Coercion If one adamantly refuses to obey and resists the coercion of evil people or refuses to be intimidated by evil companions in a dream it represents his faith in Allah Almighty, fear of wrongdoing and making offerings that are pleasing to Allah. Zikr (Hymn; Remembrance of Allah; Songs of Allah's love; Supplications) If one sees himself in a dream participating in a circle of people remembering Allah Almighty, or calling upon His most beautiful name, or invoking His divine attributes, or reading the Quran, or reciting devotional songs, it means that such location will be built as a holy place to celebrate Allah's praises. The goodness of that place depends on the quality of reading, or the degree of devotion seen in the dream. When it is an ascetic song in the dream, it means that one's deputyship is established correctly, but if one sees himself singing a sensual love song, then it means temptations. Medicine Inserting a suppository into the rectum in a dream means spying or eavesdropping. To take a laxative in a dream means attempting to correct one's religious devotion, or it could mean washing one's body from impurities. The success of one's attempt depends on the potency of his medicine. Seeking good health in a dream means trying to amend one's life for the better. The same meaning applies if one sees himself using an ointment for his eyes. A yellow colored medicine in a dream means illness. A laxative in a dream means a cure for a sick person and a warning for a healthy person to correct himself. A bad tasting medicine in a dream means a fever followed by a chill. Good tasting medicine in a dream is beneficial for rich people, though bad for poor people. Interpreting a cure with a medicine in a dream is not like interpreting recovering without a medicine. Angel • The angels working in the dreamer’s craft or doing as he does: He will excel in his industry.
• Angels coming to destroy the dreamer’s home or a group of fewer than ten angels appearing in a country, a village, or a place: A prominent scholar or hermit will die in that place, the victim of an injustice will be killed, or a house will crumble over its dwellers.
• An evil person dreaming that an angel is ordaining him to read the Book of Allah: A stern warning in view of the Quranic verse: “And it will be said unto him, Read thy book. Thy soul sufficeth as reckoner against thee this day’ ” (“Al-Israe” or “Bani Ismail” [The Children of Israel], verse 14.)

Charity Giving charity in secret in one's dream also could mean seeking the friendship of people in authority, or to join the circles of people of knowledge. If a man of knowledge is asked to give money in charity, and if he complies in his dream, it means that he will expound his knowledge to others. If he is a merchant, it means that he will benefit others with his business or teaches them his trade. If he is a craftsman, he will teach people his craft. If one who is under pressures, or if one is scared of something sees himself feeding a beggar who is undergoing his own trials in a dream, it means that one's fears and stress will be dispelled. Charity in a dream also denotes celebrating Allah's praises, devotion, visiting the graveyards and doing good. Seeing A Good Dream And A Bad Dream And Telling It Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: I heard Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) saying, "If anyone of you saw a dream which he liked, then that was from Allah, and he should thank Allah for it and tell it to others; but if he saw something else, i.e, a dream which he did not like, then that is from Satan and he should seek refuge with Allah from it and should not tell it to anybody for it will not harm him." Jihad, Religious War, Or Muslim Struggle • Going to Jihad: Will triumph, obtain people’s gratitude, and be praised and dignified in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: “Those of the believers who sit still, other than those who have a (disabling) hurt, are not on an equal footing with those who strive in the way of Allah with their wealth and lives. Allah hath conferred on those who strive with their wealth and lives a rank above the sedentary. Turtle In a dream, a turtle represents a woman who likes to adorn herself and to make herself noticeable to please men. A turtle in a dream is also interpreted as a man of knowledge, or a chief justice, because she is most knowledgeable and Allah fearing amongst the sea creatures. In a dream, a turtle therefore could represent a devout worshipper who reads the scrolls of Allah's prophet Abraham, Alayhi-Salam, or any of the holy scriptures. Seeing a pet turtle in a house or a town in a dream means that the people of knowledge in that locality are well respected. Link (Ring; Bond; Door knocker) In a dream, a link represents the religion of Islam. Holding to the like of a chain in a dream means steadfastness in one's