Incident - Omar's robe dragging Abu Sa'id Al-Khjdr'i, God be pleased with him, reported that Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, has said: "While in my sleep, I saw people presented before me, most of whom wore a garment that covered down to their breast. Then arrived Omar who was dragging his robe behind him." Someone asked: "How did you interpret it, O Prophet Muhammad?" He replied: "Commitment to one's religion." Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Incident - seeing a Glass Vessel Break A person revealed his dream to Ibn Sirin (RA) saying that he had seen a glass vessel in his hand. Suddenly it fell from his hand and borke. Or he said that he saw it broken in his hand while holding it. The Imaam asked whether his wife was expecting. Incident - Separ or Lance in your hand Aboo Ammaarah Attayyaan (RA) reported to us that he revealed a dream of his to Ibn Sirin (RA) that it was as if he had seen a separ or lance in his hand. The Imaam asked whether he had seen the point of the lance or not. He said no. Upon this he said: “Had you seen the point, a son would have been born to you. Incident - a Bowl full of Ants He related to him the advice of the Imaam. She asked him what he planned to do. He said he planned to sell. Him. She said: “In the at case you may as well divorce me.” It is said that he sold the salve to a teacher of his. When the wife learned of this she absconded in pursuit of the slave. The husband, on learning his immediately set off to look for her. He found her in the city of Harraan where she had repurchased the slave from his new master and married him. Hair • A woman dreaming that a man other than her husband has cut her hair: That man is inviting her husband to have a relationship with another woman to exact revenge from her, and she will have an argument with that enemy.
• Seeing a woman’s tress or plaits of hair cut: She will never have a child.

Mattress A black mattress in the dream represents a woman who is engaged in doing something for other than Allah's pleasure. Buying a new and a beautiful looking mattress in a dream means marriage to a chaste and a beautiful woman. If the new mattress is torn or damaged in the dream, it means living with an impious woman. Changing the place of one's bed in a dream means divorce. If one finds himself unable to sleep on his bed in a dream, it means that he cannot have marital relationship with his wife, or perhaps he could be suffering from impotence. Clothes A man told Ibn Siren, “I dreamed that I bought an ornamented cloth of the best silk, which was folded up. When I unfolded and hung it, I found it rotten in the middle.” “Did you buy an Andalusian slave?” asked Ibn Siren. “Yes,” said the man. “Did you have sex with her?” “No,” said the man, “for I have not yet checked her.” “Don’t bother to do so, because her genitals are stinking.” And so it was when the man had his new slave checked by his women.

Incident - meaning of Generosity Then he saw Husain Al-Hallaj sitting on a seat made from gold and encrusted with jewels and sapphires. He also saw the scholars who signed the decree to kill Al-Hallaj standing before him with humiliation. It seemed to him as though God Almighty asked Al-Hallaj : "What do want Me to do with these people?" Al-Hallaj replied: "Lord, I ask Thee to forgive them all." Incident - seeing a battle between the Sun and the Moon Omar asked: "When you became a star in the dream, did you fight on the side of the sun or that of the moon?" The man replied: "I fought on the side of the moon." Omar replied: "Go away, and do not work for me." Incident - The moon entering the planet Taurus It is reported that once, while Ibn Sirin (RA) was having his lunch,a lady came to him and informed him that she had seen a dream. When he asked her to relate it she said: “Not until you have finished your meal”. After having had his meal, she said; “I saw the moon entering the planet Taurus and a voice from behind me said to me: Go to Ibn Sirin and relate to him your dream!. Incident - The two pearls A woman came to Imam Ibn Sirin and said: "I saw two pearls in my lap in a dream. One was bigger than the other. Then my sister came and asked me to give her one of them, so I gave her the smaller pearl." Imam Ibn Sirin replied: 'You spoke the truth. You have learned two chapters from the Holy Qur'an. The Prophet Muhammad's (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) Drinking A Bowl Of Milk Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: I heard Prophet Muhammad saying, "While I was sleeping, I saw a bowl full of milk was brought to me and I drank of it (to my fill) till I noticed its wetness flowing (in my body). Then I gave the remaining of it to 'Umar." They asked, "O Prophet Muhammad! What have you interpreted (about the dream)? He said, "(It is Religious) knowledge." I drank from it until I could see the quench reaching the tip of my fingers, then I gave what is left to Omar.' Abdullah asked: 'How did you interpret it, Prophet Muhammad?' He replied: 'Knowledge.'" Incident - a Snake in your House Another person revealed his dream to the Imaam saying that he had seen a snake in his house. It had bitten him on the hand and back causing him much pain. The Imaam asked “Yous have a brother and a sister?” he said: “yes.” The Imaam said: “Then you have a relative in your hoe whose heart is filled with malice towards you. Soon he will cause you great harm.” The person said: “ I have a step brother who has stolen all that I had inherited. He has absconded since three days”. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin

Tongue An animal's tongue in a dream represents one's life or death, because for an animal, his tongue is like a hand through which he takes things. If a scholar's tongue is cut off in a dream, it means that he will lose his argument, or it could mean the death of his assistant, student or son. Losing one's tongue in a dream represents the malicious joy of one's enemy, family, or neighbors for one's losses, or it could mean the death of a beloved, severing a relationship, or a plant disease that will affect one's fruit bearing trees. Frog A frog in a dream represents a pious and a religious person. Sitting with frogs in a dream means having a good relationship with one's family and being friendly with one's neighbors. Running away If a man of knowledge or a scholar sees himself running away from an enemy in fear in a dream, it means that he will be asked to sit as a judge, or to govern. Marriage If a married man sees himself getting married to a second woman in a dream, it means profits. To marry the daughter of a known man of knowledge in a dream means prosperity. If a man sees himself marrying a living relative who is in a degree of consanguinity that precludes such a marriage in a dream, it means that he will sever his ties with such a relative, or with her family. Incident - Pharoah seeing a fire igniting in Syria and spreading to Egypt True dreams also can be seen by unbelievers. It is related that Pharaoh once saw in a dream a fire that had ignited in Syria.
