Gourd • Eating raw gourd: (1) Will have a quarrel and break with somebody. (2) Will be scared by a jinn.
• Sitting in the shadow of gourds: (1) Reunion with family or friends. (2) Reconciliation.
• Getting gourds from a watermelon farm: Will heal from a disease, thanks to a medicine or a prayer, in view of the story of the prophet Yunus (Jonas) as related in the Holy Quran: “Then We cast him on a desert shore while he was sick; and We caused a tree of gourd to grow above him….” (“Al-Saffat” [Those Who Set the Ranks], verses 145–46.) Tahayyat (arb. Testimonial greetings) The last segment of the regular Islamic prayers which is recited in a sitting posture. Once completed, one may ask for his personal needs or pray for others. If one reaches this segment of his prayer in a dream, it represents a condition or an agreement that must be fulfilled between two partners, or it could mean finding a guardian for one's intended wife (i.e., her father, uncle, brother, etcetera), without whom the marriage is not legitimate. Funeral prayers Invoking blessings upon the deceased in a dream means that Allah Almighty has forgiven him. Sitting in a gathering where people are praying for those who passed away in a dream means attending a funeral. Performing the funeral prayers in a dream also means interceding on behalf of a sinner. Rooster Seeing a rooster in a dream also denotes increase in one's wisdom and knowledge, or frequenting the circles of knowledge. If one becomes a rooster in a dream, it means that he may die shortly, or it could mean that he will become knowledgeable about setting a timetable for the daily prayers. A rooster in a dream also represents a preacher, a reader of sermons, a singer, a man who commands good but does not practice it, a sexually obsessed person, a broker, a guard, a generous man, a man with good will and determination, or a man with a large family who gives preference to helping others, and contents himself with little. Seat (Chair) One's seat in a dream represents his capital, wealth, work, profit, joy, happiness, a good son, or a wife who is content with what she has. Seeing a deceased person sitting relaxed in a comfortable chair in a dream means that he is in paradise. A chair in a dream also represents a contractual agreement, making an oath, peace, tranquillity and comfort, or it could mean establishing a business partnership. Dung Sweeping dung in a dream means collecting money. Horses droppings or dung in a dream mean money earned from an honorable businessman. Onion Eating a raw onion in a dream denotes an evil happening. If a sick person eats a small amount of onions in a dream, it means that he will die from his illness, but if one sees himself eating a large quantity in his dream, it means that he will be cured of his illness. However, eating a green onion, or a scallion in a dream means prosperity and good health, though they will be accompanied with stress, sadness or separation from one's wife. Irreligious Seeing an irreligious person sitting on a table with a plate of honey before him and refusing to eat from it in the dream means that he is ungrateful to his Lord, and that he does not confess to the innumerable favors which Allah Almighty has given him during this life. A gathering of irreligious people in a dream represents one's children in their infancy. Chair The chair symbolizes a pledge or a contract. It is a harbinger of safety.
• Seeing a chair: No more fear.
• A chair in a marketplace: (1) A small capital. (2) Some business. (3) Benefits. (4) A virtuous wife blessed with contentment.
• A chair in the house: (1) Joy and happiness. (2) A reference to a wife or a child.

Saddle • A dog, a swine, or a donkey sitting on the dreamer’s saddle: A dissolute person is betraying him with his wife.
• Seeing matted wool or felt on one’s saddle: The dreamer’s wife is harming him.
• The saddle breaking: The dreamer or his wife will be destroyed or die.

Sycamore tree (bibl. Fig tree; Mulberries tree; Maple tree) In a dream, this large shade tree represents beneficial and lawful earnings which keep multiplying. A sycamore tree in a dream also represents a rich and a strong person who benefits others. A sycamore tree in a dream also could be interpreted as a beautiful and a rich woman, or it may represent suffering from heart disease or sight problems. Meadow The same interpretation is given if one sees himself walking between two different markets. If one sees a deceased person sitting in the meadows in a dream, it means that he is in paradise. Meadows in a dream also represent the world and its pleasures, or they could represent a rich wife. Seeing an unusual meadow which is admired only when beheld, and enjoyed especially when visited in a dream represents a revered place, a house of Allah, a mosque, the grave of a prophet, or the graves of the righteous ones. Prison If a sick person sees himself walking out of an unknown prison, or out of a tiny house into a large open space in a dream, it means that he will recover from his illness and fully enjoy his life. If one sees himself incarcerated in a prison he does not recognize in a dream, it means that he will marry a woman through whom he will prosper and have children. If one sees himself tied-up inside his own house in a dream, it means that he will profit and witness blessings that will show in his household members. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Jujube (Fruit) In a dream, a jujube fruit represents a noble, strong and a cheerful person who benefits people at large, and who is firm and patient in the face of adversities. Sucking the juice of a jujube fruit in a dream means gaining power. In a dream, a jujube fruit also represents the fingers of a woman who had applied henna to her hands for a wedding or for a religious ceremony. Women In a dream, women represent the world, its glitters and pleasures. If one sees women coming toward him in a dream, it means his success in the world. Gathering Seeing a group of people gathering in a dream may represent business losses or a trial that will end in mercy and success. If one sees a group of people surrounding the corps of a dead, or visiting a sick person, or standing around his bed in a dream, it means relief and success. Umar's Paradise Narrated Abu Huraira: We were sitting with Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) he said, "While I was sleeping, I saw myself in Paradise, and behold, a woman was performing ablution by the side of a palace. I asked, 'For whom is this palace?' They replied, 'For 'Umar' Then I remembered the Ghira of 'Umar and returned immediately." 'Umar wept (on hearing that) and said, " Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Allah's Apostle! How dare I think of my Ghira being offended by you.' Swine (Pig) In a dream, a swine represents an avowed and a fierce enemy who is perfidious, worrisome, anxious, who does not act upon what he says and who lies and tricks people. Riding a swine in a dream means that he will earn a large some of money. If one eats it raw, cooked, or broiled in the dream, it means that he swallows unlawful money, or knowingly eats impermissible food. Shoulders One's shoulders in a dream also represent his parents, brothers, partners, one's station, or beauty. Anything that affects them in a dream will show in any of the above. Shoulders in a dream also represent one's partner, his employee, assistant, or a close friend. As for a prisoner, having large shoulders in a dream means serving a long term imprisonment. Aching shoulders in a dream may represent the sickness of one's brothers. Shoulders in a dream also represent one's child, or the weight and amount of responsibilities one can assume. Funeral If a funeral reaches the cemetery in a dream, it means that people will surly regain their rights. If one sees a large number of coffins scattered in a specific locality in a dream, it means that the people of that community will break into violence, adultery and evildoing. Carrying a coffin in a dream means earning unlawful income. If a woman sees her own funeral in a dream it means that she will get married. If she is married, it means payment of her debts.
