Pearl • Peeling a pearl, keeping the nacre, and throwing away the core: The dreamer is a digger.
• Walking on pearls: Blasphemy and desecration of the Holy Quran (as if, God forbid, you were stepping on it).
• A man using a pearl as an earring: Desecration or slandering of the Quran.

Quran (Garden; Holy Book; The Last Revelation) In a dream, the holy Quran represents a garden because when one looks at it, it looks like a beautiful garden and its verses are the fruit of knowledge and wisdom the reader can pluck. Learning a Quranic verse, a saying of Allah's Prophet (Alayhi-Salam), a prophetic tradition, or a craft in a dream means richness after poverty, or guidance after heedlessness. Clouds If people are expecting clouds to water their farms, and should one see masses of clear clouds carrying rains and coming in that direction in the dream, it means a calamity. If the clouds carry poisonous rains or acid rains or polluted rains, or if they are driven by heavy winds, or if they carry fires or dust or ashes or rocks from a volcano, they mean that a calamity will strike that locality, or that they will receive news about travellers the majority of whom will perish during a trip. Clouds also mean innovations and man made religions that may spread throughout the land. Quran • Listening to the Holy Quran: Authority will be enhanced and life will end beautifully and will be shielded against all sorts of intrigues, in view of the Quranic verse that reads: “And when thou recites the Quran, we place before thee and those who believe not in the Hereafter a hidden barrier.” (“Bani Israil” [The Children of Israel], verse 45.)
• The Mushaf being taken away from the dreamer: He will be deprived of his science and no longer active in this world.
• The Quran being read out to the dreamer without his being able to understand it: Harm will befall him, either from Heaven or from the sultan (authority), owing to the verse: “And they say: Had we but listened or used our brain, we would not have been among the dwellers of the Blazing Fire.” (“Al-Mulk” [Sovereignty, or Majesty], verse 10.) Firewood Attributing the firewood to its mother tree or distinguishing its fruit in the dream means money of a doubtful source. Offering timber to burn in a religious ceremony in a dream means nearness to one's Lord, or it could mean offering a gift to one's teacher, bringing a culpable before a judge, or bringing a sick person to the doctor. In this case, if the timber burns before putting it in the fire, it means that the gift was accepted, or that a guilty person will receive a just verdict. Eating timber in a dream means earning unlawful money. A tree stump or a log in a dream means a chronic illness or paralysis. Call For Prayer (Arabic: Athan) • Launching the prayer call while standing on top of a wall: The dreamer is undertaking a peace initiative.
• Launching the prayer call from a roof: Death will occur in that house.
• Calling people for prayer but receiving no response: The dreamer is amid evildoers in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: “And the dwellers of the Garden (Paradise) cry unto the dwellers of the Fire (Hell): We have found that which our Lord promised us (to be) the Truth. Have ye (too) found that which your Lord promised the Truth? They say: Yea, verily. And a crier in between them crieth: The curse of Allah is on evildoer.” (“Al-Aaraf,” verse 44.) Interpretation According to the Varying Conditions of people If a righteous and noble person sees himself as handcuffed or placed in a pillory. It means he will remain safeguarded against mischief and wickedness. But if the observer of such a dream is wicked it suggests that he will commit excessive sins due to which he will be doomed to hell-fire May Allah, through His infinite mercy, save us from hell-fire, Ameen. Rain The rain symbolizes relief and a good year, especially for the farmer or peasant and all the more so if it falls in the right season, and dreaming of rain, in general, is a sign that dead matters will be revived. Rain in the right season also refers to God’s mercy and the Holy Quran. However, the rain could also symbolize plagues and scourges that come from the sky, like swarms of locusts, hailstones, and tempests, especially if they are seen with fire or the waters are hot. Rains of blood, indeed, are a harbinger of sedition, intrigue, and bloodbaths. Out-of-season rain is also a calamity.
• Dreaming of rain that causes no damage: (1) Blessings, welfare, benefits, and good life. (2) Fulfilment of a promise. (3) A land that will be salvaged.

