Caliph (Caliphate; Deputy; King; vice-regent) A caliph in a dream represents order, leadership, justice or a deputy who establishes Allah's Laws on earth. Rain A destructive rainstorm in a dream denotes dishonesty, cheating with measures, or the spread of sodomy in the community. Seeing a destructive rainstorm tearing down structures, destroying homes and pulling down tress in a dream represents a punishment for the corruption and sins of the dwellers of that place. A good rain in a dream could mean reconciliation with one's enemy, or it could mean helping a needy person. Jump • Failing to reach the desired destination: A change for the worse.
• Using a stick or a perch to jump: That stick or perch symbolizes an extremely powerful person or a strong asset on whom the dreamer could rely in whatever he aims for.
• Jumping to cross a river, a pit, or a well, et cetera, and succeeding: A change for the better and will be saved from some evil and reach the safe shore very quickly.
• Jumping but staying late in that jump till withering away: Will die.

Abel Seeing Abel means: (1) The dreamer will be envied and suffer from spite on the part of one’s enemy or be killed without having committed any crime. (2) The dreamer will be the victim of an injustice. (3) The dreamer will obey God, Who will bless him and send him to Paradise. Gazelle A gazelle in a dream also represents a child. If a gazelle enters someone's house in a dream, it means that he will marry off his son. If a gazelle jumps at someone in his dream, it means that his wife will rebel against him. Running to catch a gazelle in a dream means gaining strength. Owning a gazelle in a dream also means earning lawful money or a marriage to a noble woman. Cemetery • Seeing a cemetery: (1) Fear for a person who feels safe and vice versa. (2) Prayers and aspirations. (3) Repentance. (4) A reference to the Hereafter, as a cemetery is the gateway to it; to the asylum; to asceticism; to weeping; to preaching; to death, since a cemetery is the house of death; and to atheist and heretic places or the dwelling of aliens in a Muslim country, since a cemetery houses the dead and death, according to the rules of interpretation, means religious corruption. Likewise, a cemetery could refer to those who indulge in luxury; brothels; bars where drunkards lie like the dead; the homes of those who fail to pray and remember God or do any good; and prison, for the dead is locked in his grave like the prisoner in his cell. Insult The rule in such dreams is that the aggressed is always better than the aggressor, as the aggressed must ultimately triumph.
• Being insulted by a person: (1) The dreamer will be harmed by that person, then triumph over him. (2) The one who insults owes something to the dreamer and is duty-bound to settle it.

Grave • Roaming about amid open graves: Will enter the homes of heretics or visit the jails.
• Going to a grave and digging the earth with one’s nails or trying to unearth the dead: Will probe the life of the dead dwelling in that grave to follow his pattern.
• Finding a dead person alive in his grave: Will become wise and pious and achieve orderly gains.
• Going to a graveyard to unearth the dead and finding some of them alive and others not: Terrible deaths will occur in that spot or country.

Wrestling If one sees two friends fighting a wrestling match in a dream, the loser in the dream has better standing in wakefulness. Wrestling in a dream also could mean a sickness that may befall the loser, or it could denote the consequences of an illness. If one sees himself battling with a beast, and if he kills the beast in the dream, it means relief from difficulties and dispelling of his sorrows and sufferings. Griffin If one hunts or kills a griffin in a dream, it means that he will deceive someone. If he sells a griffin in his dream, it means that he will oppress someone. If he captures it without a trick in his dream, it means that he is a courageous young man. Hugging a griffin in a dream means marrying a beautiful woman. Jesus If one who is impotent, or sterile sees him in a dream, it means that he will regain his fertility and fruition. If one sees Jesus Alayhi-Salam descending upon a town, it means that justice and righteousness will prevail and permeate that place, as it will be when he shall, by Allah's leave, descends upon the earth to kill the impostor (Antichrist) and destroy his followers, obliterate infidelity, and he shall fill the earth with justice, blessings and lend victory to the believers. Buying a horse and tending the money to the seller in the dream means profits in one's business, or earning money from teaching. Hunter In a dream, a hunter represents a philanderer, a womanizer who rounds women, or a pimp. If one sees himself befriending a hunter, or if he helps him, and if the hunter is pursuing what is lawful to kill for food, one's dream then connotes personal advantages. Flying If one sees himself flying vertically with his head up and his feet pointing to the ground in the dream, it means that he will receive benefits. The more he rises, the greater are his benefits. If rich people or craftsmen see that dream, it represents a leadership position they could occupy. If a foreigner sees that in a dream, it means that he will return to his mother land, or it could mean that he will never return to his homeland again. Thunderbolt If one is under surveillance, then seeing a thunderbolt in a dream means a crackdown on his house or business. If thunderbolts strike people's homes in a dream, they mean the arrival of covetous and despicable criminals in the company of decent and innocent people who are not aware of the true identity of their companions. If thunderbolts strike the fields and damage the crop in a dream, they represent taxes or an investigation. If one sees a town hit and burnt with a thunderbolt in a dream, it means that an unjust governor will rise in that town, and his government will bring fear, rising prices, economic chaos, injustice or war. Sheep • Slaughtering a ram without knowing why, but by observing the Islamic slaughtering rites: Will unexpectedly triumph over someone or testify truthfully against him. If the Muslim rituals are not observed, it means that the dreamer will kill, torture, or commit an injustice.
• Slaughtering a lamb not for eating: One of the children of the dreamer or one of his other relatives will die.
• Being sexually assaulted by a ram: Will be harmed by the enemy, especially if it had also tossed the dreamer with its horns—in which case it would mean insult and injury.

Killing (Murder; Suicide) Killing in a dream represents a major sin. If one kills himself, or commits suicide in fear of the consequences of his sins in a dream, it means that he is offering true repentance from his sins, though committing suicide is a major sin that will lead its author to eternal sufferings in hell-fire. Killing a human being in a dream means committing an evil and an atrocious sin. Daylight (Day) The dawning of the daylight in a dream means relief from pain, distress and sorrow, or it could mean buying a new garment, marriage, having beautiful children, the emergence of truth, unveiling what is hidden, release from prison or the coming home of a traveller.
