Hearing this, the person approached the woman, proposed marriage to her and subsequently married her. Not many days passed before she suddenly died and he became her only heir to all her wealth. Snake Becoming a snake in a dream means being contemptible against one's own religion. Seeing oneself as a half-snake half-human in a dream means being able to neutralize half of the enemy's power. Discovering a snake skin which is made from gold in a dream means that one will discover a hidden treasure. If a snake swallows someone in a dream, it means that he will reach a powerful position. If one sees a snake sitting over his head in a dream, it means that he will earn the respect of people in authority. A field which is covered with snakes in a dream represents a destructive rain. Incident - Dreamers hair became Shaven A person approached Ibn Sirin (RA) and said : “ I have seen a dream that I have shaven my hair” or he said “ I have seen my head shaven. Please interpret the dream for me”. The Imaam said: “This slave of yours will be separated from you either by becoming free or by your death or his”. Bridge (Benefits) A bridge in one's dream represents the pillars of one's faith, the straight path, the Bridge of the Day of Judgement or perhaps it could mean knowledge, guidance, fasting, prayers, or any vehicle which assists one in his escape from the evils of this world or the punishment for one's sins in the hereafter. A bridge in a dream also represents a pious worshiper who patiently bears the harm people may inflict on him. It can also mean the path to fulfill one's needs, having a high ranking connection with the governor, or it could represent one's wife, father or mother. Head • Carrying an alternative head: The dreamer is fighting a plague or trying to remedy something bad he had concocted.
• Seeing oneself having cut off people’s heads at one’s home: People will be driven to the dreamer and will come to his home of their own free will or will assemble there.

• Seeing oneself with a big head: The dreamer has a big brain.
• Seeing oneself headless: The dreamer is ignorant and has little, if any, brains.

Incident - The Moon merging in Alcyone Ibn Sirin suddenly shook, and said to the woman: "Tell me how did you see it?" The woman repeated her dream, and Ibn Seer'in's face became grim. His sister who was then sitting with him at the table said: "What disturbed you, Oh my brother?" He replied: "This woman is claiming that I will die in seven days." Bullfight (Butting; Thrusting) A bullfight or a goat fight with horns in a dream means preparing for war. It also could mean joining a festival, a show of innovation, or participating in heedless activities. Thrusting or bumping someone with the head in a dream means plagues, illness or calamities that will affect both parties. If blood flows from their heads because of such blows in the dream, it means that they will both suffer evil consequences and losses. Incident - White Pigeon sitting on top of a Mosque A person related his dream to Ibn Sirin (RA), saying that he had seen a white pigeon, sitting on the pinnacle of a masjid in Madeenah and that he was captivated by its beauty. Then came a hawk and carried it away. The Imaam said; “If you are speaking the truth it means Hajjaaj bin Yoosuf will marry the daguther of Abdullah bin Jafar At-Tayyaar”. Amulet If he is a man of knowledge, it means that he lies or hides his true knowledge, abstains from giving true advice, or perhaps he offers a poor quality of worship. If the one reciting the incantation in the dream is a judge, it means that he will give a wrong judgement. If one is given to drink some water over which specific prayers were recited in a dream, it means longevity. If one sees himself reciting an incantation, or if he hears incantations recited on his behalf in a dream, it will all be false except for a prayer that recites; In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate or contains a Quranic revelation. Fever • A fever that recurs every other day: A sin for which the dreamer has repented after receiving a punishment.
• A fever that comes back every four days: The dreamer has, time and again, been punished for a fault he committed unceasingly.
• The chattering fever: Indulgence or negligence.

Bridge A bridge connecting two streets in a dream may lead to the ruler or to someone in his cabinet, particularly if it is built from stones and covered with baked bricks. If it is a small bridge, then it can represent the secretary, door attendant of a governor, a superior, or it can be interpreted as a pimp. If a bridge which is built from stone is transformed in one's dream to look as if it were made of dirt, it means changing of one's status and vice-versa. If one sees himself transformed into a bridge in a dream, it means that he will be elected for a leadership post, and people will need him, his prestige and what he can offer. Moon • Looking to the sky and failing to spot the moon, then looking down to find it in bits and pieces on the ground: (1) If a chemist or someone working with gold: Will go bankrupt. (2) If poor: Will have plenty of riches. (3) If a woman: Her husband will be killed.
• Seeing a crescent: Will triumph over enemies.

Cow • Cows assembled in a place: Disturbances or riots.
• An identified number of cows entering a city, following each other: Years commensurate with the size of the cows and in the same order. If they entered a coastal city together or at random similar ships will arrive. Otherwise, they would be a series of intrigues very much alike, as the cows faces resemble each other. Yellow or red cows would automatically mean disease and epidemics.
• Cows of different colours with terrible, dreadful horns and fire or smoke coming out of their mouths or noses: Coming enemy soldiers or some kind of assault.

Paintings (Art; Picture; Portrait) In a dream, paintings represent memories, guidance, or advice. Paintings in a dream also denote the passing of time, advancing of years, or the days of one's life. Ring A broken ring in a dream means divorce. Wearing a ring made of iron in a dream means that one will receive benefits though with great strain on him. Wearing a golden ring carrying a precious stone in a dream means that such benefits will come with ease. If it is a plain ring or a band with no stone, it means engaging in a strenuous project and getting nothing out of it. Rings made of ivory or from an animal's horn in a dream represent glad tidings for a woman. Seeing someone in authority stamping a document with his ring as a seal in a dream means that one will receive an important political appointment. If one who is accustomed to wearing a silver ring sees himself offering it as a gift to whoever he wishes in a dream, it means that he will preside over an honorable post. Oryx (Antelope; Gemsbok; Wild cow; Wild gazelle; Wild goat) In a dream, all kinds of genus oryx of the wild large African and Asian antelopes with long and straight horns represent a great leader, a pious and a reclusive person though he does not follow the prophetic traditions, or he could be an ascetic, or an innovator. If one finds the eyeball of an oryx in a dream, it means that he will marry a chaste and a beautiful woman whose life will be short. Incident - a Snake in your House Another person revealed his dream to the Imaam saying that he had seen a snake in his house. It had bitten him on the hand and back causing him much pain. The Imaam asked “Yous have a brother and a sister?” he said: “yes.” The Imaam said: “Then you have a relative in your hoe whose heart is filled with malice towards you. Cow • A cow with a piebald flank: Hardships in the middle of the year.
• A cow with a piebald posterior part: Hardships toward the end of the year.
• A skinned cow: Tragedy will befall relatives.
• A cow half-skinned: Tragedy will befall a sister or a daughter.
• One-quarter of the cow’s meat: Tragedy will befall the dreamer’s woman.
• A small portion of the cow’s meat: Tragedy will befall all relatives.
• Eating beef: Honest earnings during the year.
• A cow’s horns: Years of abundance.

Incident - The father that hid his money In the morning, the son told a friend about his dream and added: "It is a fairy tale!" A few days later, the father came back to his son in another dream and said: "I have told you about something that will benefit you and that will free me from my limbo, but you failed to do it!" The son woke up in shock and immediately went to the place his father indicated in the dream. When he dug out the money, he paid his father's debts and benefited from his unanticipated inheritance.
