If an unallahly person sees him in a dream, it represents a warning that could precede the destruction of a town or a village, or a calamity during which the person seeing the dream also could suffer. If one sees him (Alayhi-Salam) in a town in a dream, it means a rainfall, good harvest and low prices for that year. Cistern If one sees a well being used as a cistern in his house in a dream, it denotes that the dwellers of that house are of the middle class, or it could mean that the water of that house is salty or non potable. If one sees the cistern filled with butter or honey or milk in a dream, it means that one's wife is pregnant, or it could mean prosperity for that family. If the family of such a house is thirsty in the dream, and if the cistern is filled with other than water, then it means that they owe alms tax and must pay the necessary charity on their assets, or it could mean that such a family has turned its back to Allah's path and preferred worldly gains instead, or that they have a knowledge that they do not practice, or it could mean shortage of rain in that locality that necessitates spending money on Allah's path. Banner (Beacon; Distinguished; Excellence; Flag) A banner in a dream represents public knowledge, fame, presidency, laurel of victory, a man of knowledge, an Imam, or an ascetic who is vigilant and courageous, or a rich and a generous man, or a strong and a victorious hero whose example is loved and followed. If the banner is red, then one will reap happiness from the person it represents, or he may engage in a war against him. As for a woman, a banner in a dream represents her husband. Darn (Invisible stitches; Mend; Patch; Regret) To mend a garment with interlacing stitches in a dream means correcting oneself, piety, allahliness, appropriateness, good reputation, being free from illness, arming oneself, or it could mean rain. Hanging a stone around one's neck as a charm in a dream means that an affliction or an evil will take place. Mountain Climbing a mountain through a straight path in a dream means facing things the way they are. If one sees mountains moving forward with him, it means a war or a major conflict between people of knowledge. Falling down from the top of a mountain into the middle of beasts, crows, vultures, snakes, mammals, mire, filth, or rats and their different kinds in a dream means abstaining from sins, or refraining from innovation if escaping from them leads one into a mosque where he can enter to pray, or a garden where he can rest in peace. If the mountain crumbles, and if it is transformed into ashes or dirt in the dream, it means that whoever is meant in that dream shall lose his devotion and waste his life. Night The night in a dream signifies economic stagnation, while the day means business, travels and hypocrisy. If the night in a dream is interpreted to represent the ocean, then the day means land. The night in a dream also means death, while the day represents life and resurrection. The night and the day together may represent the two guardian angels who record each perbond deeds and who are Allah's witnesses. If a sick person sees the dawn in a dream, it means that he will recover from his illness, or die from it. If he is imprisoned, it means that he will be released. If he is a sinner, it means that he will repent for his sins. If he is a merchant and his business is not moving, it means that his merchandise will be finally sold. Ship (Boat; Human being; Might; Mother; Prison; Star; Salvation; Stress) Seeing a ship in a dream means escape from danger, overcoming adversities, recovering from an illness, or it could represent rain after a severe drought. If one who is experiencing adversities sees a ship or a boat anchored in a harbor in his dream, it means that his adversities will be lifted shortly. If one sees himself pulling it, or driving it on dry land in a dream, it means that he is a hypocrite or a pimp. If he rides a ship along with righteous people in a dream, it means that he is guided on the straight path and that his sins will be forgiven. If one reaches the shore and leaves the boat in a dream, it means that he will live in safety and happiness, and he will escape from the danger of his enemies. If one who is dismissed from his work sees himself on a boat in a dream, it means that he will be rehired to occupy the same office and regain his authority, or that he may take a dangerous trip during which he may either die or escape from death. Tablet Seeing it also means preserving knowledge, cataloguing references, or saving money for one's family and heirs. It also represents a guardian for one's properties, treasurer, the keeper of one's secrets, or a controller. Seeing the Preserved Tablet in a dream also could denote enjoying peace after experiencing fear. If a ruler sees the Preserved Tablet in a dream, it means that his sovereignty will expand, or it could mean that he will discover a great treasure. As for the tablets that were revealed to Allah's prophet Moses, Alayhi-Salam, seeing them in a dream represents witnesses, spiritual guides, guidance or admonition. A wooden blackboard in a dream represents one's wife, child, farmland, or finding peace after suffering from fear, or it could mean knowledge if one is a seeker of such avenues. Ceiling If water is leaking from one's ceiling in a dream, it means crying in that house for the sake of a departed soul or crying because of a sick person in that family. If rain dissolves the ceiling in a dream, it means loss of money and falling-out from grace. If one sees himself standing on the ceiling of his house and cannot come down in the dream, it means his imprisonment. In a dream, the central beam that carries the ceiling represents a hypocrite who supports the business of an alliance of profiteers. Should the central beam break down and fall in the dream, it means that such a person will be removed from his office.
