• Falling from one’s bier: Will be demoted; business and other interests will be stalled, and prestige will be lost.

Hyena Thus, when interpreted to means a woman, it means that one may marry such a woman. Shooting a hyena with an arrow in a dream means corresponding with such a woman. Sword (Blade; Power; Scabbard) In a dream, a sword represents a son, a king, a clan, a tribe, a farm, a property, or a woman. If a sword is interpreted as power, then it means diligence, and if it is interpreted as words, it means clarity of speech. If it is interpreted as one's father, then it represents the father's pride of his son. If one's sword is weighing heavy and is being dragged with difficulty in the dream, it means an appointment that is difficult to bear, though one will draw benefits from it. Mirror The mirror symbolizes the heart, imagination, travel, a woman, vanity, or a man’s chivalry (in view of the resemblance between the words mirror and chivalry in Arabic, which are almost homonyms, one being mirah and the other morooah) and stature commensurate with the size and clarity of the mirror.
• Looking in the mirror has contradictory interpretations: (1) Will get married. If the dreamer is already married and wife is absent, she will come back. (2) God is displeased with the dreamer who disobeys Him overtly and (1) covertly and who will deteriorate financially, physically, and morally.

Owning a hoopoe in a dream means having influence over someone in authority, or it could represent a writer, or a perspicacious person but who has no religious commitment. If the man who sees himself getting married in the dream qualifies, it means that he will attain a high ranking job or a suitable position. If one's wedding ceremony is made with witnesses only in the dream, it means that he has made a covenant with Allah Almighty.
