Seeing “eid fitr”
in your dream

(arb. Eid-ul Fitr; Lesser Bairam; Ramadan; 1st of Shawwal) Witnessing the feast of breaking the fast of Ramadan in a dream means overcoming depression, dispelling stress, regaining joy, ease in one's life, acceptance of one's prayers, repentance from sin, recovering one's losses, relief, finding a lost object, prosperity, comfort, spending money and exchanging gifts. Observing a votive perpetual fast in a dream also represents a pious and a religious person. If the person is a sinner, such votive fast in a dream also may mean that he will get nothing out of what he wants. Paying the due charity (Sadaqat-ul Fitr) after completing one's fast in a dream means recovering from an illness. • Having nails so long that they may break: The dreamer is abusing his power to such an extent as to ruin everything.

• Treating something with one’s nails: Swindling.

• Filing or smoothing one’s nails: The dreamer is paying the zakat  (Muslim religious dues) on Eid-ul-Fitr 
(the Bairam feast).

• An old man ordering the dreamer to polish his nails: For his endeavours to succeed the dreamer should take care of his appearance and preserve his prestige.

• Any ailment in the nails: Waning power and decaying piety and livelihood.

• Having no nails: The dreamer is bankrupt.

• All nails being broken or turning green without any dye: Death is near.
