Sword (Blade; Power; Scabbard) In a dream, a sword represents a son, a king, a clan, a tribe, a farm, a property, or a woman. If a sword is interpreted as power, then it means diligence, and if it is interpreted as words, it means clarity of speech. If it is interpreted as one's father, then it represents the father's pride of his son. If one's sword is weighing heavy and is being dragged with difficulty in the dream, it means an appointment that is difficult to bear, though one will draw benefits from it. • Buying dates: Will save money or receive money from some safe or treasury.
• Opening a date and removing its pit: Will have a child, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: “Lo! Allah (it is) Who splitteth the grain of corn and the date-stone (for sprouting). He bringeth forth the living from the dead, and is The bringer-forth of the dead from the living. Such is Allah. How then are ye perverted?” (“Al-Anam” [Cattle], verse 95.)

Dig • Going to a grave and digging the earth with one’s nails or trying to unearth the dead: Will probe the life of the dead dwelling in that grave to follow his pattern.
• Trying to unearth one’s body: The dreamer is a materialist, running after worldly matters, and will succeed only if he managed to disinter the corpse.
• An animal digging the earth or soil in one’s yard with its pawns or hooves: Beware of an enemy.
• Digging with one’s nails in an inappropriate place: The dreamer is after something very difficult.
• Digging a grave or a pit for oneself or somebody else: (1) Will build a house. (2) Will settle in that area.
• Digging a grave on a surface: Will live long.

If an intelligent person sees his head smaller in a dream, it means that he will turn to ignorance, or perhaps lose his job. Cradle As for a woman, seeing a cradle in a dream means that she will bear a child, and it could mean distress, trouble, adversities, uptightness, lamentation and crying. A scorpions inside one's stomach in a dream represents the enmity of one's employees or children who work for their father. Continuity Continuity of what is common, such as dwellings, status or being in a dream means a lasting job. It also means increase in one's devotion if one sees himself perpetually glorifying, praising and remembering Allah Almighty. When one invokes the sovereign attributes of Allah Almighty at the sight of a cemetery or a ruin, and if he follows that by crying and lamenting in the dream, it means stress caused by affiliation with such monuments. Incident - A barber shaving off Beard and Moustache I saw an old acquaintance of clothes in order to lash him. Suddenly his gaze fell on me and he began crying out: Hey So-and-so! I responded: I am present He said: It is through you that I have landed in this misery. Hey so-and-so! Whatever I have given you which you had carried to your house return it to its owner and free me from this misery! I said to him. I seek Allah's protection from the accursed devil! For Allah's sake! Your have given me nothing at a ll and what you are accusing me of, is all a lie! He again said; For Allah's sake, don't become difficult! I have given you such and such clothing belonging to so-and-so and you have hidden it is your house! “Hearing all this the police arrested me straight away and put me behind bars.
