Enemy (Adversary; Boy; Foe; Hidden treasure; Opponent; Power; Snake; Unjust ruler; Woman) To meet an enemy in a dream signifies honor, signing a treaty, rising above differences, receiving Allah's help and victory. Facing one's enemy in a dream also means befriending him. If one is threatened by his enemy in a dream, it means that he will win the upper hand. Dog According to Ibn Siren, dream interpreters disagree on what a dog represents in dreams. Some of them regard it as a slave or a servant, others as a despot, a terrible person, and a slanderer, if it barks. The black dog is an Arab. On the other hand, a dog could also mean a weak enemy with little chivalry, if any. The she-dog is a mean woman. If she bites, such a woman would harm the dreamer. If a dog tears the dreamer’s clothes, it would mean that a low man would backbite him. For Al-Nabulsi, the dog symbolizes a policeman of low rank, a gate-man, or a guardian, a niggardly person, a weak enemy, and a stupid, profligate, and aggressive man who never hesitates to commit foolish or criminal acts, especially if it barks; it would mean that he has an awful temper, that he is terrible. Bear (Mammal) In a dream, a bear represents someone with a physical infirmity, who is evil, deceitful, perfidious and betraying. A bear in a dream also represents a dull and a heavy looking woman who takes pleasure in partying, uninhibitedness and enjoying all types of entertainment. Statue In whatever condition one sees the statue in his dream, it will reflect on any of the above. A statue in a dream also represents a generation. If the statue is missing something in the dream, such defect will definitely manifest in one's society. Seeing a statue in a dream also could reflect one's strength and determination. If one breaks a statue, or lames it, or damages it in a dream, it means that he will vanquish his enemy and earn rank and fame. If the statue in the dream portrays a particular woman, or if it is interpreted to represent a specific woman, then she will be quiet, intelligent and serene, or it could mean that she is stupid and has pride. Voice The barking of a jackal in a dream means a mission of good intent, a forthcoming evil, women's cries for help, or the cry of people who abandoned all hope . The sound of a pig in a dream means taking advantage of a stupid enemy and stripping him of his money. The sound of an ostrich in a dream means hiring a trustworthy and a courageous servant, or bringing a new employee into one's business. Most dream interpreters dislike to interpret the meaning of the sound of peacocks or chicken and note that they mostly mean sorrow and distress, while others interpret the cawing of crows to mean separation or announcing someone's death. A scorpions inside one's stomach in a dream represents the enmity of one's employees or children who work for their father. A scorpion in a dream also represents someone who speaks his mind and does not know his friend from his enemy. A scorpion in a dream also represents an enemy who lacks determination or will. Killing a scorpion in a dream means that one will capture and destroy his enemy. If one sees something that resembles a scorpion but is not a scorpion in a dream, it means that he has suspicion about someone who is not an enemy. Sprout Eating cooked sprouts in a dream means benefits in every respect. Dragon The dragon symbolizes a male enemy who conceals his animosity. If it has several heads, it means that such an enemy is an expert, a virtuoso in meanness, evil, and sordid actions. If it has seven heads (like the Hydra destroyed by Hercules in Greek mythology), that enemy has no pair in his evil and hostility and no one can tolerate him. Governors If a governor sees himself hearing a petition from a deranged person, a stupid person, a street sweeper, a baker, a trash collector, a servant, a dancer or a musician in a dream, it means that the governor will consent to the opinions or advice of others in his ruling, or perhaps he will lean toward the interests of some opportunists. A governor in a dream also represents a father or a mother who teach their children justice and righteousness and in turn, the child will benefit from them and particularly if he follows their advice.
