Torah • Trying to read the Torah, but being unable to: Will become a fatalist or a predestination.
• A Muslim king (or ruler) dreaming that he possesses a Torah: Will conquer his enemy’s territory or sign a peace treaty with him in the former’s favour.
• A scholar dreaming that he possesses a Torah: Will acquire more knowledge and excel or will innovate, become heretical, and go astray with the whimsical ones.

Ishaq (Also known as John in Western traditions. Allah's prophet Ishaq, son of the prophet Jacob, upon both of them be peace.) In a dream, seeing him indicates adversities and hardships. If one has a son who ran away in disobedience to his father, and if he sees Allah's prophet Ishaq in a dream, it means that he will return to his home and be obedient again. This dream also indicates a surge of glad tidings, peace and tranquillity. Seeing Ishaq (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also means suffering from persecution by the senators of one's town, or from some of his relatives, and finally Allah Almighty will come to his help, and grant him back his integrity and honor. Noah Allah's prophet Noah (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also may represent a genealogist, a zoologist, a botanist, a phytologist, a horticulturalist, an ecologist, or a mammalogist. Seeing Allah's prophet Noah (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also may mean regretting something, distress, penitence for an attitude toward one's own family, or perhaps that one's son will stray away from Allah's path, or it could mean the death of a son because of his disobedience to his father. If a woman sees Allah's prophet Noah (Alayhi-Salam), or Allah's prophet Lot (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream, it means that she is disobedient to her husband, and rather she obeys her own family and clan. Shuaib (Allah's prophet Shuaib, Alayhi-Salam, a great-grandson of Madyan and one of the children of Allah's prophet Abraham, Alayhi-Salam.) Seeing him a dream means that one lives among people who fake their measures, cheat in their weight, withhold things that are due and do mischief. Such people will cause him harm, though at the end one will triumph over them, beget daughters and live happily with them. Saleh Saleh is an Arab prophet from the tribe of Thamud whose folk are named after their grandfather Thamud, brother of Jeddis. Their father was Aather ibn (son of) Aram ibn Sam ibn Nuh (Hoah). They came from Areba and lived in Al-Hijr, between Al-Hijaz and Tabuk. The Muslims Holy Prophet passed by them when he was on his way to Tabuk. Their traces can be found in Saudi Arabia in a place called Madain (the cities of) Saleh. The story of the Prophet Saleh is related in the chapter called “Al-Aaraf’ (The Heights) in the Holy Quran. Divorce For instance, if a married or sick man dreams that he has divorced his wife three times, at once this would mean that the loss of his livelihood or his demise will be irreversible or imminent, the wife being regarded as the husband’s life and crown. If one dreams of divorcing one’s unique wife this means loss of dignity, pride, position, or authority, temporarily or definitively, depending on the degree of the divorce. It could also mean that the dreamer will have a dispute with another man, will strongly reprimand a friend for a disappointing gesture, or will himself be incriminated.

