Mirror The mirror symbolizes the heart, imagination, travel, a woman, vanity, or a man’s chivalry (in view of the resemblance between the words mirror and chivalry in Arabic, which are almost homonyms, one being mirah and the other morooah) and stature commensurate with the size and clarity of the mirror.
• Looking in the mirror has contradictory interpretations: (1) Will get married. If the dreamer is already married and wife is absent, she will come back. (2) God is displeased with the dreamer who disobeys Him overtly and (1) covertly and who will deteriorate financially, physically, and morally.

Jinn - Or Djinn In general, the sight of a jinn in the dream symbolizes a great, wicked, and deceitful enemy. The kings of jinn (singular and plural in Arabic) or jan or jinnah or jannan (plural) allude to: (1) Prominent leaders. (2) Rulers. (3) Sheikhs or tribal chieftains. (4) Ulema, or Muslim scholars. (5) Sponsors and guarantors. Ordinary jinn refer to the following: (1) Crooks and those who seek worldly pleasures and vain things, unless the one seen in the dream was of the good and wise and learned type who can speak, comprehend, and do good things. (2) A blaze. (3) Whatever is made by using fire, like pottery and glass. (4) Snakes, scorpions, and all that harm man. (5) Losses. (6) Ordeals. (7) Terror. (8) Enemies. (9) Loss of religious faith. Appetite (Sated; Saturation; To eat one's fill) In a dream, to eat one's fill means fidgety or restlessness. If one sees himself satiated with food and could not eat any more in a dream, it means changing of his condition, losing rank, losing business, or his death. This interpretation is applicable unless one finds in his dream extra space to fill with food, then the dream means that his lot in this world will equal the size of that remaining space. Khimar (A piece of fabric worn by some women as part of their headdress; To conceal one's face; Attire; Cap; Garb; Mantle; Mantilla; Veil) In a dream, a Khimar represents a husband, protection or an ornament. The extent of its size shows the man's prosperity. Its finesse connotes clarity and the color white represents honor and dignity. If a woman sees herself wearing a mantilla in a dream, it means maliciousness, a bad omen, or rancor and falsehood of female companions that might cause difficulties, or separate between a husband and a wife. Tallness (Height; Size) To see oneself taller than usual in a dream means increase in knowledge and wealth. If a man of authority sees that, it means expansion of his power. If he is a merchant, it means business prosperity. If one sees himself extremely tall and beyond the tallest human being in a dream, it means the nearing of his death, or it could mean his downfall. Distraction Distraction in a dream and especially during prayers means envy and desire to rip others of their property and particularly close friends or relatives. If one is distracted during his prayers by a creeping snake or a lion in a dream, it means that he must be on his guard and cautious with his wife or child. Distraction during prayers represents one's passions, desires, or it could mean heedlessness, soliciting temporary gains and declining from the eternal benefits of the hereafter. Jinn Accompanying Jinn in a dream means familiarity with, and keeping the company of men of knowledge, or people of inner knowledge. If one marries a female from amongst the Jinn in a dream, it means that he will marry an insolent wife, or that he may suffer a great calamity. If a righteous person sees himself chaining Jinn in a dream, it means that he holds fast to his prayers, fasting, controls his carnal self and base desires. Engaging in a battle with Jinn in a dream means that one will be safe from their evil. To befriend a known leader from amongst the Jinn in a dream means becoming a police officer and make it one's profession to pursue criminals and bandits. It also could mean that one might become a guided man of knowledge or a teacher. Seeing Jinn gathering in a known locality in a dream also may indicate the presence of snakes, scorpions, or what human beings may fear in the wilderness. Incident - a pot filled with Milk and a pot filled with Honey A man came to Imam Ibn Sirin and said: "I saw a pot filled with milk, then someone brought a second pot of the same size which was filled with honey. He then poured the honey into the milk, and miraculously, the first pot contained both of them without any spillage. Further on, he poured some foamy substance on the top, and I sat with some friends eating and skimming the foamy substance first. Suddenly, the contents of the pot turned into a head of a camel, and we kept on eating from it." Ibn Sirin replied: "What a wretched dream you had! The milk represents inherent purity. Incense Perfuming oneself with sweet incense in a dream means having a good friendship. An incense burner or holder in a dream represents a certitude that is praiseworthy. Perfume in a dream basically means good, though to a bedridden person it means death. This category includes; amber, henna plant (Lawsonia inermis, bot.), or fumigating oneself with sweet incense, though there is a danger that could arise from the smoke in the dream. Perfuming oneself with amber in a dream means increase in earnings that will come through the labor of a rich person who is associated with the one seeing the dream. Donkey The donkey symbolizes man’s endeavours and luck, commensurate with its weight and size. Only the braying of that animal is seen as a bad omen.
• A fat donkey: Money for the owner.
• A lean donkey: Poverty of the owner.
• A tall donkey: Man’s prestige.
• A beautiful donkey: The dreamer will look better.
• A white donkey: The dreamer is pious and has a certain style.
• A black donkey: Joy, sovereignty, awe, and majestic power. The donkey was Ibn Siren's favourite animal and black his favourite color (for dreams).

