Seeing “family poverty”
in your dream

If one cooks a tasty meal in a dream, it means attaining a high ranking job, or it could mean prospering after suffering from a painful poverty. If someone else cooks one's meal in the dream, it means dealing with a treacherous person and in this case, it means that one should fear for his life or about doing business with him, or it could mean that he may receive a helping hand in doing his job. If one eats an unbearably hot food in a dream, it means adversities.

The planet Saturn in a dream also represents a person who lives in the wilderness and mixes with wildlife, buffalos, dears, peacock, francolin, parrots, or any beautiful looking animal, or it could represent a caterpillar, silk, or a stripped fabric denoting an architect, or a caller to prayers, or any courteous employee who willingly and wholeheartedly serves others. The planet Saturn in a dream also means punishment, poverty, business losses or adversities.

Damson means disease.
The damson tree symbolizes a man who has many ailments or who is often sick. It could also refer to a person who is niggardly with his family but generous with other people. The more fruit the tree has, the richer the man is.

At the beginning of the creation, of all stones, the Carnelian-red was the first stone that testified to Allah's Oneness. If one sees himself in a dream concluding his ablution or ritual bath with the essence of a Carnelian-red, it means that he owns something blessed.

Eating cooked sprouts in a dream means benefits in every respect. If one sees himself in a dream exchanging quails and manna (See Manna) for green sprouts and garlic, it means that he will be subjugated to poverty and humiliation. Purslane in a dream represents someone who has exaggerated hopes. This is why this type of sprout is also called; stupid sprout.' (Also see Garden herbs; Lentil)

(Ease; Leisure; Repose; Rest) To see oneself relaxing after toiling in a dream means wealth after poverty, or a happy marriage after a miserable one. If a sick person sees himself relaxed in a dream, it means the nearing of his death, and taking a rest from the adversities and toiling of this world. On the other hand, relaxing in a dream may mean misery, worries and unhappiness.

Urine generally symbolizes spending and wasting money. It could also mean illicit or inappropriate spending.

• Urinating: The dreamer will spend money that will benefit himself.

• Urinating smoothly: Money will flow from the dreamer’s pocket, and his savings will be eroded.

• Containing one’s urine: The dreamer will be angry with his wife.

• Being hard pressed but finding nowhere to urinate: The dreamer is searching for a place to bury his money but is unable to find one.

• Holding back urine or urinating with difficulty: The dreamer is rushing things and taking incorrect initiatives, because continence is like frustration and frustrated persons are unstable and never go back on a decision before they feel the heat.

• Urinating in an unknown place: The dreamer will marry a woman or a slave in that place who will receive his semen and make him part of her family.

• Urinating in a well: The dreamer will spend illegally acquired money.

• Urinating on a commodity: Will incur losses in it.

• A rich person urinating and withholding some of the urine: He will lose some of his wealth.

• A troubled person urinating and retaining some of his urine: He will get limited relief.

• Urinating in drops: A debt will be paid back in instalments.

• Urinating with someone and seeing the urine mixing: Rapprochement or one of the two will marry into the other’s family.

(Abnormal; Albino; Elf; Leprosy; Whitish) An elf in a dream represents a person of evil nature who creates disunity and enmity between people through backbiting, insinuations, slanders and who advises them against good deeds. In a dream, an elf also represents poverty, sorrows, humiliation, or adversities caused by people who wander between towns and cities as a habit. If an elf visits a sick person in a dream, it means death.

This bird symbolizes a poor, weak, and incapable stranger or sociable people who like to share and participate. It augurs well for
travellers and anyone who wishes to get married or have a boy.

• Seeing a crane:  (1) Will embark on a long journey.  (2) Will return safe and sound to one’s family from a journey.

Jade symbolizes the woman who comes from a low family or who is herself mean. Plenty of jade refers to that woman’s wealth.

(Desire; Dryness) In a dream, thirst represents stagnation of businesses, dullness of the real estate market and unsalability of farm products. Thirst in a dream also means poverty, slump, recession, or yearning for a beloved, desiring to be with him and missing him. Thirst in a dream also could represent religious corruption. If a thirsty person sees himself searching for water but could not find it in a dream, it means that he will escape from a misfortune.

(Oppression; Suppression; Tyranny) Terrorizing others or oppressing them in a dream denotes a mental sickness, depression, psychological weakness, or actions that will bring their author closer to hell-fire. Terrorizing others in a dream represents one's own losses and humiliation. Terrorizing people in a dream also means poverty, loss of business, a severe illness, or it could represent profits that will turn into losses. (Also see Oppression)

• Seeing the back of a middle-aged woman: The dreamer is running after a matter full of difficulties and which will not culminate in success.

• Seeing the back of a young woman: What is desired will be obtained a bit late.

• Backache:  (1) Death of a brother.  (2) Difficulties facing whomever the dreamer considers his life support, such as a father, a son, a chief, or a friend.

• Having so much pain in the back that the dreamer is compelled to bend: Poverty and senility.

If he is travelling, it means that he will return home safely. If one is stripped from his weapon in a dream, it represents his weakness. If one adorns himself with a weapon in a dream, it means that he will acquire knowledge to help him overcome ignorant people, or wealth to shelter him from poverty, or it could mean victory over his enemy. A weapon in a dream also represents medicine, or a wife who protects her husband's chastity and shelters him against evil, or from desiring other women. (Also see Sword)

• A corrupt person being anointed with mortuary balm: Will repent.

• Seeking someone’s help in buying mortuary balm: Will seek that person’s help in a blessed
endeavour.

• Seeking someone’s help to buy mortuary balm for a cadaver: The seeker is mediating in
favour of a person who lost religious faith or asking to be given something to alleviate his own poverty or ordeal of any type.

• Dreaming of having been embalmed:  (1) Repentance.  (2) Relief from worries. 
(3) Good reputation.

(Love; Poverty) To see oneself inflamed with love for someone in a dream represents distress, adversities, blindness, deafness or notoriousness. Such a case may draw people's compassion. If a sick person sees himself in a dream inflamed with love it may mean his death. Fire in a dream also means love. Love in a dream also means heedlessness and failure to fulfill one's religious obligations.

In a dream, women represent the world, its glitters and pleasures. If one sees women coming toward him in a dream, it means his success in the world. If they walk away from him in the dream, it means his poverty in the world. Sitting content in the company of women in a dream means lack of work. (Also see Woman)

(Infringement; Oppression; Transgression) If strong men, or if the people in authority are unjust in a dream, it denotes a time of wars and destruction. If injustice is practiced by people of knowledge, or religious scholars in a dream then it denotes Allah's forgiveness for one's sins. Seeing an unjust person in a dream means poverty. If one sees himself confessing to being unjust in a dream, it means that he will repent for his sin.

(Dates) Having a bunch of dates in a dream means savings, family reunion and each bunch of dates represents a member of a clan, or a head of a household.

(Hobo; Mendicant; Poverty; Richness) In a dream, a beggar represents a seeker of knowledge. If he is given what he is begging for in a dream, it means that he will succeed in his pursuit of knowledge. His humbleness and his submission when asking means victory. Beggars in a dream also imply sorrow, worries, distress, or contemplation. If one sees a beggar receiving or taking something from him in a dream, it means being in dire need for something, or he could represent the death of the person intended in the dream.