Quran If one sees himself reciting the Quran and understanding what it says in a dream, it denotes his vigilance, intelligence, faith and spiritual awareness. If a Quranic verse is recited to someone, and if he does not agree with the divine judgement in the dream, it means that he will suffer harm from someone in authority, or that a punishment from Allah Almighty will soon befall him. If an unlettered person sees himself reading the holy Quran in a dream, it could also mean his death, or his reading of his own records. If one sees himself reading the holy Quran without true interest in it in a dream, it means that he follows his own mind, personal interpretations and innovations. Pot A pot in a dream also represents a handsome looking man who cares about his neighbors opinions. A pot in a dream also could represent a housekeeper. Whatever happens to it in a dream could affect the housekeeper. If there is a sick person in a family, and if one sees a cooking pot he does not know what's inside it in a dream, the stove here represents his bed, the fire represents his depression and the boiling water represents his worries. Medina Visiting the Holy city of Medina, the city of Allah's Prophet, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, in a dream means profits and blessings in this world. Standing at the door of the Sacred Mosque in Medina, or in front of the Blessed Chamber of Allah's Prophet, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, in a dream means repenting from a sin and acceptance of one's repentance. Seeing the Holy city of Medina in a dream can be interpreted in six ways to reflect peace, mercy, forgiveness, salvation, relief from distress and enjoying a happy life. Kabah Praying on top of the holy Kabah in a dream means becoming an apostate. Entering the holy Mosque in Mecca and praying on the roof of the holy Kabah in a dream represents peace, tranquillity, presiding over others, it also means that one will become victorious wherever one goes, though with a questionable conduct, he also may follow innovation and depart from the traditions and teachings of Allah's Messenger, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam. Walking by the holy Kabah, or leaving it behind in a dream means going against the traditions of Allah's Prophet, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, following the path of innovation, or interpreting things according to one's own mind and liking. If one sees angels descending from the heavens to lift away the pillar of Allah's House from Mecca and place it in a different town in the dream, it means that people have gone astray and the time of destruction has come. Torah • Seeing a Torah: (1) A reference to those who abide by that Holy Book. (2) Reunion with the absent. (3) Recovery of what is lost. (4) Wife will give birth to a male child. (5) Might mix with people who will spoil the dreamer’s religious beliefs. (6) Will see the Muslims Holy Prophet. (7) Wisdom, knowledge, and good conduct. (8) The breaching of an agreement.
• A bachelor seeing the Torah: • (1) Will marry a girl or woman from another ethnic group. • (2) Will travel extensively, because the Torah comprises several asfar (scriptures or holy writings, plural of safar, which in Arabic is a homonym for travel). • (3) Might marry an emancipated woman or one without a legal guardian.

Pearl Pearls and other jewels symbolize beauty, perfection, and sexual passion for women and boys. Raw, ill-shaped, or scattered pearls are a reference to children and to good words; hidden pearls refer to exceptionally beautiful girls, slaves, or servants in view of verses from the Holy Quran about Paradise: “And (there are) those with wide, lovely eyes, like unto hidden pearls … Lo! We have created them a (new) creation and made them virgins, lovers, friends …” (“Al-Waqiah” [The Event], verses 22–23, 36–37.) The pearl also alludes to a male child who won’t live. Perfectly shaped or aligned pearls represent the Holy Quran and good learning. Quranic recital Reading the holy Quran or part of it in a dream means rising in station, gaining power, repenting from sins, prosperity, paying one's debts, witnessing the truth, or delivering a trust to its rightful owner. Reciting the holy Quran with a beautiful voice in a dream means honor, dignity and good fame. Reading the holy Quran and adding one's own words to it in a dream means wavering from the truth, or betraying one's promise or covenant. If in the latter case one does not understand the meaning of what he is saying in the dream, it means that he will give a false testimony in a court of justice, or that he will be involved in something evil the consequences of which cannot be foreseen. Firewood Firewood in a dream means slander and backbiting. If one puts two or three logs to burn in the fire in a dream, it means that an argument will take place or that an exchange of rough words will grow beyond one's control. If a religious person sees timber in his dream, it means that he will commits a major sin such as theft, murder, or adultery, he will then be caught and put to justice. Bellows (Air blower; Blacksmith) If a bellows is made from wood in one's dream, it means loss of dignity, demotion or loss of property. Owning a bellows in a dream means acquiring vast control and sovereignty if one qualifies for that. Otherwise, a bellows in a dream means benefits and blessings. Seeing a bellows blowing fire in a dream means completing a project, satisfying a need, reaching one's goal or earning money. Nightingale The nightingale symbolizes a nice woman whose mouth is full of honey; a singer or a qari who reads out the Holy Quran with special intonations. To a ruler it represents a wise minister who manages his affairs perfectly. The Persian Nightingale refers to a rich man, a wealthy woman, a small boy, or a blessed child who reads out the Holy Quran correctly without musical composition. • A person with bad memory having managed to memorize the Holy Quran: The dreamer will become a king (or almost), owing to the verse that reads as follows: “He said: Set me over the storehouses of the land.
