Physician If a physician visits a healthy person in a dream and write a prescription for him, it means that he will fall sick. Seeing or visiting a physician in a dream means exposing one's secrets, for a physician works to extract the patient's illness just like a snake charmer who brings a snake out of its hiding. Sperm • Giving or receiving sperm: A reference to something durable, which could be money, coming or going.
• Seeing sperm coming out of one’s penis: (1) Money is coming. (2) Money will be squandered. (3) Wishes will be fulfilled. (4) Comfort. (5) Will divulge a secret. (6) The dreamer’s children will die. (7) For one reason or another, wife will not be available. (8) Land will be revived if the dreamer is a landlord.
• Spreading sperm all over a woman’s body: Will offer her a dress and other attire.

Vagina • A woman dreaming that she has two vaginas: She might be penetrated from both sides.
• A woman seeing water entering her vagina: She will give birth to a boy.
• A woman dreaming that water is coming out of her vagina: She will deliver.
• Anything good coming out of the vagina: Good progeny.
• Anything ugly coming out of the vagina: The dreamer will give birth to bad children.

Milk • Bear milk: Harm and a quick-coming catastrophe.
• Drinking snake milk: (1) Will do something that will please God. (2) Relief and escape from harm. In general, curdled milk is a bad omen, but it could also herald a trip. Curdled milk whose water has been drained means that the dreamer will listen to women. Sour milk or yogurt means that benefits will be reaped, but not without trouble and painful events. Some dream interpreters consider it dirty money. It could also mean that the dreamer is dealing with bankrupt people, because its cream has been removed from it, or he might be expecting a nice gesture from evil persons. Cucumber (Large cucumber; Snake-cucumber; Squirting cucumber) In a dream, cucumbers represent distress and sadness. If one eats a cucumber in his dream, it means that he will strive for something but with great strain on him and particularly if he sees yellow cucumbers. If one's wife is pregnant and he sees cucumbers in his dream, it means that she will beget a daughter. If one is offered cucumbers as a gift in his dream, it means benefits in the long run. Adam • Seeing Adam: (1) The dreamer has committed a sin and should repent. (2) A reference to one’s father or ruler or to knowledge. (3) Will become a ruler or governor if eligible for such an honour. (4) Will be deceived and captured by one’s enemies, then released after some time. (5) A reference to the interpreter of dreams, because Adam was the first ever to have dreamed (of Eve) and understood what dreams expressed. (6) A harbinger of the pilgrimage to Mecca (Makkah). (7) A coming together of the beloved ones. (8) Will have plenty of children, but more boys than girls. (9) Forgetfulness and absentmindedness. (10) Trickery and ruses. (11) The dreamer is mixing with snake charmers, poison makers, spiritualists and mediums, who are the demons spokesmen. (12) A reference to rough garments, weeping, or a malaise due to unhealthy food. (13) A long journey, perhaps to where Adam first descended on Earth. Sky • Falling from the sky: The dreamer will become an atheist. The sky opening to give way to an old man: A reference to the perseverance of the local people who will reap the fruit of their activities.
• The sky opening and a young man coming out of it: An enemy who will harm the people of the area or sow the seeds of dissension.
• Sheep coming from the sky: A booty (for etymological reasons, the two words in Arabic being ghanam and ghanima, respectively).
• A lion emerging from the sky: The people will be plagued with a wicked tyrant.
• Stealing the sky and hiding it in ajar: The dreamer will steal a mus haf, or Holy Quran book, and give it to his wife.

Mouse • Obtaining mouse skin: Will get some money, not much, from a debauched woman.
• Throwing arrows or stones at a mouse: Will backbite a licentious woman or exchange correspondence with her on an unholy matter.
• Catching a mouse: Will outsmart a woman and sleep with her. A man who saw himself penetrating a mouse and coming out with a date from its ass asked Ibn Siren about the meaning of such a dream. “Are you married to a corrupt woman?” asked Ibn Siren. “Yes,” said the man. “She will give birth to a devout son.”
• A mouse coming out of one’s rectum: A thankless woman will get out of the dreamer’s life.

Smoke Smoke symbolizes sufferings and torture inflicted by God or a penalty imposed by the sultan or ruler.
• Smoke coming out of one’s shop: Welfare and fertility after an ordeal and a scandal caused by influential people.
• Smoke coming out of well-cooked meat: Welfare, fertility, and joy after difficulties.
• Being lost or disappearing in smoke: Will have a fever.

Meat Eating the flesh of a human being in a dream means backbiting him. Eating one's own flesh in a dream means earning money from one's own sweat. If a woman eats the flesh of another woman in a dream, it means that they are lesbians. If a woman eats her own flesh in a dream, it means that she will commit adultery. The meat of a yellow cow in a dream means illness. The cooked meat of a snake in a dream means receiving money from one's enemy. The uncooked flesh of a snake in a dream means slandering one's enemy. Wall A wall in a dream is also interpreted as a mighty person who cannot be managed except through kindness. Jumping over a wall in a dream means reverting from being a believer to a disbeliever, or accepting and following the advice of a disbeliever. Seeing one's picture reflected in a wall in a dream means one's death, and that his name will be itched on his gravestone. If a traveller sees himself returning to his house, whereby its walls are renewed, it means that he will get married. Seeping water from a crack in a wall in one's dream means adversities and stress. Cauterize (Brand; Burn; Castigate; Punishment; Seal; Sear) Cauterization in a dream denotes a ruler, or it could mean painful words. If one's forehead or sides are seared or cauterized in a dream, it means that he is obviating or hindering the distribution of charities or the due alms tax on one's assets, or it could mean a crack down by the authorities on people who are evading to pay their taxes, or it could mean separation between dear ones. If one is cauterized with gold or silver in the dream, it means stinginess or hindering the payment or distribution of Allah's rights upon one's earnings to poor and needy people. Wall If a successful businessman sees the walls of his house collapsing in a dream, it means that he will recuperate a lost treasure. If one sees a wall caving over his head, or falling over other people in a dream, it means that he has committed many sins and unless his repents, his punishment will be swift. The caving-in of a wall toward the inside of a house in a dream means an illness, but if it falls toward the outside in the dream, it means death.
