Cemetery • Seeing a polytheistic cemetery: (1) Worries, sorrow, fear, and unhappiness. (2) Shaky religious faith. (3) A reference to heretic places and solitary confinement.
• A sick person dreaming of entering a cemetery: Will die from his ailment and end up there, especially if he had built a house in it in the dream.
• Entering a cemetery with awe, crying and reading or reciting the Holy Book or praying in the direction of Mecca (Makkah): Will mix with benefactors, be well noted and versed in religion, and will benefit from all that he sees or hears.

Shelling (Bombing; Shooting) Shelling someone or a place in a dream represents an excuse or a stratagem. Shelling in a dream also means defaming the people of knowledge, slandering them, or exploiting a religious subject for fame and profits. Shelling someone or a place in a dream also may mean adversities and trials. Shelling the castle of one's enemy in a dream means speaking the truth, or invoking a strong prayer. Clouds If people are expecting clouds to water their farms, and should one see masses of clear clouds carrying rains and coming in that direction in the dream, it means a calamity. If the clouds carry poisonous rains or acid rains or polluted rains, or if they are driven by heavy winds, or if they carry fires or dust or ashes or rocks from a volcano, they mean that a calamity will strike that locality, or that they will receive news about travellers the majority of whom will perish during a trip. Clouds also mean innovations and man made religions that may spread throughout the land. If one sees himself merging with the clouds in a dream, it means that he associates himself with a person in authority or a wise man or a man of knowledge. Pyramids Seeing the pyramids of Egypt in a dream means receiving news from a distant place. As for an unmarried person, seeing the pyramids of Egypt in a dream means his marriage to a foreigner, or embracing his or her religion, ideals, or it could mean pursuing one's schooling in arts and science. Bier • Plenty of biers put on the ground in a given place: The folk of that place are corrupt and indulging in adultery.
• A woman dreaming that she has died and been carried on a bier: Will get married. If already married, will relinquish her religion.
• Biers in the souk (marketplace): That market is full of adulterated goods and hypocrisy.
• Falling from one’s bier: Will be demoted; business and other interests will be stalled, and prestige will be lost.

Flying • Flying with birds: (1) Will flock with foreigners. (2) For an evil person: Bad omen. (3) Possible crucifixion. (4) For a fisherman: Coming ordeal.
• Flying with wings that do not resemble bird wings: Something extraordinary will happen to the dreamer, and people will marvel.
• Flying without wings: Fear and hardships, but also fulfilment of a wish and rising in life as high as the dreamer rose in the sky.

Cemetery • Seeing a cemetery: (1) Fear for a person who feels safe and vice versa. (2) Prayers and aspirations. (3) Repentance. (4) A reference to the Hereafter, as a cemetery is the gateway to it; to the asylum; to asceticism; to weeping; to preaching; to death, since a cemetery is the house of death; and to atheist and heretic places or the dwelling of aliens in a Muslim country, since a cemetery houses the dead and death, according to the rules of interpretation, means religious corruption. Likewise, a cemetery could refer to those who indulge in luxury; brothels; bars where drunkards lie like the dead; the homes of those who fail to pray and remember God or do any good; and prison, for the dead is locked in his grave like the prisoner in his cell. Mountain The mountain suggests a harsh and heartless king, ruler, or chief, unless there is water and vegetation in it, in which case such a man is a devout, religious, and good one. It also refers to a huge or giant man commensurate with the size of the mountain. It could be as well an erudite or an ascetic person, or a reference to high grades, upper standards, and divine places. Whatever befalls the mountain, like its crumbling or burning out, et cetera, should apply to the king, chief, or scholar it alludes to. Likewise, mountains symbolize aims and quests.
• Standing on top of a mountain, relying on it, or sitting in its shadow: Will be close to a chief, such as a sultan, a learned man or a secluded scholar, and become his protege. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Specks of dust Counting specks of dust or gathering them in a dream means trials, injustice, aggression, or temptations. Specks of dust in a dream also represent one's progeny, money, longevity, or they could represent soldiers, weak people, or Allah's soldiers. Incident - The father that hid his money A man hid his money inside his house and went on a journey. On his way back home, he became sick. The man also owed money to some people, and he thought of telling one of his companions about the place of his money and to ask him to pay his debt, but he aspired for recovery and hoped to return home and pay his debts in person. During his journey, the man died. His son saw him in a dream and asked: "What did God do to you?" The father replied: "My condition is in abeyance, and it depends on some debts that must be paid first. I have some money hidden in such and such place. Fly • A traveller dreaming that flies have landed on his head: Should fear highwaymen who could intercept and rob him, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran that reads as follows: “… And if the fly took something from them, they could not rescue it from it. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought!” (“Al-Hajj” [The Pilgrimage], verse 73.)
• A fly landing on something belonging to the dreamer: Hide your money from eventual thieves.

