Grill • Grilled poultry: Money obtained from a woman without treachery or wickedness. But if the meat was not well done, the dreamer will speak ill of her in her absence and be unfair.
• Any poultry, be it grilled or fried: Honest but hard gains.
• Dreaming of something which the dreamer knows is burnt in real life: Benefits through injustice.
• A grilled flank: Symbolizes women (because Eve is said to have been created from Adam’s rib). It follows that the side stretching from below the head to half the body is a reference to girls and female slaves. The lower part is an allusion to boys.

Incident - Interpretations of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) Once Prophet Muhammad (Alayhi-Salam) related a dream to his blessed companion Abu Bakr, God be pleased with him. He said: "I saw in a dream that we were climbing a ladder. At the end, I reached two steps further than you did." Abu Bakr replied: "O Prophet Muhammad, God Almighty will call your soul back unto His mercy, and I shall live two and one half years after you have departed from this world." In another dream, he said: "I saw a flock of black sheep tailed by another flock of white sheep following me." Abu Bakr replied: "The Arabs will follow you first, then others will follow them." Ali Ibn Abi Taleb • An Ulema, or Muslim religious scholar or erudite, seeing Ali: Will acquire further knowledge, prestige, and power over his equals. The dreamer should be careful as not to be taken captive, deported, or relocated. Seeing Ali in a warlike mood in a Muslim city: Civil strife or a very strong polemic.
• Seeing Ali in a place where there are great or old people: They will all be destroyed.

Lion • Riding on a lion’s back: Will ride on a high tide, either by travelling by sea in the inappropriate season when the sea is in fury or by succeeding or outsmarting the ruler. The dreamer might also be facing a situation wherein he stands helpless, hence the wishful dream.
• Riding on a subdued or perfectly obedient lion: Will have the upper hand in a feud with a tyrant.
• Riding on a lion but being afraid of it: Harm will befall the dreamer, or he will face some hard test.
• Fighting a lion: Will fight an enemy, a ruler, the authority, or whatever the lion stands for.
• Killing a lion: The end of all sorrows.

Gold • Giving away a big piece of gold: Will become a ruler or authority will be enhanced.
• Finding broken gold or solid gold coins: Will meet the ruler and return safe and sound.
• Gold turning into silver: Decaying situation in terms of women, money, children, and servants.
• Silver turing into gold: A change for the better.
• Clothes for the upper part of the body ornamented with gold, such as lady’s masks, veils, et cetera: She who wears them will come closer to God. But if she just owns them, she will undergo a bitter experience. God will test her mettle.

Fear (Dismay; Fright; Terror) In a dream, fear means the opposite. In fact, fear in a dream represents peacefulness and repentance in wakefulness. If one sees himself scared and running away from fear in a dream, it means that he will win the upper hand. If one sees himself in a dream waiting to battle with fear, it means that he will join a war. If one sees himself afraid, and if a voice says to him; " Do not be afraid, you will not die, nor will you be able to bear this life, " it means that he may become blind. If one sees himself as a Allah-fearing person in a dream, it means that his worldly fears will dissipate and he will develop true devotion and constant remembrance of his Lord. Mountain The mountain suggests a harsh and heartless king, ruler, or chief, unless there is water and vegetation in it, in which case such a man is a devout, religious, and good one. It also refers to a huge or giant man commensurate with the size of the mountain. It could be as well an erudite or an ascetic person, or a reference to high grades, upper standards, and divine places. Whatever befalls the mountain, like its crumbling or burning out, et cetera, should apply to the king, chief, or scholar it alludes to. Likewise, mountains symbolize aims and quests.

Cow • A cow with a piebald flank: Hardships in the middle of the year.
• A cow with a piebald posterior part: Hardships toward the end of the year.
• A skinned cow: Tragedy will befall relatives.
• A cow half-skinned: Tragedy will befall a sister or a daughter.
• One-quarter of the cow’s meat: Tragedy will befall the dreamer’s woman.
• A small portion of the cow’s meat: Tragedy will befall all relatives.
• Eating beef: Honest earnings during the year.
• A cow’s horns: Years of abundance.

Brandishing A Sword Abu Musa reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) as saying: I dreamt (while asleep) that I was about to migrate from Mecca to a land abounding in palmtrees and I guessed that it would be Yamama or Hajar, but it was the city of Yathrib (the old name of Medina), and I saw in this dream of mine that I was brandishing a sword and its upper end was broken and this is what fell (in the form of misfortune to the believers on the Day of Uhud). I brandished (the sword) for the second time and it became all right and this is what came to be true when Allah granted us victory and solidarity of the believers. And I saw therein cows also and Allah is the Doer of good. These meant the group from amongst the believers on the Day of Uhud and the goodness which Allah brought after that and the reward of attestation of his Truth which Allah brought to us after the Day of Badr. Cummerbund (Belt; Cincture; Sash; Waistband) In a dream, the broad band worn around the waist, also known as a sash or a cummerbund represents one's father, mother or paternal uncle. Tying a cummerbund around one's waist in a dream means that one has exhausted half of his life. Owning many cummerbunds in a dream means longevity. A cummerbund in a dream also represents one's son or it could denote a big man. If a ruler offers a cummerbund to someone in a dream, it means that he is appointing him to a high ranking position. Cloud of smoke (Adversities; Fight; Pollution) In a dream, seeing a cloud of heavy smoke over a town represents a calamity from Allah Almighty or a harsh punishment of a ruler. However, if one sees smoke coming out of his house in a dream, it means that he will be defamed, or that he will be struck by a severe illness, an injury or a fever that will result from his work or place of business. He will then recuperate from his illness, regain the upper hand and turn things around. If the smoke is caused by a fire or rises to spread from under a cooking pot in a dream, it means joy after distress and prosperity after poverty. Stairway (Conveyor; Steps; Travels) In a dream, stairways represent the vehicle of rising in station, advancement in worldly gains, seeking the blessings of the hereafter, and the rising of one's station in the hereafter. A stairway in a dream also could represent the days of one's life and their term. If one sees a staircase which he recognizes in the dream, it could represent the servant of a house, its owner, or its accountant. If a sick person sees himself climbing an unknown staircase which is leading him to the upper room from where he can see paradise in the dream, it means that he may die from his illness and reach what he saw. Incident - Cutting off family ties Bishr bin Abi Al-'Aliya said: "I asked Muhammad about someone who saw his jaws fall out in a dream." He replied: 'This is someone who has cut off his ties with his family." Here again, Prophet Muhammad went to the origin, and in this case, it is one's teeth. In Islam, breaking relations with one's family is considered a major sin. Jubair Ibn Mut'in reported that Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) has said: "One who breaks his family ties will not enter paradise." Pomegranate If a sick person eats the skin of a pomegranate in a dream, it means that he will recover from his illness. A pomegranate in a dream also means a coffer, a beehive, or a honeycomb. If the seeds are white in the dream, they represent little money. If they are red, then they represent a sizeable profit. A pomegranate in a dream also denotes fear or a journey. A fresh looking pomegranate in a dream represents a young virgin. A broken pomegranate in half in a dream represents a deflowered girl, a divorcee or a widow.
