them, unless one discards the hair in the dream. Dog According to Ibn Siren, dream interpreters disagree on what a dog represents in dreams. Some of them regard it as a slave or a servant, others as a despot, a terrible person, and a slanderer, if it barks. The black dog is an Arab. On the other hand, a dog could also mean a weak enemy with little chivalry, if any. The she-dog is a mean woman. If she bites, such a woman would harm the dreamer. If a dog tears the dreamer’s clothes, it would mean that a low man would backbite him. For Al-Nabulsi, the dog symbolizes a policeman of low rank, a gate-man, or a guardian, a niggardly person, a weak enemy, and a stupid, profligate, and aggressive man who never hesitates to commit foolish or criminal acts, especially if it barks; it would mean that he has an awful temper, that he is terrible. Cow The cow symbolizes the year in view of the story of Yusuf (Joseph) in the Holy Quran. A fat cow is a fertile year and a thin one an austere year. It also represents wealth and prestige and a woman, par excellence, commensurate with her shape. A milk cow is a useful woman. A cow with horns is a woman of marginal value. The cow’s belly symbolizes assets without value, her navel string the wife’s umbilical cord or an allusion to the wife’s pregnancy. A lost cow is a wife lost to her husband.
• Trying to milk a cow that prevents the dreamer from doing so by using her horns: The dreamer’s wife will hate him and rebel against him. If the cow accepts, in the dream, being milked by another man, that man is betraying the dreamer with his wife.
• A cow with a blaze (white color) on her face: Hardships at the beginning of the year, as the word forefront—in Arabic ghorra—is the homonym for beginning.

Presiding If one sees himself in a dream presiding over a group of people, or becoming the head of a household, or a leader of a community, etcetera, it denotes distress, pressure, burdens, sorrows, loss of livelihood, or it could mean a sickness. Fox The fox is a crafty person, a crook, one who dodges on the spiritual and material planes. It could also be an astrologer or a doctor.
• Seeing a fox: Will feel depressed, be humiliated, or lose part of one’s fortune.
• Dodging a fox: The dreamer is a liar or a poet.
• A fox dodging the dreamer: An adversary or a competitor is doing so.
• Fighting or quarrelling with a fox: The same will happen with a relative.
• Calling a fox: Pain from wife or husband.

Moon • Looking to the sky and failing to spot the moon, then looking down to find it in bits and pieces on the ground: (1) If a chemist or someone working with gold: Will go bankrupt. (2) If poor: Will have plenty of riches. (3) If a woman: Her husband will be killed.
• Seeing a crescent: Will triumph over enemies.

Colors White in a dream also means beauty or it could represent elderly people. A black flag in a dream means a man of knowledge, a white one represents jealousy, a yellow flag represents an epidemic disease and a green flag means a journey by land. A black cloud in a dream represents a just judge while a white cloud represents a blessed, noble and true justice. A white thread in a dream represents the dawn and a black thread in a dream represents the night. If one sees his cheeks radiant white in a dream, it means honor, bounty, or it could mean achieving a high rank in one's community.
