Elephant • Riding an elephant with a saddle and driving it at will: (1) Will marry the daughter of a foreign giant. (2) Business will prosper.

Dye If he tries to dyes his hair with dry henna clay, and if his hair still accepts it in the dream, it means that he is an ignorant person, though he will ultimately repent for his sins, amend his actions and improve himself. If a woman sees her hands dyed with gold in a dream, it means that she will give all her wealth to her husband and that she will be satisfied to see him happy, though in reality she too will gain power and status in her family. If a man sees his feet dyed and tattooed in a dream, it means that he will be struck with family problems. A dyed hand in a dream means hardship in making ends meet. If one dips his hand into a laying corpse in a dream, it means that he will witness a conspiracy. Dye If one sees his dyed hands wrapped or bandaged in a dream, it means that he will lose a trial or a fight with his rivals, or that he will fail to meet such a challenge again. Dyeing only the finger with henna in a dream represents branches of dates or clusters of grapes. In general, dyeing one's hands with henna or one's hair with regular dye as a makeup in a dream represents joy for the husband and wife as long as they do not exceed the norms. Dyeing one's hands and feet in a dream means redecorating one's house. If a poor person sees himself dyeing his hands or hair in a dream, it means that he will cover up the loss of his ablution during prayers or during his reading of the Holy Quran or during other ritual occasions where he is required to have ablution before proceeding. Prince • Seeing a prince (in Arabic amir, meaning “he who gives orders to people, uses them to impose his authority, but also save them or comes to their rescue”): (1) A bachelor will get married and become the prince of his family at home. (2) Endeavours will be successful.

Cow • A bachelor acquiring a cow: Will marry a blessed woman.
• Riding on a cow: (1) Will get married. (2) Wife will die and will inherit from her.
• Riding on an identified cow: Richness and escape from trouble and all sorts of worry.
• Entering one’s own house on a cow’s back and tying her there: Will obtain a fortune, coupled with plenty of joy and the end of worries, especially if her color was black. Conversely, if she hit the dreamer with her horns, the dreamer would lose and never be safe from his family and relatives.

Camel • Owning or riding a she-camel: (1) If a bachelor, will get married. (2) If planning to travel, the journey will take place. (3) Will own some land or a house, et cetera.
• A she-camel giving milk in a mosque or an agricultural field: A fertile year to come. If people are scared or besieged, or if there is some intrigue or heresy in the air, all those things would disappear, as the she-camel milk represents normalcy in adoring God and observing the Tradition of the Holy Prophet.

Makkah • A bachelor entering Mecca (Makkah): Will be blessed with a bride.
• A person in dispute entering Mecca (Makkah): Will be defeated in the feud.
• Going to Mecca (Makkah) for the pilgrimage: (1) It will be so in reality. (2) If the dreamer is ill, the disease will last and the dreamer will die and perhaps go to Paradise.

Torah • A bachelor seeing the Torah: • (1) Will marry a girl or woman from another ethnic group. • (2) Will travel extensively, because the Torah comprises several asfar (scriptures or holy writings, plural of safar, which in Arabic is a homonym for travel). • (3) Might marry an emancipated woman or one without a legal guardian.

Child birth • A man dreaming of being pregnant: Will be immersed in deep trouble, but will be safe if he delivered in the dream.

• A sick person giving birth to a child: Will die.

Needle A needle in a dream represents a wife for a bachelor, though for a poor person it means satisfaction. To hold a needle in a dream means to correct oneself. If the needle is threaded in the dream, it means finding a way to improve one's life. A broken needle in a dream means difficulties and trials. Glass If the name of a king is written on it, it means that the life of that king will soon come to an end. Glass seen in the form of a container is the least harmful. The Holy Prophet is said to have predicted the slaying of his own grandson, Al-Hussein (from his daughter Fatema Al-Zahrae), when told that he was seen in a dream holding a bottle. The Prophet said, “I shall collect in it the blood of Al-Husain.”28 Dreaming of dropping a glass bottle that breaks means the dreamer’s wife will die. Piss • Pissing a bird: The dreamer will have a son showing similarities to the essence or characteristics of that bird, be they good or bad.
• Pissing stool: The dreamer will commit an abomination in which family will get involved.

• Pissing in the standing position: The dreamer will spend money unconsciously.
• Pissing on one’s shirt: (1) If a bachelor, the dreamer will get married. (2) If already married, the dreamer will have a boy.

Juice Juice is a very good dream.
• Extracting juice: (1) If poor, will become rich. (2) If facing hardships, will be relieved and enjoy abundance. (3) If ill, will be cured. (4) If locked in jail, will be released. (5) If indebted, will settle all debts and come out with some benefit. (6) If a student, will acquire useful learning. (7) If a bachelor, will get married and, with the semen coming out of the body like juice, will have children and a fruitful (prosperous) life.

Head • A capitalist dreaming that his head has been severed: Will lose his capital.
• Owning a head: Will have a capital of at least one thousand monetary units.
• Eating one’s own head or some of the bones of the skull: Will eat up one’s capital.

• A merchant seeing himself upside-down: Will suffer a setback in his business.

Ring • The ring’s stone falling: (1) Death of a son. (2) Partial losses.
• The ring falling apart and disappearing and only the stone remaining: A reference to the dreamer’s name, reputation, and beauty.
• A woman dreaming that her ring has been taken away by force: (1) Death of her husband. (2) Death of her next-of-kin.
