• One camel: A man; if Arab, an Arab man, et cetera.
• A camel with a pedigree: A traveller, a sheikh, or a famous man.

• Riding an Arab camel: Will go to Mecca (Makkah) for the pilgrimage.

New year's Day If it is a Monday, it means floods, winter illness and perhaps a partial loss of the crop. If it is a Tuesday, it means shortage of rain and a cold winter. If it is a Wednesday, it means scarcity and deficiency of water, and a cold weather by the end of summer and beginning of autumn. If it is a Thursday, it means a prosperous year, except for the livestock. This interpretation was given by Ptolemy, the Alexandrian astronomer 367-283 B.C. during his residence in Egypt. King (Allah Almighty; Governor; Mayor; President; Royalty; Sultan) The true King is Allah Almighty. If the king is pleased with someone in a dream, it means that Allah Almighty is pleased with him, and if the king is angry with him in the dream, it means that Allah Almighty is displeased with him. If one sees the king frowning in a dream, it means that he fails to properly perform his prayers or show true religious devotion. If one sees him smiling in a dream, it means profits in one's material as well as spiritual life. If one sees that Allah Almighty has appointed him as a king over a land, it means that he will receive such a regency, should he qualify. Later on, unrest will bring tyrants, or dictators to justice, while people of knowledge and piety will survive and regain their authority. If one sees himself as a caliph or as an Imam in a dream and should he qualify, it means that he will receive such an honor, rank, trust and fame in the land, though his vice-regency will not become hereditary. However, it is a bad omen if he becomes a caliph in the dream and does not qualify for such an appointment. Seeing oneself performing a ritual ablution, then performing prayers in the Aqiq canyons in a dream signifies confirmation of the testimony of Allah's Oneness (see Carnelian-red), washing oneself from worldly attachments, witnessing Divine blessings and spiritual favors, rising in station, hearing good words, or it could mean imprisonment, rain, a gift, an offering, or a charity. Hoof (Cattle; Horse) In a dream, a hoof represents knowledge and pursuing its references or tracks. It also represents wealth when the hoofs are those of the king's horse or of his messenger's horse. If the banner is red, then one will reap happiness from the person it represents, or he may engage in a war against him. As for a woman, a banner in a dream represents her husband. Wadi A wadi in a dream also could represent a prison because of the steep mountains surrounding it and the difficulty in crossing it. Seeing oneself in a wadi floating in the air until one reaches a desired altitude in a dream means working for a powerful person. A wadi in a dream also represents a warrior, a bandit, a highway robber or a lion. Holding the Sun Holding or grasping the sum and having fullcontrol over it means that the observer of the dream will acquire dominion (or Land) in proportion to the amount he grasps provided the sum is clearly visible and its rays are crystal clear. • Being close to the sky: The dreamer is close to God or, if his ambitions are not so great, to his superior and his prayers will be heard.

Darn (Invisible stitches; Mend; Patch; Regret) To mend a garment with interlacing stitches in a dream means correcting oneself, piety, allahliness, appropriateness, good reputation, being free from illness, arming oneself, or it could mean rain. Marine Birds They symbolises the ministers of the king or government or their officers and officials if such birds are seen in the water. Grape Grape juice, especially wine, symbolizes women, in view of its delicious taste. It also represents sex, because it is like the semen. Likewise, it refers to a generous and useful man, a good-doer, owing to the multifarious benefits of grape. He could be a ruler, a scholar, or a person who gives money to the needy. White grapes in the right season allude to the best of this world, like money that will come earlier than expected. In winter, grapes allude to rain. Snow A heavy snow storm in a dream means oppression, while a light snowfall or flurries mean benefits to one's town. Melting snow in a dream means dispersal of agony, or it could mean the end of depression. Like rain, snow in a dream is a sign of divine mercy and a good harvest.