Swaddle (Diaper) A swaddle in a dream represents a pregnant woman, a broken bone, or defeating one's enemy. If one sees his wife swaddled in a piece of cloth and if he unwraps her in a dream, it means that he will divorce her. Seeing a fugitive, a sick person, a traveller, or a prisoner swaddled in a dream may not purport advantages or a favorable end. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Dance This has contradictory interpretations.
• Dancing: Tragedy. The dancer will blow up.
• Dancing for somebody else: Will share his tragedy.
• Dancing alone in one’s house: (1) Joy and sufficiency, because one dances only when his stomach is full and he doesn’t care for anything. (2) Dancing at home and being surrounded only by one’s family, with no stranger around: Good for everybody.
• One’s wife, son, or any other relative dancing: Good augury, joy and plenty of riches.
• Dancing in someone else’s place: The owner of that place will be plagued with a tragedy in which the dancer will be involved.

Solomon (Allah's prophet Solomon, Alayhi-Salam) Allah Almighty subjugated the wind to serve the prophet Solomon. Seeing him (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream denotes leadership, the seat of a judge, acquiring wisdom, or giving religious interpretations if the person who sees him in a dream qualifies. This vision becomes stronger if the Prophet Solomon crowns the person, or places a ring on his right hand, or sits him beside himself on his throne. Seeing him (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also means overcoming adversities and hardships, and receiving a divine endowment of an exalted station in this world, and greater blessings in the hereafter. Donkey • Hearing the cry of a donkey and similar animals without seeing them: Torrential rain.
• For a traveller, it is better to see the donkey going slowly. The trip will be as comfortable as the donkey looked well in the dream.
• Fighting a donkey: Some relatives will die.
• Making love to a donkey: Will be overactive. If the donkey was the active partner, you will become tremendously rich and handsome.

Grave • Being put in the grave: Will own a house.
• Sand being levelled upon the dreamer in the grave: Will gain money.
• Backfilling a grave: Long life and lasting health.
• Being put in a grave, as a dead person, without being preserved: Will make love to a woman.
• A grave in an unknown place: Will go along with a hypocrite.
• Numerous graves in an unknown place: Hypocrites.
• Well-known graves: The truth or some rights that the dreamer is forgetting.

Being Given Victory Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) said, "I have been given the keys of eloquent speech and given victory with awe (cast into the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping last night, the keys of the treasures of the earth were brought to me till they were put in my hand." Stair Stairs symbolize the rise in life and elevation in the Hereafter. They also allude to the notion of step by step, the travellers stopovers or transit points, the years of life, or days of work toward a certain goal. The staircase also refers to the majordomo or the housekeeper, the dreamer’s horse or whatever animal he rides, et cetera. For a ruler or a governor of some kind steps made of mortar mean promotion, welfare, and religion. For a merchant they mean business with piety and ethics. Steps made of bricks are resented, because bricks enter the fire. If made of stone, they mean promotion and welfare but arrived at with a stone heart. Made of wood, they mean welfare and promotion with hypocrisy and dissimulation. Steps made of gold mean that the dreamer will govern and enjoy abundance. If the steps are made of silver, the dreamer will have as many slave girls or servants. Brass or bronze steps mean that he will have the best of this world. Worship • Worshiping a fire without flame or which has been put out: The dreamer is running after sins or illicit gains (because sins are like fire). (1) The dreamer is aspiring to enter the service of a sultan, because fire is a sultan: a potentate whose power is so autocratic that he can afford to be whimsical Being in a musalla, or prayer area, means one will perform hajj (pilgrimage) and be secure in view of the following verses in the Holy Quran: “And when We made the House [at Mecca (Makkah)] a resort for mankind and a sanctuary, (saying) Take as your place of worship the place where Ibrahim (Abraham) stood (to pray). Entering the Grave If a person sees himself being admitted or lowered in the grave it means he will be imprisoned.
