As for vinegar, it means you will be afflicted with a disease from sometime, at the same time acquiring abundant wealth. Prostration in a dream also means faith in Allah Almighty, joining the company of Allah's messenger Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, in paradise, longevity and improving one's spiritual life.