Ring Wearing a ring with a carnelian-red stone in a dream means an end to one's poverty. If a pious person, a religious person or an ascetic receives a silver ring from Allah Almighty in a dream, it means his salvation on the Day of Judgment. If he receives a silver ring from Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) in a dream, it represents a gift of a greater knowledge. If it is gold, iron, or copper, then it has negative consequences, because iron rings represent the chains of the dwellers of hell-fire. Somehow, to wear a simple band in one's dream is better than wearing a heavy ring. Heavy rings in a dream also may connote an assassination or deceit. Noah (Allah's prophet Noah, Alayhi-Salam.) In a dream, Allah's prophet Noah (Alayhi-Salam) represents longevity, adversities, sufferings, triumph, children from a disgraceful wife, though one will remain content and grateful to Allah Almighty for His gift. It is said that one who sees the prophet Noah (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream will become a scholar, an assiduous worshipper and an obedient servant who exercises patience and forbearance. He will also triumph over his enemies and receive a magnificent endowment from his Lord. His companions will disobey him and by Allah's leave, he will win over them too. Seeing Allah's prophet Noah (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also means rain and floods. Seeing him (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also means suffering from many enemies, and from the jealousy and envy of one's neighbors. Water in a Dish or Bowl If a person dreams of himself as holding or possessing water contained in a dish or bowl and he is conscious of himself as being in a state of tuhr (ie. Ceremonial purity) or on a journey in an unknown and strange place, then such a bowl of water symbolizes his life span. If he dreams of drinking all the water it means his life span is completed; he should now prepare for the hereafter. If he drinks the water partially it means he still has a number of years to live. A Rope Coming From The Sky Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: A man came to Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) and said, "I saw in a dream, a cloud having shade. Butter and honey were dropping from it and I saw the people gathering it in their hands, some gathering much and some a little. And behold, there was a rope extending from the earth to the sky, and I saw that you (the Prophet) held it and went up, and then another man held it and went up and (after that) another (third) held it and went up, and then after another (fourth) man held it, but it broke and then got connected again." Abu Bakr said, "O Allah's Apostle! Let my father be sacrificed for you! Allow me to interpret this dream." The Prophet said to him, "Interpret it." Abu Bakr said, "The cloud with shade symbolizes Islam, and the butter and honey dropping from it, symbolizes the Quran, its sweetness dropping and some people learning much of the Qur'an and some a little. The rope which is extended from the sky to the earth is the Truth which you (the Prophet) are following. You follow it and Allah will raise you high with it, and then another man will follow it and will rise up with it and another person will follow it and then another man will follow it but it will break and then it will be connected for him and he will rise up with it. O Allah's Apostle! Let my father be sacrificed for you! Am I right or wrong?" The Prophet replied, "You are right in some of it and wrong in some." Abu Bakr said, "O Allah's Prophet! Yusuf The prophet Yusuf (Joseph) talking to the dreamer or giving him something: Will become an expert in the interpretation of dreams, as well as history and its chronology.
• Seeing Yusuf: (1) The science of dream interpretation. (2) Kingship and succession. (3) The loss of one’s family, children, and other relatives. (4) A machination against the dreamer. (5) Drought and high prices, as was the case in his time.63 (6) Prison and release from prison. (7) Luck with women, as Yusuf is said to have been of an unequalled beauty. (8) Victory over the enemy, followed by a pardon. (9) An allusion to seas, rivers, and drainage facilities. (10) The transportation of the remains of dead persons from one country to another. (11) An outstanding miracle such as the one that happened to Yusuf’s father when he recovered his eyesight and he received the shirt sent to him by his son. Sexual intercourse Any sexual intercourse in a dream that culminates in ejecting semen and necessitates a complete ritual ablution in wakefulness represents disturbed dreams, or engaging in a forbidden sexual intercourse from the anus, or it could represent wet dreams. Having sexual intercourse in a dream also signifies paying one's debts, or it could mean relief from pressures. Having sexual intercourse with a prostitute in a dream means love for the world, or it could mean profits. Having sexual intercourse with one's wife in a dream means success in one's trade. Solomon (Allah's prophet Solomon, Alayhi-Salam) Allah Almighty subjugated the wind to serve the prophet Solomon. Seeing him (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream denotes leadership, the seat of a judge, acquiring wisdom, or giving religious interpretations if the person who sees him in a dream qualifies. This vision becomes stronger if the Prophet Solomon crowns the person, or places a ring on his right hand, or sits him beside himself on his throne. The Black Woman With Unkempt Hair Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: concerning the dream of the Prophet in Medina: The Prophet said, "I saw (in a dream) a black woman with unkempt hair going out of Medina and settling at Mahai'a. Doomsday • The Day of Judgment drawing near: The dreamer is forgetful of philanthropy and rejecting justice in view of the Quranic verse: “Their reckoning draweth nigh for mankind, while they turn away in heedlessness.” (“Al-Anbiyae” [The Prophets], verse 01.)
• Having had a hard time rendering accounts to the Almighty: Wife is compassionate with you, and she is virtuous and religious.
• Having been dealt with sternly: Will incur losses in view of the Quranic verse: “And how many a community revolted against the ordinance of its Lord and His messengers, and We called it to a stern account and punished it with dire punishment.” (“Al-Talaq” [Divorce], verse 08.)
