Extracting oils from seeds (Grinding; Pressing) Grinding or pressing nuts or seeds to extract their oils or butter in a dream means money and prosperity. Pressing ripe olives in a dream represents one's homeland. Pressing olives for their oil in a dream means relief from burdens or overcoming adversities, or it could represent true scholars, satisfying one's carnal desires, engaging in wrongdoing, receiving guidance, seeing the light, walking away from darkness into light, or it could represent one's earnings or benefits. Illness Having an illness in a dream represents a sickening character, or a hypocrite. Finding oneself ill in a dream means enjoying a good health for that year, or it could mean loss of devotion and lack of piety. If a warrior finds himself sick in a dream, it means that he will be wounded. If one sees his wife sick in a dream, it means that she is negligent of her religious obligations. If a sick person sees himself riding an ox, or a swine in a dream, it means his death. A feverish illness in a dream means pressure caused by a ruler. Feeling sick, or feeling down with an undiagnosed illness in a dream means spending money, or wasting it in ways other than on Allah's path. Travels (Hotel; Inn; Millstone; World) In a dream, travels mean discovering people's substance or character. If a poor person sees himself travelling in a dream, it means that he will become rich. If one hosts travellers in a dream, it means that he may receive news from that direction. Travelling in a dream also means changing condition, state, environment, or that one may have to wash the floor of a house, or change his employer, repent for his sin, or satisfy what his heart desires. Olives Seeing the leaves of an olive tree in a dream means following the straight path, or fulfilling one's spiritual obligations, guidance, light, reading the Quran, comforting someone's heart, making money for a poor person, except if one eats the olive raw in the dream, then it means the opposite, or it implies poverty, indebtedness, or it could denote the place, or the direction it comes from. The leaves of an olive tree represent righteous people or spiritual leaders. The fruit of an olive tree represents easy money, or living a rich and a happy life. Selecting olives or pressing them for oil in a dream means toiling, or hardships. As for a sick person, olives in a dream mean regaining strength and recovering from his illness. Incident - The conflicting interpretations He said that he first made a careful study of the character of both the persons and saw signs of evil present in the first person and interpreted his dream accordingly in the light of this verse of the Holy Quran : then a claimer proclaimed; O people of the caravan Surely you are thieves!. As for the second persons he saw signs of virtue and piety present in him and therefore, interpreted his dream in the light of the following verse of the Holy Book : And proclaim (O Ibraheem!) to the people about Hajj! The narrator of this incident says: “Matters turned out exactly as the Imaam had interpreted.” At times, athaan could be interpreted announcement, information and notification. Moses Seeing Moses (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also means love for travel, praiseworthy intercession, sea travels, a safe return, profits, suffering from slander and false accusations, or perhaps it could mean that one may have weakness in his speech, or tottering, or that he may suffer from a head ill or injury. If someone who has renounced worldly pleasures, an ascetic, or a pious person sees Moses (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream, it means increase in his wisdom, light in his heart and elevation of his station. If a woman sees Moses (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream, she must fear loss of her child, or her dream could represent an adversity that should have a happy ending. If a child sees Moses (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream, the same interpretation applies. If one sees himself carrying the staff of Moses (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream, it means that he will reach a high rank and win victory over his enemy.