religion. In general, a door knocker in a dream represents the door attendant, an announcer, a messenger, a warning post, or a guard dog. If the knocker is made of gold or silver in the dream, it means honor and prosperity of the people of the house. Holy Book The Holy Book in a dream also represents gardens, heavens, places of worship, or a person one is commanded to obey, such as a ruler, or a father, a mother, one's teacher, or sheikh, or it could mean making a true oath, receiving glad tidings, admonition or a warning. Seeing the Holy Book or any of the early divine revelations in a dream means that one may preside over people. If one sees himself carrying the Holy Book, or even any book of revelations, and if when he opens it finds the pages blank with no writing inside it in the dream, it means that he portrays himself to be what he is not, or that he impersonates a scholar, or pretends to be religious. Listening The sound of a crowd in a dream means money beside other benefits. The bleating of sheep in a dream means distress and fear. The neighing of horses in a dream means might and honor. The barking of a dog in a dream means vein talk and meddling in people's business. The sound of a lynx in a dream means pampering oneself, or wantonness. The cooing of pigeons in a dream means crying, sorrows or marriage. The chirp of swallows in a dream means beneficial words. The croaking of frogs in a dream means beatings. Scholars (Early companions; Legist; Masjid; Men of knowledge; Mosque; Religious doctors; Righteous men) A scholar in a dream represents glad tidings, a promotion, or a commendation and it represents one who acts upon what he knows and says. Seeing one of the early scholars in a dream means increase in one's knowledge, for they were the wise representatives of Allah's message on earth. Seeing them also means increase in one's wisdom, happiness, joy, and one's dream could mean that one will stand to admonish people or counsel them. Wudhu and Ghusl Performing wudhu or ghusl with water from a stream or small river suggest one of the following : if the observer of the dream is grief-stricken, Allah will grant him happiness; if he is living in fear, Allah will grant him safety and security; if he is in debts Allah will provide him with the means to fulfil his debt; if he is sinful, Allah will conceal his sins, grant him pardon and atonement; if he is ill, Allah will grant him complete cure. Quran If one sees himself completing the reading of the entire Quran in a dream, it means that a splendid reward from his Lord is awaiting him, and that he will get whatever he asks for. If a disbeliever sees himself reading the holy Quran in a dream, the verses of admonition will help him in his life, the verses of punishment will be his warning from Allah Almighty and the parables will denote his need to contemplate the meaning. If one sees himself writing the verses of the holy Quran on slabs of a mother of pearl, or on a piece of cloth in a dream, it means that he interprets it according to his own liking. If one sees himself inscribing a Quranic verse on the ground in a dream, it means that he is an atheist. Jonah (Allah's prophet Yunus, Alayhi-Salam.) Seeing Allah's prophet Jonah (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream means making a hasty decision that will lead one to prison and tight circumstances. He will then be released to enjoy his life for a while along with a group of bewildered people. He also will be emotional, impulsive, easy to get angry and easy to please. Swallow If one sees swallows flying away from his house in a dream, it means that his wife or a relative will abandon him, or separate from him and travel away from that town. In general, swallows and starlings in a dream represent people who are financially comfortable, or they could represent death, grief, or good deeds, movement, chanting, benevolence, or weddings. Seeing a swallow in a dream also may mean marriage to a trustworthy woman, or it could represent a good household manager. If one is transformed into a swallow in a dream, it means that thieves will rob his house. Seeing a dead swallow in a dream is a warning to revert one's actions and to engage in doing good. Praises Praising Allah Almighty and thanking Him in a dream means receiving benefits and a great reward. It also means finding guidance for one's religious life. Praising Allah Almighty in a dream is also interpreted as begetting one or two sons who will grow to become religious scholars. As for a poor man, praising Allah Almighty in a dream means wealth. If one sees people praising him in a dream, it means that he will live up to it and do good. If he sees them showering him with money in the dream, it means that they are speaking ill of him. Admission into Hell Seeing oneself being admitted into hell is a warning that the observer will plunge into commission of serious crimes.
