Fasting Observing a votive perpetual fast in a dream also represents a pious and a religious person. If the person is a sinner, such votive fast in a dream also may mean that he will get nothing out of what he wants. Paying the due charity (Sadaqat-ul Fitr) after completing one's fast in a dream means recovering from an illness. Fasting If one is sick, it means that he will recover from his illness. If he is lost in heedlessness, it means that Allah Almighty will grant him guidance. If he is indebted, it means that he will be able to repay his debts. If in his dream, one intentionally breaks his fast during the prescribed fast of the holy month of Ramadan, it means that he could kill someone. Similarly, if one sees himself killing someone in a dream, it means that he has intentionally broke his obligatory fast. Observing the two months of atonement for the sin of breaking the fast during the holy month of Ramadan or for any such fast for the expiation of sins in a dream means that one may fall sick and repent to Allah Almighty from his sins. Fall Falling in a dream means despair or disappointment, or it could mean a mistake that cannot be covered. Falling in a dream also means changing conditions from good to bad, or a marriage failure and changing of spouse. It also means changing profession, country or religion. Falling in a dram also projects the reverse effects and produces positive results if what one falls over is pasture, or if he falls upon a good community or to join a banquet or the like effects, then it may have a positive meaning. Fasting (Armor; Protection) Fasting in a dream represents vows and offerings. Interrupting the fast in a dream means an illness, a journey or backbiting someone. If one interrupts his obligatory fast through forgetfulness in a dream, it means that he will receive a pleasing gift or money. Fasting in a dream also means honor, rising in station, or it could mean repentance from sin, repayment of a debt, penitence for a sinner or begetting a son. Observing the obligatory fast of the month of Ramadan in a dream means understanding something about which one has doubt or recognizing the truth without falsification or distortion. If one finds that he is the only person observing the obligatory fast in the dream, and if he is unlettered, it means that he will memorize the Holy Quran, attain a spiritual maturity and receive glad tidings. Bulldozer In a dream, a bulldozer means levelling things, changing them, changing one's profession, moving from one town to another, or it could mean spreading gossip. Column If one becomes a pillar in a dream, it also could mean his death, or it could mean crying. A pillar in a dream also represents a father, a son, money, capital, a partner, a vehicle, one's wife or a leader. A marble column in a dream represents a great wealth, a great man, or a great woman. A column made from granite in a dream represents someone who despises himself. If it is from stone, it means fast changing conditions. If it is a wooden column in the dream, then it represents a hypocrite. The pillars of a mosque represent the Imam, the muezzin, the servants and the people who pray in it. Pudenda (Also see Naked)
• The pudendum (the area of the body between the navel and the knee) being uncovered: The dreamer will fall in disgrace, his privacy will be invaded, and his enemies will rejoice at his misfortune.
• Showing one’s pudendum by removing one’s clothes or part thereof: The dreamer will lose the major portion of something he had already acquired, save for the equivalent of the part still covered. Such acquisition could be religious knowledge, for example.
• Taking off one’s clothes in a souk, or marketplace, or in a crowd and being shamed because the genitals are protruding, though the clothes have not been removed completely: Scandal, especially if nothing alludes to any kind of philanthropy in the dream. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Hell (1) Difficulties are ahead. (2) The dreamer is seeking some kind of learning that will bring him a tragedy. (3) The dreamer will shed others blood.
• The dreamer’s face turning black in Hell: He is befriending an enemy of God and condoning his actions, which will blacken his face in people’s eyes. He should beware of God.

Fasting • Fasting during two consecutive months to expiate or atone: The dreamer will repent for a sin.
• Dreaming that the Ramadan fast is due after the month is over: The dreamer will get ill.
• Fasting voluntarily: The dreamer will not be sick during that year in view of the saying by the Holy Prophet: “Fast and you will recover.”

Garments, Burning If a person sees his clothes or part of his body on fir it implies that he will encounter some crises relating to his clothes or body. (This will be discussed in great detail in this book). If such a fire constitutes tongues of falme rising upwards it means harm will come to him from the king or uler. Wheel In a dream, a wheel represents a treasurer or travels. A rolling wheel in a dream means the ongoing process of living and earning one's livelihood. If the wheel suddenly stops or brakes in the dream, it means that one may lose his job, or it may mean the cancellation of a journey. Chess It also could mean facing dangerous people, so one is warned in the dream to be on guard against their tricks or ploys. Playing chess in a dream also could mean vain talk or a weak fight. If one wins in the dream, it means that he will win in wakefulness. A chess game in a dream also means a war, a fight, booty, discovering secrets, pursuing hints, gradual movement, changing conditions, changing temper, or it could mean travels. House Whatever happens to houses or apartment blocks in a dream applies to their dwellers in reality. The walls represent men and the ceilings women, as men uphold women. The corridor refers to an influential servant who can solve or complicate matters. A man’s house symbolizes his person, his ego, and his body, because it is his address, with which he is identified. Likewise, it alludes to his glory, his name and reputation, and his well-being. It could also refer to his money, which he relies or falls back upon and his clothes, as he puts them on. In case it represents his body, the gate or door of the house is the dreamer’s face. It is easy to imagine what the components of a house refer to when the house alludes to the wife. Assuming that the house symbolizes his livelihood and money, the door is the source of that livelihood. When we compare the house to a man’s clothes, the door is the edge of such clothes. Pudenda • The same dream, except that the dreamer is wearing no clothes whatsoever, would mean that: (1) A plea will be rejected or a wish will not be fulfilled. (2) He will be deposed, if he happens to be a ruler; or will lose the headship anyway. (3) Will be criticized for something he insists upon. If the private parts are not protruding and the dreamer does not feel ashamed, though nothing is left of the clothes, the dream means the end of worries and problems. For instance: (a) If the dreamer is ill, God will heal him. (b) If indebted, his debt will be settled. (c) If scared, he will feel secure. (d) No enemy will gloat over him. Wash It could also refer to an honest man who brings back to the right path many people who had gone astray or were misleading others.
• Lying on a mortuary washing table: Promotion and the end of worries.
• One or more dead persons requesting the dreamer to wash their clothes: The dreamer is requested to recall God, pray for someone, give sadaqa, or alms, settle a debt, satisfy an adversary, or carry out a will.
