Rain A destructive rainstorm in a dream denotes dishonesty, cheating with measures, or the spread of sodomy in the community. Seeing a destructive rainstorm tearing down structures, destroying homes and pulling down tress in a dream represents a punishment for the corruption and sins of the dwellers of that place. A good rain in a dream could mean reconciliation with one's enemy, or it could mean helping a needy person. Door If the door is well built in a dream, it means protection of one's private life. Otherwise, whatever maybe seen through such a door means exposing one's private life. If one sees a carpenter building him a new door, this means glad tidings of health and wealth. If one sees himself unable to properly secure the closing of his door in a dream, it means difficulties caused by his wife. If one sees himself changing his door in a dream, it means moving into another house. If one sees himself entering his house and locking his door in a dream, it means protection against evil. Awakening (Rising-up) To see oneself waking up from sleep in a dream means steadfastness, serious repentance, success in one's business and returning home from a journey. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Cemetery • Seeing a cemetery: (1) Fear for a person who feels safe and vice versa. (2) Prayers and aspirations. (3) Repentance. (4) A reference to the Hereafter, as a cemetery is the gateway to it; to the asylum; to asceticism; to weeping; to preaching; to death, since a cemetery is the house of death; and to atheist and heretic places or the dwelling of aliens in a Muslim country, since a cemetery houses the dead and death, according to the rules of interpretation, means religious corruption. Likewise, a cemetery could refer to those who indulge in luxury; brothels; bars where drunkards lie like the dead; the homes of those who fail to pray and remember God or do any good; and prison, for the dead is locked in his grave like the prisoner in his cell. Tassels (Fringes) In a dream, tassels represent money, power, evil, falsehood, or a following. A tassel maker in a dream represents evil and doubt, or he could represent a school teacher, or perhaps having a large progeny. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Wickedness If one recognizes a wicked act in a dream, it represents his evil end, or that he may become an apostate. If one speaks of some thing evil in his dream, it denotes a wicked act he will commit toward someone in wakefulness. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Cat • Shedding blood after being scratched by a cat or losing an eye to its claws: Beware of an implacable enemy!
• Selling a cat: The dreamer will spend his money.
• Eating cat meat: Will learn magic.
• Turning into a cat: Will earn one’s living through illicit practices and theft.
• A cat entering one’s house: A robber will break in. Whatever is taken away by the cat will be stolen by the burglar.
• Acquiring cat meat or grease: Will get money from a thief or obtain something stolen.
• Fighting a cat that bites or scratches the dreamer in the process: Long illness or deep trouble followed by relief. If the cat was overwhelmed, recovery will come faster. The reverse is also true.
• A cat and a mouse getting along with each other, as in the case of the wolf and the sheep: (1) Hypocrisy. (2) No more fear of the enemy. (3) The ruler will be just to his subjects. (4) The world will turn upside-down.

Grave • Roaming about amid open graves: Will enter the homes of heretics or visit the jails.
• Going to a grave and digging the earth with one’s nails or trying to unearth the dead: Will probe the life of the dead dwelling in that grave to follow his pattern.
• Finding a dead person alive in his grave: Will become wise and pious and achieve orderly gains.
• Going to a graveyard to unearth the dead and finding some of them alive and others not: Terrible deaths will occur in that spot or country.
• Finding deadly reptiles or insects in a grave or flames coming out of it: (1) The dreamer is doing abominable things. (2) The dead person in that grave was a heretic. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Flying If one sees himself flying vertically with his head up and his feet pointing to the ground in the dream, it means that he will receive benefits. The more he rises, the greater are his benefits. If rich people or craftsmen see that dream, it represents a leadership position they could occupy. If a foreigner sees that in a dream, it means that he will return to his mother land, or it could mean that he will never return to his homeland again. Flying with wings in a dream means benefits in general. Soaring high in the air and without wings in a dream means fears and hardships. Paradise If one sees himself entering paradise carrying money and leading a herd of sheep in a dream, it means that he will enter it through his charity and paying his due alms. Entering paradise together with one's wife means a good family relationship and giving respect to one's wife. Seeing paradise in a dream also represents one's devotion, piety, renunciation, and being of benefit to one's companions. The trees of paradise in a dream represent the Gnostics, the true servants of Allah Almighty and the callers to Allah Almighty. If one is thrown out of paradise in a dream, it means that he needs to understand the story of Adam, Alayhi-Salam. Coercion If one adamantly refuses to obey and resists the coercion of evil people or refuses to be intimidated by evil companions in a dream it represents his faith in Allah Almighty, fear of wrongdoing and making offerings that are pleasing to Allah. Thunderbolt If one is under surveillance, then seeing a thunderbolt in a dream means a crackdown on his house or business. If thunderbolts strike people's homes in a dream, they mean the arrival of covetous and despicable criminals in the company of decent and innocent people who are not aware of the true identity of their companions. If thunderbolts strike the fields and damage the crop in a dream, they represent taxes or an investigation. If one sees a town hit and burnt with a thunderbolt in a dream, it means that an unjust governor will rise in that town, and his government will bring fear, rising prices, economic chaos, injustice or war. City (Knowledge; Town; Village) Entering a city in a dream means appeasement of one's fears. Ibn Sirin use to prefer entering the city in a dream rather than leaving it. A city in a dream also represents a learned person, a wise man and a scholar. If one enters a city and finds it in ruins in his dream, it means that the learned people of that city no longer live there. It is said that seeing a city in a dream means the death of its ruler or an unjust governor from that place. Seeing a city being built in a dream signifies the growing number of its learned people and represents children who will continue the path of their fathers. Paradise • Seeing oneself in Paradise: The dreamer will acquire wisdom and knowledge.
• Entering Paradise with a smile: The dreamer is recalling God very often.
• Unsheathing one’s sword and entering Paradise: The dreamer is advocating and promoting virtue and dissuading from vice. He will be praised and rewarded for his actions.
• Sitting under the Joy Tree: The dreamer will have the best of two worlds in view of the verse in the Holy Quran that says: “Those who believe and do right: Joy is for them, and bliss (their) journey’s end.” (“Al-Raad” [The Thunder], verse 29.)
• Seeing oneself in Paradise’s parks and gardens: The dreamer will be blessed with fidelity and religious perfection.
• Eating some of the fruits of Paradise: The dreamer will acquire learning, as much as was eaten.

Zebra (Donkey; Ingratitude; Sin) If one sees a domesticated zebra in a dream, it means benefits and profits. Transformation of a donkey into a zebra in a dream means evil. City Seeing oneself in a large and populated city in a dream means prosperity and wealth. Entering a city in a dream also means making peace between people. Driving through an unknown section of a city in a dream means losses. Entering an old city that is rebuilt and restored in a dream means that a great and a pious person will be born in that city and he will grow to guide its people on the path of righteousness. A city in a dream also signifies an oath, meeting with one's beloveds, peace, tranquillity and safety. Meeting with Allah-fearing people in a dream means attaining one's goals and receiving glad tidings.
