Incident - The father that hid his money A man hid his money inside his house and went on a journey. On his way back home, he became sick. The man also owed money to some people, and he thought of telling one of his companions about the place of his money and to ask him to pay his debt, but he aspired for recovery and hoped to return home and pay his debts in person. During his journey, the man died. His son saw him in a dream and asked: "What did God do to you?" The father replied: "My condition is in abeyance, and it depends on some debts that must be paid first. I have some money hidden in such and such place. Incident - The father that hid his money In the morning, the son told a friend about his dream and added: "It is a fairy tale!" A few days later, the father came back to his son in another dream and said: "I have told you about something that will benefit you and that will free me from my limbo, but you failed to do it!" The son woke up in shock and immediately went to the place his father indicated in the dream. When he dug out the money, he paid his father's debts and benefited from his unanticipated inheritance. Nabeq Tree In any case, it symbolizes plenty of money, gold or silver but not coins. Some ancient interpreters said that it represented money that would come from or be earned in Iraq. Dreaming of the ruler eating nabeq means more power and influence. A woman once dreamed that a nabeq tree had fallen in her house and that she filled two baskets with its fruit. Pomegranate • Picking a pomegranate with red seeds: The dreamer will obtain one thousand gold coins (big money).
• Picking a pomegranate with white seeds: The dreamer will obtain one thousand silver coins (small money).
• Selling a pomegranate: The dreamer has given up the Hereafter in favour of worldly temptations and transient delights.
• Eating pomegranate peel: The dreamer will recover from a disease.

Gold Gold dinars (coins) are the least harmful, because Daniel the Wise was reported as saying that having more than four dinars in one’s hand meant the dreamer would be hated and hear bad things commensurate with the number of coins. If the number of coins is known, worries will be minor. According to Ibn Siren, having one dinar of medium size is a reference to a nice and cozy house, five dinars means that the subject would do something acceptable, and an even number of dinars between one hundred and one thousand means that the dreamer will become a specialist in conducting tests. Petroleum - Or Naphta, Crude Oil For the ancient Arabs this mineral symbolized the haram (money) or money obtained by unholy means and constituting a sin and the debauched woman who corrupts others. Some interpreters regarded it as money earned the hard way or simply trouble and worries for its being difficult to swallow or digest. Turtle Eating a turtle in a dream means profits, benefits, or money. If one sees a turtle inside his house, or if he owns one in a dream, it means that he will benefit from the company of a learned person who is acquainted with ancient manuscripts, or in interpreting ancient scrolls. If one sees a turtle lying on its back in a dream, it means that there is a man of knowledge in that town people do not recognize. If one sees a well kept and fed turtle sitting on a brocade in the dream, it means that the people of that town honor their scholars. Banknote Perhaps banknotes in a dream could represent the punishment of a hypocrite, or a person who respects no commitment toward his friends, or perhaps they could represent a beloved, mutual support, helping others, or good news. Common denominations such as one hundred represent working for the government. If one sees himself receiving a coin of money, or a banknote (e.g. One dollar), it means that he is suffering from oppression. If one sees himself giving someone a banknote of the denomination one, then if he finds it shredded into pieces in the dream, it represents a severe enmity, a grievance, or a fight. Rue Wild rue, also called herb of grace, symbolizes money laundering. It is a plant that has a strong smell and small flowers. It was said by the ancient Arabs to have certain medical or healing properties; but its use is extremely dangerous. Each of its flowers represents one hundred currency units. Voice If a man of authority or a policeman lower his voice in a dream, it means that he maybe dismissed from his job, or he maybe reprimanded or disciplined for his misconduct. The sound produced by the ringing of coins in a dream represents temptation, allurement, or a fight between stockbrokers or money exchangers. The clank of money in a dream also means either good or bad news, or it could mean hearing good words, a wise speech, or words one likes to hear more about, if they are given as a sign of friendship or as a dower. If the clanking of money is made in jest in the dream, then it represents a fight one does not wish to end. A silver coin in a dream represents a beautiful woman. Extracting silver in a dream means taking advantage of a woman. If one finds abundance of silver in his dream, it means that he will uncover a treasure. Melting silver in a dream means having an argument with one's wife that will become the talk of the town. Receiving silverware or silver cups as a gift in a dream means being entrusted with money or personal items for safe keeping. Grape Grape juice, especially wine, symbolizes women, in view of its delicious taste. It also represents sex, because it is like the semen. Likewise, it refers to a generous and useful man, a good-doer, owing to the multifarious benefits of grape. He could be a ruler, a scholar, or a person who gives money to the needy. White grapes in the right season allude to the best of this world, like money that will come earlier than expected. In winter, grapes allude to rain. Nail Human nails symbolize the person’s power in this world. Proportionate nails indicate piety and wise living. White nails mean that the dreamer has the ability to grasp and memorize very quickly. Long and beautiful nails mean money, clothes, the preparation of weapons to face the enemies, or the mustering of evidence and money to confront them and ward off their evil. The metallic nail that one knocks with a hammer represents a prince, a successor, or a man who helps people achieve their aims. It is also a harbinger of marriage. Many nails is a sign of power and benefits. Many nails is an allusion to soldiers and aides or to people who befriend debauchees. They could also refer to a limited amount of silver coins or money. Counting If one sees himself in a dream counting large denomination of money that has the Name of Allah Almighty written on it, it means acquiring knowledge. If the money coins or the banknotes are designed with images or portray the picture of known people in the dream, then they mean engaging in innovation, religious innovation, falsehood or polytheism. Counting pearls in a dream means reading the Quran. Counting gems in a dream means learning wisdom or acquiring knowledge at the hand of a gnostic. Counting beads in a dream means getting involved in people's business, using obscene language, or fornication. Counting sheep in a dream means counting money or counting one's children. Counting cows in a dream means longevity or going through a long and difficult times. If a farmer sees himself counting camels in a dream, it means rain and a good harvest. Asylum The asylum, or mental institution, symbolizes frequent travel, asceticism, the heeding of God and reading of the Holy Quran, the stoppage of income, the end of wedlock, the abandoning of children, repentances, the return of religious faith, relief from worries, and sometimes diphtheria (the suffocation disease, to borrow the expression of Al-Nabulsi). It could also represent the bathroom, as madness was believed by the ancient Arabs to be associated with demons and because, like the bathroom, the mental institution is a place where people take off their clothes, show their private parts, and exhibit repulsive manners. For some interpreters, the madhouse refers to the school, because, there, the inpatients were educated by force, in ancient times, and taught to read and write and know the Quran.
