Transformation (Changing form) Transformation by substitution in a dream where one thing is converted into something else. If a withered tree is transformed into a blossoming one in a dream, it means political changes, changes in worldly conditions, or reversal of conditions from good to bad, or from bad to good. This element includes the transformation of inner substances or physical ones. For example, if sees himself as an old person in a dream, when in real life he is young, it means progress in his spiritual life and gaining honor. Breast If he is unmarried, it means that he argues about his fertility and doubts his own ability to conceive children. If a young woman sees her breasts in a dream, it means that she will bear a child. Otherwise, if a single young girl sees her own breasts in a dream, it means that she will get married. If a female child sees herself having matured breasts in a dream, it means her death. If a man sees himself suckling milk from a woman he does not recognize in a dream, it means a long sickness. Camel A camel sometimes symbolises a journey, sometimes grief and at other times a huge and healthy person_depending on circumstances. The same is the case when a strong, red camel is seen. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
A Single Coin It represents a young son. If it is stolen from him it means he will lose his son. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
House As for the door’s lock and handle they symbolize the wife or the servant. The supports of the door are the male children, the slaves or servants, or the brothers and assistants. For Ibn Siren, the keyhole is the dreamer’s ear, meaning probably the house servant who reports everything to the master. The unknown house is the Hereafter, especially if it has a revealing name like Darussalam (The House of Peace).
• A sick person seeing himself in an unknown house: Will die peacefully.
• A healthy person seeing himself in an unknown house: (1) Will go to Mecca (Makkah). (2) Will engage in Jihad or Holy Struggle. (3) Will become ascetic. (4) Will acquire learning. (5) Will endure hardships with stoicism. (6) Will give alms.
• Building a new house: (1) If ill, the dreamer will recover and become healthy. (2) If there is a sick person in the house, that person will recover, unless the dreamer is in the habit of burying the dead in his house, in which case the new house would mean the tomb of that patient. The same bad interpretation would apply if the house was built in an impossible place, if it was painted in white, or if funereal flowers were seen in the dream. (3) If a bachelor, the dreamer will get married. (4) The dreamer will find a husband for his daughter and let her stay with him, if the girl is old. (5) The dreamer will have a concubine. Little girl If a mother delivers a sick baby girl in a dream, it means relief from her difficulties. If she gives birth to such a child from her mouth, then it means death. A little girl in a dream also means a new world, while a young girl in a dream implies getting a new job. If a woman sees a little girl in a dream, it means that she cannot conceive children. If one hires a little girl to work for him in a dream, it means that he will receive glad tidings. If he hires a little boy, then it means bad news. Carrying a little girl in a dream is better than carrying a little boy. If one carries a baby boy wrapped in a swaddle in a dream, it means imprisonment or a sickness. If one is poor, then it means that he will live to an old age in misery. If he is rich and diligent in the dream, it means that he will lose his money and reason. Nurse A nurse treating one's wounds in a dream represents healing of one's sickness or sufferings. If a nurse visits a healthy person in a dream, it means that he may be wounded, and in that case he will need such assistance. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Elderly person If he sees a gathering of young people he does not recognize in the dream, it means that he will associate himself with rich people. If he sees a gathering of elderly people he does not recognize in the dream, it means that he will associate himself with good friends. If a woman sees an elderly person she could not recognize in the dream, he represents the world. If a young man sees himself turned into an elderly person in a dream, it means that he will acquire knowledge and wisdom. Seeing an Unknown person An unknown person represents an enemy if he is young. But if he is old, it suggest the observer's good fortune and success in whatever he is pursuing currently. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Marriage of a Man to a Man If a person sees himself marrying an unknown young man, it means he will gain victory over his enemy. But if he is known and there is no enmity between them then he the “bridge” will acquire some goodness from either the “groom” or someone who resembles him in name or personality. An Unfamiliar Camel If an unknown, ugly camel is seen appearing in an area of city or village it means either an enemy will make his appearance in that place or that place will be devastated by floods, plague or disease. Fly • A traveller dreaming that flies have landed on his head: Should fear highwaymen who could intercept and rob him, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran that reads as follows: “… And if the fly took something from them, they could not rescue it from it. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought!” (“Al-Hajj” [The Pilgrimage], verse 73.)
• A fly landing on something belonging to the dreamer: Hide your money from eventual thieves.

Vineyard It symbolises a woman. If a person sees himself planting a grape tree and it has grown tall so that it provides shade, it means he will attain honour and dignity. The same dream could also be a glad tiding that his child will live and grow up healthy. If it is only one tree, it is a glad tiding that he will receive money equivalent to one thousand Dirhams. Eyelid If one's eyelids are healthy in his dream and particularly for a women, it indicates positive developments in her life. If one's eyelids have little skin, or if they are bleared, or if they develop sores in the dream, they represent difficulties, agony, anger, sickness or distress. • Having healthy lungs means the dreamer will live long.
• The lungs being sick means life will be short.
