Aqiq A Yemeni ambassador who worked with me at the Islamic Conference Sec retariat in Jeddah told me that when he was a child, the stone was urgently rushed to someone bitten by a highly venomous serpent. The victim recounted to the ambassador that the stone used to stick to his wound, giving him the impression of a child sucking its mother’s breast. Each time the stone became saturated with poison, it fell on the ground and was picked up and immersed in cow milk, wherein the venom could be seen being liquidated. Aqiq symbolizes religion, progeny, and virtue. It is a blessed stone.

Incident - Separ or Lance in your hand Aboo Ammaarah Attayyaan (RA) reported to us that he revealed a dream of his to Ibn Sirin (RA) that it was as if he had seen a separ or lance in his hand. The Imaam asked whether he had seen the point of the lance or not. He said no. Upon this he said: “Had you seen the point, a son would have been born to you. Receiving an Unsheathed Sword if a person sees himself as receiving an unsheathed (naked) sword and he lifts it above his head but does not strike with it, it means he will wield such power as will make him popular; or he will father a very beautiful girl. Listening In a dream, listening to the Quran, or to the teachings of Allah's Prophet, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, or to words of wisdom, or to an admonition, or a discourse of knowledge in a dream means receiving guidance, and it means turning repentantly to Allah Almighty. Otherwise, if one sees himself listening to backbiting, slandering, defamation, or eavesdropping in a dream, then it means that some harm will befall him. Listening to good advice and following its best guidance in a dream means receiving good news. Eavesdropping in a dream means that one intends to defame the other person. Shuaib • Seeing the prophet Shuaib: (1) Will be cheated and harmed by people who deliberately weight wrongly or trick the balance, but will ultimately triumph over them. (2) God will bless the dreamer with female children who will give him a lot of joy.

Beard If one sees a young boy who has not reached the age of puberty having a beard in a dream, it means the child's death. If the child's beard is just starting to grow in the dream, it means that he will grow to lead and command people. If one's beard is shallow and if it makes him look fatuous in a dream, it means payment of one's debts or easing of his trouble or dispelling of his distress. If one's beard looks childish or completely immature in the dream, it means losing people's respect. Promise (Debt; Pledge) Making a promise in a dream means indebtedness to the second party. If one also fulfils his promise in the dream, it denotes his true intention, faith and certitude. House The house gate or door is the father of the family. The mortise and tenon symbolize the female and male sexual organs as they fit into each other. Locked together, they represent the husband embracing his wife.
