Clouds If one sees a cloud inside his house or descending upon him in his room in a dream, it means that he will join the company of believers or receives an award, or that he is endowed with wisdom, or should he wish for a child, his wife will conceive one. If he is a merchant, it means that his merchandise will arrive to its port of destination. If one sees himself riding over a cloud in a dream, it means exaltation or marriage to a pious woman, or that one will attend a pilgrimage should it be his wish. Otherwise, should he wish for it, he will become renowned for his knowledge and wisdom. Negligence Negligence or lack of concern in a dream is a bad omen for a regular person, and it means injustice for a person in authority. Maqam Ibrahim (The Station Of Abraham, Near The Kabah In Mecca (Makkah) The Quran says: “The First House (of worship) appointed for men was that at Bakka (Mecca (Makkah)): Full of blessings and of guidance for all kinds of beings. Jihad, Religious War, Or Muslim Struggle • Going to Jihad: Will triumph, obtain people’s gratitude, and be praised and dignified in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: “Those of the believers who sit still, other than those who have a (disabling) hurt, are not on an equal footing with those who strive in the way of Allah with their wealth and lives. Allah hath conferred on those who strive with their wealth and lives a rank above the sedentary. Couch (Canopy; Furniture; Love seat) A raised couch in a dream represents one's wife, midwife or a high ranking position. Wall A wall in a dream represents knowledge, guidance, cognizance, knowing secrets, judgment, or separation between friend. Standing by a wall or sitting on it, and depending on its conditions in a dream represents one's own state. A wall in a dream also represents a strong, wealthy, powerful and religious person. If the wall needed urgent repairs, and if a group of people come to rescue it in the dream, it represents a man of knowledge, or the Imam of a mosque who has lost his control or respect, then some friends will come to his rescue and to help him restore his rank. Chrysolite (Beryl; Gem; Peridot; Stone) In a dream, when these precious stones are placed on one's ring, they mean a ranking authority that combines courage and reverence. Horse If one sees his horse drowning in a dream, it means that he may die from an illness. Buying a horse and tending the money to the seller in the dream means profits in one's business, or earning money from teaching. Selling one's horse in a dream means doing good and being grateful for it. If one's horse bites him in a dream, it means that he will lead an army in a war. If one kills a horse in his dream, it means that he will be awarded status, rank and money. Slaughtering a horse for other than food in a dream means spoiling one's livelihood. Food If one cooks a tasty meal in a dream, it means attaining a high ranking job, or it could mean prospering after suffering from a painful poverty. If someone else cooks one's meal in the dream, it means dealing with a treacherous person and in this case, it means that one should fear for his life or about doing business with him, or it could mean that he may receive a helping hand in doing his job. Weight (Unit of weight) In a dream, a unit of weight represents a criterion, or commanding what is good and forbidding what is evil. It also means admonition, reprimand, power, authority, guidance, truthfulness, writing or signing an agreement, or it could represent the burdens of one's sins. Jump To jump from one place into another out of fear or with haste in a dream represents accusations, blasphemy, or disturbing news surrounding one's name. Elephant (Arrogance) In a dream, an elephant represents a respected and feared enemy who is dull-witted, who carries heavy burdens or responsibilities and who is expert in war tactics. An elephant in a dream also signifies arrogance. Riding an elephant or controlling it in a dream means establishing ties with a leader or a politician and profiteering from one's connection. It also means living a long and a prosperous life. Riding an elephant during the night time in a dream means rising in rank, and should one be suited for leadership, he will receive it then engage in a war which he will lose. Lying On Two Different Sides Abu Salama reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) as saying: I used to see dreams, but the hadith transmitted on the authority of Laith b. Nu'man, the words of Abu Salama at the concluding part of the hadith are not mentioned. Car A car in a dream also signifies dignity, honor, advancement and attainment. If one sees himself holding to a car or running after it in a dream, it means that he will lobby someone in authority and profit from him as much as his nearness to such a car. Collarband (Collar; Neckband; Neckwear) In a dream, a Collarband represents the pleasure and pride of a mother or a wife to see her sons or daughter having a jewelry business. If an unmarried woman sees herself in a dream wearing a neckband, a necklace or a Collarband made from pearls, Peridot or Chrysolite, it means that she will marry a noble and a high ranking man, beget children from him and find her ultimate pleasure and love in such a marriage. Jump • Jumping as high as the sky: Will reach Mecca (Makkah).
• Jumping on someone: Will defeat and crush such a person, because jumping symbolizes power and the power of a person resides in that person’s legs.
• Jumping from one spot to another: (1) Condition will speedily improve. (2) Will move from one place to another.
• Jumping far: Long journey.

Games (Amusement; Cynicism; Playing games; Playing) To play games or to act sprightly in a dream means pride, arrogance, being cynical, profanity or defiling what is sacred in one's religion and lacking reverence for it. Playing backgammon in a dream means exaltation, gaining power, honor and rank, or it could denote one's pride, arrogance and cynicism.