Hallway (Corridor; Doorman) In a dream, a hallway represents a servant who controls and manages the business and life of his employer. It also represents a doorman, or one's actions that guides him to his purpose, or one's deeds that could lead him either to paradise or to hell-fire. A hallway in a dream also represents one's grave, since the grave is a hallway to either heaven or hell, or it may represent the steps of a sick person or a handicapped person. Harvest Harvesting one's farm in a dream means ease after difficulty, or seeing a fast return on one's investment. It also could represent destruction, or it could mean receiving admonition. The portion harvested in a dream will equal the size of destruction that will befall the area. If one sees people harvesting a field in the middle of the marketplace or a road in a dream, it means that a calamity will befall them because of their sins. On the other hand, it also means profiting from one's business. Drink (Beverage) Drinking an unknown sweet drink or a glass of a cold and fresh water in a dream means guidance, knowledge, having good taste, and the diligence of the people of the path. Drinking a glass of cold sweet water in the early morning in a dream means lawful earnings and profits for everyone, except for someone who is used to drinking hot boiled water which means sickness, stress, depression and a scare from evil spirits. Any yellow colored drink in a dream means sickness. Drinking an infusion of a violet flower in a dream means recovering from an illness, or avoiding certain food in one's diet. Mirror It is said that a mirror in a dream also represents manhood, virtues and station, all of which are subject to the size of the mirror one sees in his dream. Looking into a silver mirror in a dream means loss of one's status, it also means suffering from adversities, distress and fear. Looking into a golden mirror in a dream represents the strength of one's faith, religious commitment, prosperity after poverty, redemption and regaining one's position and status. Wound A wound which does not bleed in a dream also represents recognition by others. If a man of authority is wounded in an accident, whereby his flesh splits open, and his bones are dissected in a dream, it means that he will live a long life to see the burial of most of his relatives. If an army general sees his left hand wounded in a dream, it means that his army will double in size. If his right hand is wounded in the dream, it means that the area of his control will expand. Dwellings (Cage; Clothing; House; Luck; Robe) In a dream, dwellings are man's abode or his world. One's dwellings in a dream are a reflection of his deeds in wakefulness. If one finds himself in a newly built house which is freshly painted and has all the needed amenities and comforts in a dream, it means prosperity. If he is a poor person, then it means that he will meet his financial obligations with ease. If he is under stress, it means that he will become free from such burdens. If he is a craftsman, it means that he will master his craft or acquire authority equal in dominance to the beauty and perfection, size and details of such a dwelling he saw in the dream. Cow • Cows assembled in a place: Disturbances or riots.
• An identified number of cows entering a city, following each other: Years commensurate with the size of the cows and in the same order. If they entered a coastal city together or at random similar ships will arrive. Otherwise, they would be a series of intrigues very much alike, as the cows faces resemble each other. Yellow or red cows would automatically mean disease and epidemics.
• Cows of different colours with terrible, dreadful horns and fire or smoke coming out of their mouths or noses: Coming enemy soldiers or some kind of assault.

Pregnancy However, generally speaking, pregnancy in a dream also could mean prosperity and material success. The extent of wealth is measured by the number of months of such pregnancy and the size of one's growth in the dream. This is true whether it is a man or a woman in the dream. If a young boy who is under the age of puberty sees himself pregnant in a dream, it represents his father, and if a young girl who is under the age of menstruation sees herself pregnant, then it represents her mother. Enemy (Adversary; Boy; Foe; Hidden treasure; Opponent; Power; Snake; Unjust ruler; Woman) To meet an enemy in a dream signifies honor, signing a treaty, rising above differences, receiving Allah's help and victory. Facing one's enemy in a dream also means befriending him. If one is threatened by his enemy in a dream, it means that he will win the upper hand. Weasel (Marten; Mongoose) In a dream, a weasel represents an insolent person, a fool and a stupid man who is unjust and ruthless. If a weasel enters a house in a dream, it means that evil or adversities may take place inside one's dwellings. A weasel is the only mammal that can kiss a snake.
